Whatever you do, don't go to this Big O Tire. They lied about service I asked for and didn't do it. I asked for tire rotation and they didn't do it. If you don't rotate your tires they don't last as long. Same day I asked then to check air pressure and make sure they are at 35psi. Once again they said everything is good and all 4 tires needed air. Unbelievable and unacceptable. On top of that they spilled oil all over my engine compartment and didn't clean it up. Because of this my motor squeaks 24/7 and oil is splattering on my windshield when I drive. It's been 3 days since I called corporate office and haven't heard from them, so that shows you what kind of company they are. read more

Been having problems with my truck. Anytime I bring it to bigOtire, they get me in and take care of my problems. They have even stayed open later to fix my truck and get me back on the road that night. I would recommend them to anyone. They take great care of there customers. read more

The amount of problems my family has had with this place is incredible. So far 3 of my family members that have come here have had problems with the service done on their vehicle, problems with the staff, and issues with them including charges never discussed that were very overpriced. I called yesterday to see if they had an opening for an oil change today, the employee said yes he had openings all morning from 8am-2pm. I asked if I could bring my vehicle in at 10:30 and he said yes. I get there and wait in the waiting room for 20 minutes while the phone is ringing consistently. After 20 minutes, someone comes to the counter and I tell them I'm here for an appointment I set up yesterday for 10:30. He shows me the computer monitor and says that I don't have an appointment scheduled. He proceeded to tell me he was here all yesterday and would've put in my appointment if I called. I had to pull out my phone and show him that I called the right number and scheduled the appointment because they had a lot of other appointments today (after I was told they were available all morning). He said that he could fit in my oil change but I'm a little weary that they won't actually complete a full oil change and half a** it. Since that's what they did to one of my family members vehicles. This next part is my fault, but I then asked for a free alignment check which he told me that it would be $140! I said no thank you and sat down watching a busy waiting room being handled by only ONE person taking phone calls, assisting people AND taking cars back. My family members have seen the manager here verbally assaulting the employees, and disrespectfully talking to people that came in for services. Someone from the back came out an hour after I brought my car in and insisted I needed an "engine flush" and explained that it would make my engine run better. I said yes to that since it sounded important, but I looked it up as I sat down and every source I saw said that's a load of crap. "Quick-lube" shops sell you to make an extra $100-$200. After doing my research I asked someone upfront if they could hold doing that service, but they already started. The guy came out again and sat down with me and and gave me the low down on what was wrong with my car (which is very old and crappy, I know that). He was very genuine and nice and explained everything that was wrong and how/why to fix it. But from replacing a few items in my engine myself, the prices I was quoted WAS OUTRAGEOUS! read more

Dropped by on Saturday with tire that I found out later had a big nail in it and was losing air daily. I talked with Sarah on Friday and they set me up for an appointment on Saturday. They took my vehicle in after a normally short wait. I went out for a short walk and they texted me when it was done. Great service. Friendly employees. Update: 9:07am 11/04/2018 Finally sucked it up to come back for the free oil change promised to me and to finally get the TPMS light checked. A mechanic came out to tell me that the person opening the store is running 10-20 min late. Seriously. I have a hard time imagining that it's only on the random days I'm here that this stuff happens. I took my car in for a break check they left my driver window down outside in the rain for 8 hours while I was at work came to pick it up and nothing worked they said it was my fault to why the windows didn't work. The manager is a jackass I would never take a car here again. While I was there a couple people also had appointments and they had been waiting for hrs and never got seen. I went to get tires on saturday and alot of problems were uncovered in the process that would be crucial to my family and drivers on the road safety. I researched tires using the website, made an appointment and a few hours later received a confirmation. Two days later, arriving for my appointment, I was told (after waiting for 20 minutes) they didn't have the tires. Mistakes happen, I understand this. And I'm sure the tire service would have been great. My issue is the way I was treated - as if somehow it was MY fault the tires weren't there. "You did this order online?!" "Did you get a confirmation???" Yep and yep. They didn't offer to look for alternate tires of my size, or any real solution beyond trying to get the tires from another shop while I waited. When I said that I was six months pregnant and really couldn't wait for this, the response was, with a nasty laugh "well, you would have been waiting and hour and a half anyhow." I had to repeatedly ask for my keys back to leave while he argued with me about it. I'm a very patient person - I wouldn't have even been tempted to write a review if their response to the mix-up had been even just a little kinder. read more

