I would like to give this Big O tires five stars for the phenomenal work they did for me! I was on my way to the vet's office with my son (my cat was being rushed into surgery) and Aaron, the manager, helped me tremendously. As I was on my way to my appointment my car overheated and started smoking severely. I pulled into Big O tires off the highway - I had never been there before and didn't know anyone in the area. Aaron came out of the shop, assessed the damage to my car, and went up and above to fix my vehicle quickly and get me on the road again. Had I stopped at another shop it would've taken all day to fix and my bill would have been triple at another shop. The entire staff was extremely courteous and helpful. The manager, Aaron, personally helped me so that my cat was able to get to surgery. I have never come across anyone so helpful and kind and caring. I highly recommend this shop and I will go here now for all my vehicle needs. read more

While traveling home to CA from Pennsylvania I had a "chance" encounter with a "K" rail alongside interstate 76 going through Arvada. While my car was drive-able it was clear that it needed some front-end work before I continued on. I located this Big O tire shop after discovering that Big O did front-end alignment work. April Gates, Sales Associate was my first point of contact. She took complete ownership of my dilemma. After her technicians determined the necessary work she contacted a local Nissan dealer and after learning they could not have parts for several days found one that could have parts available in the morning. While I had to stay overnight in Arvada I was encouraged to have my vehicle at the Big O shop by 7am at which point they could commence removal of the damaged parts in preparation for delivery from Nissan. I needed to switch out my license plate on my BMW but the screws were so rusted out I could not do it myself. I had stopped at AutoZone for assistance and the sold me a product that did not work. I then went back and no one was willing to help. I then stopped by a Big O Tire in Commerce City and the employee there broke off a piece on my car. I called Big O Tire in Arvada to ask for there advice and see if they had time to take a look at the issue. The gentleman on the phone was gracious and told me to stop by right then. When I arrived three guys began to inspect the issue and after 30 minutes resolve the issue for me. They had to get creative and use some of their own parts to complete the task. I've been coming to this location for 2 years and the service has always been great. Two weeks ago the service was exceptional. Our second child was born on Friday, 9/21. On Sunday afternoon, 9/23, I got a flat tire as I was headed back to the hospital. I took my flat to this location and jokingly asked how quickly they could patch it, explaining that we'd just had a baby and pointing to the hospital band on my arm. All the bays were full and we were looking at a 90-120 minute wait. So Alex, working the front, took my tire to the back and patched it himself. I was out the door 30 minutes later. He absolutely did not have to do that, but I am incredibly thankful that he did. read more

I walked in discouraged based on the emissions testing place failing my car because of the TPMS light. Andy Stratton, the Assistant Manager, greeted me promptly and offered a lot of information on what could trigger the notification. He was professional and incredibly knowledgeable. He had my tires checked out and diagnosed within minutes. My car is back to normal, and I'm headed back to get the green light on my emissions test. Absolutely the BEST experiences I have had at any auto-body shop. My car is very old and many parts are failing. I was greeted and taken care of by Darren, and was pleasantly surprised at the excellent customer service I received! Darren had a very thorough inspection done on my car by David. David fixed my car up, and they had me out and back on the road in no time. About two days later my car had a seperate issue because well she's old. Darren once again had David work on my car, and with no hesitation, David gladly and efficiently fixed Opal again! I was driving from Detroit to the south rim of the Grand Canyon. My front tire was worn and had a small bubble on it. I called every dealer and tire shop in Denver and no one could get my weird tire size quickly. When I called another location they suggested I hit the Arvada store since it was close. Torrey assisted me and instead of finding a similar tire he found my exact tire. Because of my situation he also went to pick it up himself since they couldn't get to there timely. Just want the public to know how awesome Ken and Cody at big O tires is. Very personable,quick to resolve your car issues and explain what they did and why. Ken has a jokingly good humor and when you have had a not so good day it is nice to come across that someone that cares. Top notch. Took my leaky tire here after Discount Tire didn't fix it. The biggest different between the two was the communication from Big O. I got two calls during the 2 hours I left my car with them, the first to say there was an issue with the tire that needed a part to fix, the second to say that it doesn't actually have to be fixed because it still holds air, and that it was done. No charge for the fix. Compare that to Discount Tire where I had to call them after the 3 prescribed hours had elapsed and when I picked it up all they did was put the spare on. Go Big O. read more

I came in to Big O to get my snow tires installed as I have many times before. As always I was able to get a walkin appointment with no issues and only big smiles. The front counter staff is always friendly and helpful and got me back on the road very quickly. I was also able to get some quotes for additional services from Sara which were the best prices compaired to anywhere else I have looked. We were in a tight pinch the night before going up snowboarding in the morning and needed new tires put on and John stayed late and got us all hooked up and made sure we were gonna be safe getting to and from the mountains.
