Burgers, wings, pizza always well executed. I give them 5 stars because they do the sports bar thing to perfection. Lots of big TV screens so whatever sport is going on, you can see it. They have an outdoor seating area that's open in the warm weather months and they usually have a great band or entertainment. The Dugout has been in our Saturday date night rotation for more than a decade and it is a great solid establishment. And oh by the way, it's the least expensive restaurant we frequent so the experience per dollar can't be beat.

My family n I used to go all the time, til the end of this year the new guy that took over was not only Rude , but our chicken was partially raw 2out of 3 times. At one time while we were sitting at a picnic table he was talking to another customer about 1 of the female employees. Let's just say it wasn't very nice, and at that time my husband n I decided to leave n take our dinners home. Our children didn't need to hear the things he was saying about fellow workers. The ribs were fall off the bone and dry rub (I believe) which I prefer. And my favorite - and sometimes hard-to-find - the smoked turkey was absolute perfection. Not over or under powering. Just the right amount of smoky flavor. I didn't need to add sauce to any of the meats to enjoy them. The onion rings were perfectly fried - crunchy with thick cuts of onion. While my son and I were split on the Mac n cheese (which was definitely good anyway you look at it), my son liked it more than I did. The best side IMO is their baked beans. It was acidic and less sweet in a good way and tasted like no other BBs I've had. I'm not sure I'll have another reason to be up in Binghampton again, but I will so be going here again if I ever do.