I can't even rate this place that's how angry I am with the incompetence. I called at 10am this morning talked to Landon regarding getting my brakes done all the way around, he tells me he has opening at 3pm.. I get there early at 1pm even stopped for pads and rotors as Landen said it depends if they could get the parts so bring it in early. I get there and Landen makes me wait 15 minutes then tells me that their mechanic is leaving early today and he had no idea because no one tells him anything. I asked why he didn't call me and let me know so I could find another place to take my car to as I can barely drive it they are grinding! He replies , I guess I didn't think about doing that. I asked to rLk to the manager Landen says ok and he remains at the desk staring out the window for five minutes! I finally ask him if he let the manager know I wanted to speak with him, he says oh no I didn't sorry I will tell him now!! Duh!!! Then I tell manager what's going on and that to be helpful I brought the parts from NAPA, he then tells me I have to buy parts from then which is strange bc I do this all the time. I felt he was making excuses so I tell him ok I'll buy parts from you, he informs me they are open Sunday then I later find out they have no mechanics scheduled for Sunday He comes out with estimate and wants to charge me over a thousand dollars for breaks and rotors!!! I used to come here years ago, not sure what happened to this place but I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy.. when I asked him about no mechanic Sunday he tells me oh they guy is off but will come in if you want to do it for this price!! No thank you I vowed I would NEVER return to this place again, however my friend called me today which is Mother's Day by the way... she tells me that she has an appointment at Big-O for a new set of tires and alignment. Because she was just purchasing a set of tires I didn't mention to her what had occurred with me 6 months ago at this same place. I figure heck it's a set of tires, can't screw that up. Because my friend has a child with a disability who could not sit in a waiting room I decide to pick them up and we went out to eat for Mother's Day. Ok generally changing a set of tires takes about 1-1/2 tops! Discount tires takes 1/2 hour... but anyway, we go to Maplewood have a nice early dinner at Outback. I picked her up at 3pm, they said 3 hours, it is 6pm when we pull back into Big O. Her vehicle is up on the air with tires off and nothing else done! They guy tells her another 45-1 hour before it's done specially that she needs an alignment or she tells its part of the deal! We are in the parking lot her son is getting harder to control let alone she needs to pick up her other son from work!! I don't what's up with this business but by the looks of all the reviews that should close this place down! I understand that 6 months ago mgt offered to make it up to me but like I said I would never trust my car in the hands of these mechanics! There is no structure or professionalism , so sad Either overhaul and get rid all the employees and start fresh or close it down!! read more

What a joke! Pricing on the website says one thing but i get charged another! I even told her over the phone (bc i couldn't place my order online) about the price! Even when i was there I told her that the price said this and she said she'll look into it? Guess she didn't even care to do so b/c i was charged the price she quoted over the phone and not the website price! I was charged for tpms which i know i didnt want nor got and yet my tire pressure light is still on! Driving for a couple miles and you can hear the noise from the tires! As for the alignment, she was didnt even show me how off it was just saying it was off but still made me get it? Dont go here! They rip you off!!! read more

Went there got four brand new tires oil flush and they checked everything out in my break system. Great customer service Adrian was exceptional in her customer service and selling been a week since I got the work done and have had no issues. Hopefully Adrian and the new management there can stay and keep that place in order read more

Ok - is anyone else suspicious of the hair-on-fire bad reviews? Gloria from Las Vegas (???} was so angry she could hardly write the review but she not so much that she didn't go back. Molly from Lakeville (quite a drive Molly) had multiple family members having problems with this business but she went anyway. These sound more like competitors trying to put down rivals. Look, I don't have any connection to this business other than the one experience (which was fine - how sublime can buying tires be?) but I think reviews should be legit. Worst place ever. They were so over booked that we waited 2 hours for an oil change. When we first came in we were greeted pleasantly by Paula. In the middle of her taking care of our write up, the other girl, Tiffany ordered Paula to go take care of fixing a flat. We were promised 30 minutes. Then Paula came back to give the guy his keys and told him he was ready to go. When she stepped to the counter to help another person waiting, Tiffany rudely ordered her to go in back and help do oil changes. I am pretty sure they are both managers. We caught Paula outside as she drove our car out of the shopped and thanked her for her hard work. We won't be back to a store where peers are treated like that. read more
