Got a flat on a Sunday Went to another big name tire store with 3 guys standing around telling me that they couldn't get to me until 3 o'clock in the afternoon even though there was no cars in the shop. Came to big O tires was greeted by George will promptly took my vehicle into the back assessed that I needed a new tire and I was back on the road within 30 minutes and got a great deal on a tire. He said could not Rotate tires due to Swollen Lug nuts, that's fine, however the bill was still 74.43!!! for an extra quart of oil and no tire rotation. My car has been making an awful sound from my front breaks. I brought in my car to get checked and possibly have new brakes put on. However, because they are honest they showed me the breaks on my car they are still good so no break change was done today. The crew over at Big O Tires came up HUGE! I was driving home and all of a sudden the hood of my car started blowing smoke so I pulled over and had AAA tow me to the nearest mechanic. I brought my truck in this morning at 10 to get a slow leak in my tire fixed. Jaime said "it will be ready in 2 hours." It is now 2:25 and it has not gone in the garage yet. Staff said "you're next." On 062920 I made an order and also made an appointment for new tires. The price was $387.09 out the door. The next day when I arrived, I was told the price would be $487.00. I was taken back by the $100.00 jump. I asked the person at the counter, why such a huge jump? When I made the appointment, it stated, $387.09. The person behind the counter said, "I don't know, I'm not an IT guy. Ok, classic bait and switch then. Brought my car in for an oil change a few months ago. I should have left when the lobby was empty and the employee came in about ten minutes later with the coldest greeting. My car was there for a little over an hour, they came out, gave me my keys and sent me on my way. About a month later I noticed I was leaking oil. I brought it back to them and they told me that it couldn't have been them because there were no leaks coming from the parts they touched. The bottom of my car was completely covered in oil. Came in for a coolant flush. Called in earlier during the day when I was at work for an appointment. Came in after I got off. The guy that helped me was cool prompt and knew his stuff. They took my truck right away I did wait 1.5 hours but I mean it takes time to do certain jobs. I rather they take their time and do it right then hurry and do it wrong. But I Came in at a good time cause shortly after they got backed up really fast so my advice call ahead of time that way you can get an idea of what your wait time is unless it's something along the lines of them trying to figure what's wrong with your car. read more

First off, I had brought my car in for a well overdue oil change, and let me tell you, once I walked in, I've never felt more welcomed in my life. Jamie had helped me and he's great! I just came in again to fix my blinker, I thought it had been just an issue with the bulb but it turns out the fuse had blown. Waste of time. Service is really slow. Communication is poor. They just let you out there. Putting back your tire will take you an hour. And thats only putting back your tire nothing to do with any repair on it. Came in at 8am for a patch, didnt got to me until 1030 letting me know they cant fix it. I told them to put it back. We purchased 4 new tires on Friday @ 4pm. They informed us the brakes needed replacement @ 5pm. They stayed late to complete the car by 7pm on Friday. The guys at Big O tires are amazing. They were so nice on so many levels. I wanted to purchase expensive tires and they suggested cheaper but equivalent performance tires. Moreover it would have been easier for them to keep the car and complete it on Saturday but they were willing to work late to deliver the car on the same day. On another occasion, we were experiencing low tire pressure. They took the car for 30min but couldn't find the leak. They properly inflated all four tires and returned the car with no charges. Do not trust them! Got 2 new rear tires and was told I needed shocks. Ok no problem I want to be safe while driving my car..... My car still isn't driving right... took it back again to have an alignment... paid for the alignment.... Took it to another shop because it still wasn't driving right only to find out they didn't do an alignment BUT THE CHARGED ME FOR one. When we called they ADMITTED they never did the alignment but I was still charged for one. Shame on you for taking advantage of people. read more

I went into this store to get rid of camber in my wrx. After the man out front got my request my car got sent back. They didn't align the back wheels so I sent the car back right after. Then they kept trying to give me positive camber. And I sent the car back again. They messed up my caster and both were way too positive. I had one of the mechanics come up to me and try to talk to me like I didn't know anything. I will never spend my money here again. I'm now at a mom and pop tire shop getting my front right wheel patched because I conveniently have two nails in my tire. Funny. I'm sure they didn't like that I requested them do the right job.
