Love my new Michelin Premier tires - super grip and they are the new version of the Mxv4s that originally came with my older Mercedes. I started to notice over the last 10,000 miles some spotty rain conditions, I may have lost some traction. Although I find it a blast to have to steer my vehicle when it's sliding. It just isn't safe for anyone around me if I lose traction. Less than three years ago and well over 90,000 miles it was time to put a brand new set of the same BFGK02 in a 285 7517 E load range back on the forerunner. I'll start by saying I was sold on Big O in Dublin after talking to his service advisor named Dj. I may have been across the street when I made the phone call and noticed that they were pretty busy a week ago. I thought I'd give a call and see if they had my fitment in stock. They did not or he said he would've done them right then and there. He gave me a quote and promised to give me a call on Monday to advise me of the ETA on this set of tires. Excited to get a text back on Monday afternoon stating the tires are in his possession and he could do this job at my convenience. So I decided to just pull in at about 9 AM this morning a week later. To be promised for tires and the factory alignment inside of two hours. Somehow Dj got my confidence at this point. I did a little window shopping took a 6 mile walk around the neighborhood got back in an hour and 45 minutes and he was doing the paperwork. Over the last couple of summers I hammered on the front end so bad and dirt roads for wheeling this vehicle I did not think that it would ever drive straight again. At this point there alignment technician will see me again more often. Needless to say the vehicle drove straight and true and my traction control is back to amazing. I got a flat while driving on 680 with my young daughter and dog. After waiting several hours at a nearby Chevron for a flatbed tow I arrived at Big O. I needed someone to get my rim off because I unfortunately didn't have my rim lock key. I called Wheel Works and Big O and the guys at Big O were THE BEST. They assured me they could help, to just get the car over as soon as possible and we're standing by for me to arrive. It was such an ordeal on a 95 degree day it was such a relief. I arrived at Big O with ten minutes until closing and pretty much the team jumped into action to help me. They were so helpful and worked extremely quickly I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I worked with Elliott who was very pleasant and helpful and very focused on providing excellent customer service. And doing good work! He had me come in first thing in the morning, and I was actually disappointed that they took care of the tire so fast, lol. I don't normally write reviews but I feel compelled to after such a great experience today. I should mention that I consistently take my vehicles to Big O for service and tire and brake needs over the past 20 years and have always had excellent service. However today the Big O in Dublin went above and beyond. A friend of mine is in the hospital after suffering a stroke recently and his wife called yesterday saying she had a flat tire and i found a nail in it. I offered to take it in to have it repaired, and this morning was overwhelmed by the generosity of the employees at Big O. When asked if the car was a new one (since it was not on my profile), i was prompted to bring up why i was taking care of this tire issue. I regret not getting the employee's name, but he asked how my friend was doing and gave his best wishes for his recovery. He then expedited the tire repair. Once completed, he informed me there was no charge and gave their best wishes for my friend's recovery. While a tire repair charge is not the most expensive cost, it is the genuine sentiment of the action. I am truly grateful to this man and highly recommend Big O for any of your car needs! They dinged my 22" polished truck rim in two places when I took it to them to remove a screw from the tire and fix a flat. Apparently they don't have the right equipment or skill to remove a tire from a polished wheel and not ding it up. I know my wheel was immaculate before taking it to them since I cleaned it just before taking it to them. I didn't notice the two dings they made until I started to put the wheel back on my truck at home. The dings can't be fixed, so no sense taking it back to them and causing a commotion. i just won't go to Big O in Dublin ever again. And if I ever have to have a tire fixed again, I will remember to ask if they can work on wheels without scratching them up. I have chosen to use this Big O because they were able to see me same day. 4 new tires for a Toyota Yaris plus alignment for a little over $600. Pros: fast service, more affordable than Toyota Dealership, close to Pleasanton. Cons: at check out, I was being helped by an employee who did not have an answer for my question. Instead of asking someone for help, he just made things up. When I asked follow up questions, he continued to just wing it. The original employee who scheduled my appointment was busy on the phone so I ended up leaving with out an answer. My question was about one of the tire sensors. The tire sensor light has been on for some time before I replaced the tires. I have reset the tire sensors numerous times without any luck. At check out, I asked if they replaced the faulty sensor and the employee stated that "they re-set it". I told him I have done that before and obviously there's a faulty sensor. I took my vehicle in for an inspection on a noise on front tire. It was inspected. I told that the noise was from the cupping of the one tire. So I picked up my vehicle and went on a road trip 900 miles round trip. When I got to my destination the noise got worse and loud. I was very concerned about the noise. I took my vehicle to get new tires to fix the issue. To my surprise I was told by the tire store staff that there was a noise still on the vehicle. I took my vehicle to a mechanic and as soon as the tire was pulled out and the brake rotor was spinning it very noticeable that the rotor was bent significantly. So after further inspection the bearing was found faulty. All this could have been prevented by the first inspection. It could have been a worst problem. I am disappointed that when I got back and went back to the big o tires and mentioned that they failed to do a good judgment call on the initial inspection. I was told that they don't do that. No apology but only sarcasm and a stiff attitude. I expected a better response. I expected integrity and overall good customer service. But to my disappointment I didn't get that. read more

Elis has answered the phone at 10am in the morning, and got the tires in stock in the afternoon, I came in and got new tires installed in an hour, but it turned out that tires were the same specifications as OEM, but different model and didn't match the front ones. My 2019 accord was making this clunking sound for the longest I had taken it to les schwaab and they did a suspension check and couldn't tell me what it was because everything visibly looks fine. I decided to take it down to Big O Tire here in Dublin. I had them take a look and Eli had helped me out, all of them were very friendly. Jake who was working on diagnosing what the issue may be and he pointed out since there are some new parts added in after my accident. He said that it may be a loose or an overly tightened screw. He told me it would take a while to open up so he had suggested me to come in the morning. The next morning comes I thought I'd be staying there for minimum 3 hours. It just took an hour and a half! Thank you Jake once again for putting in effort to see what the issue was and resolving it. I would be going to Walmart all the time for oil changes, but I also had for my oil done with them and now on top they fixed the noise issue! They definitely earned a new loyal customer. I have always felt like they told me to do what needed to be done and not more than that. They are extremely professional and can do far more than a simple tire replacement or even brake jobs.
