My husband, his parents and I met for dinner Monday evening. My father in law discovered this restaurant in his quest to find a restaurant close to where we live. It of course has good ratings. Our order consisted of pork egg foo young, beef with snow peas, lemon chicken and walnut shrimp. The orders came with white rice. I ordered ice tea, my husband and father in law ordered beer. We shared our entrees. They were delicious, the meat tender, the sauce tasty and the vegetables delicious. Our service was excellent. At the end of our meal, our waitress boxed our leftovers for us. I recommend this restaurant, this place is the best Asian restaurant we've found in the Phoenix metropolitan area.

The eggless fried rice that was an upcharge of $3

First time trying this place 7/15/26. Went to the restaurant to order for takeout and ordered beef and broccoli, orange chicken, fried rice, and crab puffs. The only good thing that we ordered was the crab puffs. My partner and I paid an additional $3 each as a fried rice substitute and got soy sauce rice with barely any egg. The orange chicken was soggy which was surprising as we went to the restaurant to order it and brought it home ourselves. The breef and broccoli was mediocre as the veggies were decent but the texture of the beef was off-putting. My partner and I experienced indigestion later that evening and just ended up throwing away $40 worth of takeout. Honestly not worth the hype

Their food is consistently the same no matter how busy it is, most recently during a heavy dinner hour - prime time. Yes, expect to wait, we started the 30 plus wait time out side and then inside in the small waiting area. It's not fancy by any means. TVs with a game on, servers moving about, and a steady stream of to go orders. We had King Pao Chicken, Beef with broccoli and Mongolian Beef. Also Wongs fried rice & appetizer plate and soups. I had hot & sour soup, absolutely delicious, a little spicy as it should be. My Mongolian Beef was probably the best prepared, very tender beef and flavorful I've had, and always consistently the same each visit. The other entrees severed were equally flavorful, tender meats and served fresh & hot. Servers are kind and knowledgeable of each dish and offer suggestions of their favorites. The seating area is in need of updating but very clean, as are the restrooms. But it's about the quality, quantity & consistency that keeps me returning. Just go!

Loved the crispiness of a nicely fried wing. Large Hot & Sour Soup - Great consistency but it had a weird underlying sweetness I didn't enjoy. The restaurant across the street on the Fry's plaza used to have the best hot and sour soup until they changed owners so it was going to be hard for them to beat regardless. Orange Chicken - I don't think any of us expected it to come out this way so it was a surprise. Was a pleasant surprise? Ehh. It's probably my least favorite orange Chicken in the valley. Honey Walnut Shrimp - Standard, classic, and perfect. They do it as well as any other place around. Beef Chow Fun - Another great standard and one that had no

You order, pay at the counter and grab your beverage from the refrigerator. Your meal is packed in styrofoam so you either take out or eat in at one of the few tables inside. Parking is very easy because they are at the end of a strip mall in a big parking lot. Our food was very fresh. Portions were very large. The chicken in our dishes was masterfully moist and very tender. The food is a very good value if you like it. We ordered the yui shan chicken and the garlic chicken combos (only around $1. more to get soup, crab puff, egg roll and an upgrade from white rice to fried rice.) Based on only trying two dishes my conclusion is that they serve Arizona Style American Chinese Food. It is far less complex, less flavorful, and much less spicy than east coast American take out Chinese Food. It's not bad food in anyway so if you are from Arizona it is very good food. We started eating at the restaurant but I got the idea that I could take the food home and improve it for my taste. The food stayed piping hot and it did taste much better with just a spoonful of chili crisp added more flavors and some needed heat. The people working there seemed very nice and the restaurant looked sparkling clean. 3 stars is a positive review and means A-OK on Yelp. They come with your entree, soup, chow mein, rice, a crab ragoon, and an egg roll. I ordered the Kung Pao Shrimp and it was delicious. It had a slight kick, bit it wasn't too spicy. The shrimp was cooker perfectly, mot rubbery. My favorite was the egg drop soup, it had tofu in it and it was addictive. I definitely recommend checking George and Sons out!

Nothing to jump up and down about. We wanted to come back because the atmosphere was laid back and relaxing. This visit, we felt rushed. It was 5:00 on a Saturday! Everything was rushed: place your order! (We need a few minutes please); you ready now? (Sigh. Sure.). We ordered mongolean beef, veggie egg foo yung, and shrimp with walnuts. The shrimp was excellent. Very early in our meal they were persistent in clearing our table. (we're still working on that); when they picked up the last few plates plates the server had our check in her hand. By golly she wanted us out of there! (Um, we kinda wanted another glass of wine...). Why? The place wasn't packed. Why the rush? The food is fine, as I mentioned, but the vibe was off for us. I "might" understand wanting to turn our booth if there was a wait for tables, but that was not the case. Will we return? Maybe for lunch or for something to go. The food is decent here and their hot mustard is delightfully potent.
