Our experience started out great with Scott in Sales. But when we need work done in the service department that's when we found out what this dealership was really like. Our trailers sway bars were not level and we had to make adjustments ourselves because they tried to level they trailer on an incline. Then when we took the trailer back in for the refrigerator and a fan not working, we were charged over 300.00 to diagnose a refrigerator that worked as soon as it was turned on. Then they left cords unplugged and the hood vent on top of the trailer not screwed down. It was hanging off when we arrived home. We called to talk to the service manger, went in to talk to the service manager and sent emails to the owner and were ignored at every turn. We asked for a partial credit due to the condition our trailer was in when it was returned to us and we were ignored. Scott also tried to advocate for us and he was ignored as well. We were planning on upgrading to a 5th wheel this year, but we will never set foot in this dealership again. We will buy out if the area.

They use deceiving business practices. Many of the units on their website are not even under contract by them. This unit has been out of contract since 10-12-22 and they have been asked multiple times to stop advertising this unit by the owner yet they do not remove it from their website or other websites they put it on. I called and asked about it and they say it is nolonger available and try to step me into another unit. I called on 7 of their advertised units after this and only 1 was available. I suspect they are doing the same thing on these as well. It is unfair for the buyer as these units are not for sale and it is unfair for the seller who want to list it elsewhere when the contract is over because they couldn't sell it for them and they are unable to list it due to the ads still running from this deceptive RV seller.

I booked an appointment with Big Country Rv here in Bend back in the beginning of July to secure an appointment in early September to receive service on my fifth wheel. I received a call today, 3 days before my appointment saying they need to reschedule. In my head, I feel slightly frustrated because of all the planning that it took to secure that date to drive our rig in. But I ask what their estimated timeframe is, as I've already committed 2 months prior and expect maybe a week of delay or so. I was told sorry, we can't see you until March 2023. Wait, WHAT?! How do you as a business commit to a customer 2 months prior, and call them 3 days before the appointment to say "sorry, it's another 6 months." What a joke! The best consolidation from big country rv here in Bend was to transfer my call to someone else... thanks Ashley Petrie! What stellar customer service. She promised she would have a manager call me to resolve the problem, and to no surprise no call was received. Spend your time elsewhere, as this place has no regard for their customer service.

This is the '06, near perfect truck camper I found at Big Country RV in Bend!

I've seen previous comments, and I'm not discounting them, but I gave their dealership a chance and it sure paid off for me, both financially and personally! They have a beautiful facility and beautiful folks working there who know their stuff and truly care to help people. I will always go to Big Country for my parts and any camper in the future! P.S. They have great coffee too!

Ryan first showed us a used Newmar New Aire that we really loved, but he didn't have one available at the time. He was still incredibly helpful and generous with his time. If we were purchasing again, we would absolutely go through him. Unfortunately, we ended up purchasing from the world's largest Newmar dealer in Florida, and the experience there was abysmal and expensive. We drove from Florida to Oregon (home) for a 6 week trip and took a couple small trips. After compiling a big list of necessary repairs, we returned to Beaver for service. That took about 5 months, though we weren't in a hurry and it seems they were very thorough. Nine months after initial purchase, we scheduled a paid walkthrough with their specialist, Aaron Pierce. That experience made a huge difference. Aaron took the time to walk us through details we didn't even realize we needed to know--things that would have made our earlier trips much easier and more enjoyable. Even when leaving, Aaron, Jaime, and Ryan all made sure we knew how to reach them if there were questions or issues. Arriving back at home, we had questions on AGS settings and Aaron has been very responsive via text messaging. Overall, Beaver Coach Sales has been helpful, knowledgeable, and willing to support us even when they didn't make the original sale. That says a lot about their team.

Having bought one in the past from another dealership, we really had an eye opening experience here that was vastly different than our first. Every single person that works at Beaver is very genuine, kind, friendly and helpful, they also are extremely knowledgeable. Just like any RV you have to take a couple days to work out the kinks that come along in the beginning which we had a couple but, the Beaver Coach dealership has the most onsite Newmar techs out of any other dealership. most only have 1. They have double digits. This made our experience and process even better. They know these rigs down to the smallest detail. (They also spec them better than any I've seen across the country). What you won't find at Beaver Coach are stuffy sales guys in suits where you are trying to figure out if they are being honest and treat you very much like "a customer". You will find that when you leave you will know over and over you made the very best decision. Everyone will know your name and you will rest easy that you will be taken care of for years to come. You will arrive as a customer but leave with friends. Beaver Coach staff have basically become like family friends at this point. We can't thank Beaver Coach enough for being honest, fair priced, and giving us such a great experience. Don't even bother going anywhere else if you are in the market. If you are looking for specific people to help you they are all amazing but here's some name drops to get you started: Chris Szopa Eric Shaver Ryan (sales manager) Stephanie (front desk) Aaron (guru of everything) Shu Alllll the service guys top notch Micah and Becky will always take care of you in service as well. I could go on but I'll stop here! All fantastic we are grateful for every single one of them!

All three are eager to answer questions, and happily explain processes as they go along. The products Rusted Hitch uses are top quality, and their warranty outline is well presented. We were highly impressed by the level of detail in the work: after removing the moldings/trims, they were meticulously stripped of old caulking and cleaned before being reinstalled along the new roof; when the vents and a/c were put back in place, the self-leveling caulking applied around them was neat and perfect; there was not a speck of trash left on site, and they even rolled a magnetic wheel around the ground to retrieve any dropped/missed staples or nails. Chris and Elijah took the time each day to do the job right, rather than hurry through to get home early. You won't be sorry if you put your RV in their hands.

We have had multiple problems. The latest, in that 18 months, the roof sagged a bit over 3 1/2". It had been sagging since we got it back. Not good for a complete rebuild. We just did not know how bad it was initially or how bad it had gotten. Chris did an excellent job of assessing the extent of the poor workmanship and repairs needed. His estimate was also very accurate and fair. The new roof used tubular steel and was reinforced in one place to accommodate a small AC, that request was added on, if we ever decided to install one. We now have a roof that can handle being stood on if ever needed and it won't sag! Throughout the repair Chris documented the damage, and the installation of the new roof. If he had a question he called, or texted. The communication was very good and helped us trust that we made a good choice in working w/ Chris. Overall my wife and I are very pleased with the experience provided by Chris and Rusted Hitch Restoration!
