Last month, I had the same check engine light come on. I brought it to the shop, and also got my oil changed. My first complaint is the oil change was $70. That's ridiculous. Second, they couldn't determine what the issue was, yet still charged us for labor. This month, the check engine light came on again. After such a bad experience, we went to a different shop and this shop told us the catalytic converter was bad. Not sure what horrible off brand they used, but catalytic converters are supposed to last for ten years. Yes, this shop has great customer service, but I can't help feeling like I was scammed by them. Update: The owner did call me, which I do appreciate, and did ask if there was anything that could be done--but unfortunately the damage is done.

The shop manager came out & apologized for the delay, but told us he didn't know anything about Uhaul all as the line continued to build. One customer left out of frustration. Perhaps the shop manager should take an afternoon to learn about a service his shop offers. Went around the corner to another Ubaul location & they had us taken care of in under 10 minutes. If you need to rent a truck, go elsewhere.
