Service, professionalism, honesty, integrity, reliable, courteous, and more! Most recently they've taken excellent care of my young adult offering her financing based on my credit history. Being a consigner without the LOC on my report is out of the ordinary and extraordinary. When I've made appointments they are on point honoring my time. A few years ago I had a car that made noise every time I stepped on the brakes, with a young driver that made me extra concerned. I was told some vehicles are just noisy if I could fix it and charge you I would. The car was fine until it was traded on. I appreciate Les Schwab and highly recommend this location, Kuna, and Cole Rd as these are the places that have always taken excellent care of me and my kid!

It may seem like a small thing, but it makes a huge difference. There's nothing worse than walking into a business and feeling invisible. You definitely won't get that at Perfection Tire! Their customer service earns an A+ from the second you arrive. One of my favorite perks is that they'll even give you a ride home if you live nearby and pick you up when your vehicle is ready. Talk about a win-win! They also rotate your tires for free during service and never try to upsell you on things you don't need, which I really appreciate. They also did an excellent job on my husband's wheel alignment. His vehicle drives great, and it gave us even more confidence in the quality of their work. The only small hiccup was that after they cleaned my air filter, the dashboard notification wasn't reset. Since they're so close to my house, I'll just swing by and have them take care of it--no big deal at all. Their prices are also very reasonable. My husband recently had his vehicle serviced somewhere closer to his work, and it ended up costing more. They even charged extra to rotate his tires! Found a nail in my wife's driver side rear tire this morning around 9, a slow leak at 26 psi for a 32 psi tire. Called around and found a few places that could do the repair today. Two were in Star, and one of them wouldn't be able to repair the tire until 3 or 4 pm. The guy at Star Tire said I could bring the car over right away and they could take care of me. We dropped the car before 10 am. The gentleman said the car should be ready around 11:30 am. That was fine with us, as we had the other car. We were told that we would be called when the car was ready. We had not received a call by 2 pm and we were out doing an errand so we dropped by. The same gentleman told me that they had tried two prior repairs of the tire, but leaking persisted. They were on their third try. I've never had a flat take three attempts to repair. We were told the car would be ready shortly. We decided to wait in the car. The repair was completed within about 10 minutes, we paid, and were preparing to leave. Dan, who I believe is the owner, told us to check and make sure that the key was in the car. It wasn't. Went back in and had to wait another 5 minutes because they didn't know where the key was. It was eventually found and we were on our way. 3 hours after we were told the car would be ready. I appreciate that they were able to take care of my car today. Everyone is nice here, and they seem to do a good business. As I said, they are well reviewed. We just moved to Star in June and I am looking for an auto shop to take care of the maintenance and repair of both our vehicles. Unfortunately, after this experience with ST&A, I'll be looking elsewhere.

Charlie and his staff did a whole diagnostic on my car and handled the repairs quickly. In May 2025 my AC quit with a rattle and my check engine light came on. Meineke quickly found broken fan blades and corrected the check engine light through a series of diagnostic tests. It remained a frustrating mystery until a successful solution was found. I appreciate Charlie's professional determination and accessibility throughout the process. This Meineke location saved me from having to go to the Hyundai dealer, and they will be my go-to auto mechanic from now on. Many thanks, guys!
