I've been coming here for about a year now, and honestly, everything has been great! The customer service up front is always friendly and welcoming, and the mechanics do a great job communicating what maintenance or future work may need to be done without ever pressuring you to do it right away. As a woman who doesn't know a whole lot about cars, I really appreciate that they take the time to explain things and never make me feel like I'm being given the runaround or taken advantage of. I purchased five BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain tires from Big O Tires on **April 13, 2026**, along with the **Pro-Tec+ Tire Protection Plan** for **$183.20**. I bought the protection plan because I wanted the peace of mind of knowing that if I picked up a nail or suffered another road hazard, my tire would be replaced. My invoice specifically states: *"This extended warranty comes with a 3-year roadside assistance... It also includes a 3-year warranty for FREE tire replacement due to a Road Hazard. See the Tire Protection contract for details. This contract supersedes any other printed reference related to the extended warranty."* Here's the problem. **I was never given the Tire Protection contract.** The invoice tells me to "see the Tire Protection contract for details," but **no contract was ever provided.** It also says to "see the back of this invoice for details," yet **the back of the invoice is completely blank.** Three months later, on **July 13, 2026**, I picked up a nail in one of my tires and returned to Big O expecting the coverage I had paid for. Instead, I was told they would only repair the tire because it was considered repairable. That was the first time I learned that "free tire replacement" actually meant **replacement only if Big O determines the tire cannot be repaired.** They then handed me the Tire Protection contract that I should have received when I bought the warranty. Additionally, the revision of the Tire Protection contract they handed me was 02/2015. My biggest issue is not simply that they repaired the tire. I drive a **2023 Toyota 4Runner** equipped with these **BFGoodrich Trail-Terrain tires** because I regularly take the vehicle off-road. I purchased both the tires and the protection plan with that intended use in mind. While a properly repaired tire may be acceptable for normal highway driving, it is **not the outcome I expected when I specifically paid extra for road hazard protection on tires intended for off-road use.** I now have less confidence in taking that tire onto rocky trails and rough terrain, which defeats the very reason I purchased the protection plan in the first place. What frustrates me most is that **Big O sold me a protection plan by advertising "FREE tire replacement due to a Road Hazard," required me to agree to a Tire Protection contract, but never actually gave me that contract before I signed and paid for it.** Instead, I received it only after filing a claim, when it was too late to make an informed purchasing decision. How can a customer agree to the terms of a contract that was never provided? If the actual coverage is **"repair first, replace only if the tire is non-repairable,"** then that should be clearly explained--and the complete contract should be provided--before the customer spends nearly **$200** on the protection plan. This feels misleading. I didn't buy the protection plan expecting to learn the real terms only after I needed to use it. Customers deserve full disclosure up front, not after the sale. Based on this experience, I cannot and will NEVER recommend Big O Tires. read more

(1 star) I stopped by Big O Tires recently to get pricing on a set of tires, but they were way overpriced compared to other shops nearby. When I asked if they could price match competitors, they refused. Definitely disappointing--especially when most other tire places are willing to work with you. I came here to get my tires replaced and went for the buy 3 get one free deal. The price was reasonable and the service was exceptional.

What went well? Everything! My car had a sudden tire issue and needed repair. I've had my car serviced before in Calif so I trusted Big O. I called Big O at this location and spoke to Mike, he got me in without an appointment. The tire repair was overseen by Eric. A complementary vehicle inspection was also done. Took my car for emergency tire repair close to end of day (less than an hour to closing) and they accommodated me - fixed it in about 30 minutes ... and service was pleasant ! After the truck was diagnosed, it had a bit more wrong with it than I expected. Jens gave me the diagnosis report, with parts (different options as well) and labor costs. These people did an oil change on my car a week ago AND DIDN'T PUT OIL IN IT!!! When I called to complain that I had to add oil to my car they tried to argue with me and have me bring it back in. I WILL NEVER LET THEM TOUCH MY CAR AGAIN!!! read more

We had purchased our tires at another Big O Tires in Northern Nevada and discovered that all the Big O Tires are not connected. Additionally, we did not have an appointment but we were treated like we had purchased the tires from the store we visited, professional, helpful and most of all efficient. Staff explained the process and cost ($30.00) to repair the tire assuming it could be repaired, fortunately it was just a nail and was repaired. i had high hopes but i shouldn't have. took an hour and a half just to be told if my tire was repairable or not. then upon completion, my car was parked with the lip completely over the curb to the point of the tires touching the curb. it scraped while backing out and i know that it scrapes when you pull in too far because i've done it when i first bought the car. so how they did not hear it scraping the concrete and continued to keep going? no idea. i usually go to discount tire and they were closed. i will never come here again. so frustrating!!! read more

I've had the worse experience with this location. I've used Big O tires many times before in Arizona but this was my first time here. First off, Mike is the guy running the place and when I paid for a service I didn't receive, he told me to come back the following day but never put me on the schedule like he said he would so I drove there the following day to be rescheduled again. He wasn't at work that day either so I couldn't get a refund. Now every time I call, he's not there or he skips his lunch to leave early. I called today and he's off today. Now I have to call tomorrow between a certain timeframe to hopefully get him. I just don't have the time to keep calling to get a refund for a service that was never rendered. I would not trust this location. I work at a shop and recently had my lower control arms replaced. I've previously had other suspension work done as well. We don't do alignments therefore I was referred to BIG O.. what a BIG O mistake. I brought my vehicle in on Saturday had an alignment done. When my husband showed me the pictures of the alignment it was unacceptable. I brought my car back in today to have it done properly. The young lady came in and said my alignment was fine and that they would need to put my car on a Rack to inspect the suspension. I informed her that I work at a shop and just had the suspension done. I showed her the pictures from there alignment done on Saturday and she even commented ya it's still in the red. No Kidding that's why I'm back. I won't ever do business with BIG O again. Not all women are clueless. This is not a proper alignment. read more

After leaving Durango casino on a Sunday I noticed I had a screw on my back left tire. I normally go to discount tires. Discount tires are closed on a Sunday. I called Big O tires that they are near to my place on Centennial. And yes!!! They are open on Sundays!!:) They were short-handed but they had the flow and help everybody!! To me it look like it was a two-man army. Jeff and the other gentleman worked on the counter and then went back and serviced the vehicles in a timely matter. They are the dynamic duel!!! Worst. Company. Ever! Completely incompetent and dishonest. They could not fix my oil leak. Charged me $2200 and 10 (ten) visits it still leaked. September to January. Two different locations. Corporate management was horrible and full of b. S. Also. After the second visit my car got towed in front of my house for leaking oil that I'd paid to fix and brought in 3xs! When I requested some sort of reimbursement for the $430 tow bill (plus car still was leaking) Audrey the manager was a total bitch The Charleston location was just as bad. read more
