Ordered 3 burgers and two fries. One of the 3 burgers came out like I ordered them the other 2 we had to remove stuff we ordered them without. So that was disappointing. The burgers I would rate 8 out of 10 after we got them how we ordered them. The fries were 10 out of 10. Fantastic!

We stopped here for lunch due to the good reviews. We were not disappointed. Sorry we didn't take pics of the food, but I took a picture of our empty plates (hahhaaaa)! Whoever said expect to gain weight is right!!! But they do offer salads, and even an impossible burger. I ordered the Austin Shroom Burger, my husband had the Club Sandwich and my son had the Dog with chili and cheese. The son also got an order of fries topped with cheese and I shared fries with the hubs. Everything was delicious. The Shroom burger had generous yummy shrooms, diced sautéed onions, pickles, lettuce and tomato. They poured white Queso sauce on my son's fries and he loved it, as well as the chili on the burger. The fries were fried to perfection and salted well. Get them and ask for a side of ranch for dipping! Clean establishment, nice decor, friendly/helpful server, and a TV. Will be back when in Weatherford!

This is a good local burger joint. I got the Austin shrooms burger that comes with cheese, mushrooms and sautéed onions. It was quite tasty and the best part in my opinion is that the burger is bun sized. Not smaller than the bun, not falling all over the bun- it was just right. I also ordered a side of fries. Let me tell you, there's nothing better than hand cut fries, way better than the packaged stuff. Also the service was great. Went there with the wife and two kids. We had several questions and order modifications. They handled them all with a good attitude and no problems.

Nice little place in a strip shopping center. The inside is nice and new looking. They have TV's and the seating is table and chairs. The menu is pretty simple and the food is awesome. They have burgers, wraps, and hot dogs. They also have chips and queso and chips and guacamole. Service was good and fast and the place was clean. There was a steady flow of customers and we will be back.

Burgers are huge and the sides are great and plenty. I have had the green chile, Blue cheese, and the avocado burgers, and the onion rings, fries, and sweet potato fries. I have eaten at this place several times so far. It's soooo good! I love the southwest chicken sandwich. It has guacamole and fried onion strings on it and is good with ketchup. This place is awesome. My go to is always mushroom and Swiss burger but everything I have had is super tasty. The buns are a bit large and sort of close to a sweet brioche, but overall a great burger. Quite large and a bit pricey but definitely worth a try and repeat visits. The onion rings are super good! Quick friendly service and very clean. Glad to have this option so code to home. They are in league with Rodeo Goat, Dutch's, and Fred's, just closer to home and less pretentious. read more

We ate lunch in Big Burger today. We have been here many times before. They use excellent beef in the burgers and cook it medium-well to well-done. Today, I got the Texas chili burger and onion rings for the first time. I was very disappointed in the lack of flavor. The onion rings tasted like eating raw onion with saltine crackers, but without any salt. The coating was so dry it was crumbling and falling off the onion and again had no flavor. The chili was just crumbled hamburger with a very slight hint of chili powder. Again, no flavor. I finally added some Cholula hot sauce and the sandwich was a little better. We got a couple of burgers to go and mine was soaked in grease, and not even edible, I threw it away. My husband thought his was decent though. I thought it was undercooked and had no flavor. The fries were good though. Incredibly over priced for the quality. Five Guys and even In and Out are loads better! The food is great and the service is welcoming and friendly. The fries are delicious and I got the steak Taco. The steak taco wasn't dry, but very moist with steak flavor and the vegetables with it were not Old. The vegetables tasted fresh and they didn't have the bitter taste the vegetables can give. I have been here with family a few times. The employees are always very friendly and welcoming. The food is cooked to order and the portions are generous. It arrives fast but does not taste like fast food. If you like onion rings you will love them here. My kids ask to eat there whenever we are in the area. Bottom line if you are up for a burger and fries/onion rings you won't be disappointed here. Enjoy. read more

Great food. Ironically, the burgers aren't especially big, but they're fair 1/4lb size (think Whataburger size) but they are amazing! Homemade buns and sweet potato fries, and a plastic novelty cup with every drink. It's easy to spend $30 on 2 people lunch read more

Big Burger brings big taste with big portions. I've had the Austin burger and the Big Dog with grilled onions. Both were great. The home fries are plentiful and irresistible. Only complaint is the straws are not fat enough to drink the thick shakes through. Great burger joint. read more

I love big burger and I'm a frequent customer. However this place is expensive. I normally get a bacon cheeseburger with fries and a drink and it's about $13 just for me. They do however offer free beer which is a plus but I've only ever gotten one per meal because I don't wanna push it. read more

There are a lot of burger joints in the Weatherford area but this is by far my favorite. A little on the slow side and proud ( like every other burger joint here) but reasonable prices if you look for coupons. They always have consistently good burgers while most of the other places around here are hit or miss. Recommend the onion rings too. read more

A solid 3 stars. Called in for pick up at 350 on a Sunday afternoon. Burger meat itself is tasty but over cooked and bun was good. Fries were also good and not greasy. Grilled onions on my wife's burger were over cooked and mushy. Bacon was very good. Lastly, I was charged extra to have a fried onion ring on my burger and they didn't put in on there. Maybe we will go back since it is a mile from the house but we will need to do dine in so we can fix issues. read more

Solid burgers at a pretty good price. Ingredients were fresh, and I'm batting a thousand with the burgers my family and I have had. Buns were tasty and nicely toasted. Staff has always been very cordial and ultra laid back. Just a chill place to grab a great burger when the pantry is a bit thin. Great fries... My family and I have been eating at the butcher shop for a little over a year, pretty much weekly. It's our go to spot. We take our friends and family here anytime we want to treat them to a tasty meal! I have tried most of the items on the menu and truly have never been disappointed. For the longest time, the burger was my go to choice and the patty melt was my husband's go to. Both delicious! But our absolute favorite meal here lately is the brisket sandwich, a Thursday special, and I hate to even share this because I don't want them to sell out of it before we make it there on Thursday nights. It is SO tasty. The brisket is nice and juicy, and the sourdough bun makes for the perfect combination. You can't go wrong with the side you choose - French fries delicious, onion rings delicious, chips - you guessed it, also delicious. Kids meals - the grilled cheese is good, the chicken tenders are top notch. My husband and I often steal a bite of our kids' chicken fingers and every single time we say, "man these are good". Other meals I have tried that are delicious- chicken salad sandwich, hot ham and cheese, beef stew (so good!!!). Appetizers - Texas toothpicks are a must! And if talking about how good their food is wasn't enough to make you plan your next meal here... the staff are so incredibly kind. We love them! My husband and I truly love this restaurant and love everything we've tried. Try it out, but don't eat all the brisket!!

I can't say anything bad about this establishment. The food was delicious, service was awesome and ambiance was laid back. I ordered the Alpine Green Chili with the impossible meatless patty it was awesome! So flavorful and big burger is an appropriate name! No fries needed to fill me up!! We will be back!! read more

Great burgers and salads here! The burgers are big like the name says. I have tried almost every one they have and my favorite is still your basic cheese burger with lettuce tomato and pickles. I enjoy eating here at least 2-3 times a month and the food is worth the price! read more
