The good news is that they were quick in rebalancing my Big O installed tires... quick and no hassle. Unfortunately they did not let me know when they finished...I waited and waited until I finally asked how long the wait would be... it was finished long before. I had a problem with an alignment that was done at the Brentwood location. I brought it to the pittsburg store and the guys here really took care of me. They not only corrected the problems but the tech took me on a drive to make sure I was happy with his work. I was heading on a trip out of state so that was greatly appreciated! Took my Truck in for alignment and rotation at 9:00 am then called at 2:00pm to check done yet. Sales person told me they couldn't find the wheel lock.... which was in the ashtray so I said didn't you call me ? You've had 5 hrs to call and complete. Well we were just going to call but now we can only do the rotation... not please with service... been a true customer since 2001 but no more. read more

I had my flat tire aired up. My back tire was completely flat so I suspected there was a nail in it. Took it to big o tires to check it out. It was on a Saturday and they close at 4pm. Got there just past 3. Don says it's getting close to closing time. I told him I'm from out of town and I don't know where else to go. He then said I squeeze you in. They were done before 4. It wasn't a nail but some piece of flat metal punctured in the tire. Thanks Don and the mechanic who fixed my tire. read more

I got there around 1:20 for low air and something wrong with tire had and apt at 230 so I told the front desk man I had to go and would be back and i asked the other man if he could put air in my tire while he was putting air another tech came said I was next and that he could do it fast I was so thankful come to find out hole in my tire he patched it made sure all my tires had air awesome service unfortunately I didnt catch his name but super thankful to him!! read more

Do not come here if your a female potential customer without bringing a male along to keep you from getting played. My daughter wanted bice rims and was excited to go pick out her first pair. they totally took her for a ride and kept her perfectly good used wheels. They finished installing her new (over 2000$) rims and tires after business hours (5pm) so when we called back to say we're coming right back to get our old wheels and tires, Nobody answered. No body returned emails/or phone calls and when we finally did get ahold of someone they said sorry we "gave them to the scrap person" Bullshit Lies! Yall saw a (target) a young female excited to buy some rims and got her for the price of the rims she bought plus however much u crooks sold her old perfectly good rims and tires for. read more

Can't stand this place...had alignment done twice and both times was not done correctly. My brand new rear tires had steel belts showing after 7,000 miles and went somewhere else to get new tires and alignment and they showed me how bad alignment was off and a couple of bolts had been cross threaded from previous attempted alignment. So basically they cost me even more money for crappy work......never again read more

I took my car here to get a nail removed from a tire I purchased from them. I guess my biggers complaint it that they said it should take 1hr 10 min. So I said fine I'll wait here keep myself entertanied with the magazines they had on the table. After an hr and 10 min they had just pulled my car into the shop to begin working on the tire. So when I asked the associate he said they need another 20-30 min. Being a busy individual I told them that they said 1 hr 10 min, not 1hr 30 min or maybe 40. So instead of getting the nail removed and repaired and getting my tires rotated, they just repaired the tire and removed the nail because that would take less time than having to rotate the tires. I was frustrated because I had to go back to work, and they should if anything overestimate the amt of time it takes them to perform the work def not underestimate. As a customer I should not have to settle for less because they were unable to perform the tasks they promiesed in the amount of time they promised. They did not hold up their end of the deal and thats not good for my business to return back to their shop. read more

Today staff was very helpful! I took my car in at 8 am because one of my front tires was completely flat. They didn't have my tire in stock but he was able to order it so it came in by 3 PM. The rep at the counter had one of his associates put on my spare so I could still get to work and expedited the service when I came back so I didn't have to wait. Price was good and service was great I will definitely come back for all future needs. read more

On the road and stopped in just before closing because my right front tire kept going flat. They said they could look at it but couldn't do anything because it was too close to closing. BTW it is a Big O tire. So I had to leave and drive the hour home with a bad tire. Nice job Big O (Pittsburg) letting me drive away with a potentially unsafe vehicle. read more

Went to big o today I usually have good service. Today was not the case. I am used too the sales guys talking about their topics of the day with each other. But after an hour i got up to see if my car was outside and it was. I was getting my tires rotated and oil change and there was only 2 people at big o when i arrived before 830. So at 930 i checked saw my car and asked if it was ready. Brad was engaged in personal conversation kicked back in his chair and i asked if my car was ready he said. "anytime" i tell him i see my car and he responds as if I am interuppting his personal conversation "well I haven't gotten the paper work yet" He continues on with his personal conversation kicked back in his chair, he did not move or say let me check . I am standing with my card awaiting to pay awaiting the paperwork to come in. Then I see the service tech going to retrieve my car, the work had not even been started I tell him "I got to go because he is just taking my car now" Only then did Brad get up from his kicked back position and go and get the paperwork. He says "sorry" Yes that's great customer service . So if you have time to banter with them. and time to kill go to big o in Pittsburg. read more
