I had an excellent experience at Big O Tires during my recent visit for an oil change, wheel alignment, and tire rotation. The female service advisor who assisted me was professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Although I do not remember her name, she took the time to thoroughly inspect my vehicle and pointed out that one of my axle boots was damaged. I really appreciated her attention to detail and honesty, as this is something I may not have noticed until it became a much more expensive repair. The service was completed in a timely manner, and she clearly explained the condition of my vehicle and the recommended repairs without any pressure. Took my car here on 7/16 to get tires purchase through them rotated, said they couldn't because the tires were worn. Perfectly understandable, tires were old but they also mentioned my struts, shocks and other items needing to be replaced. Quoted me new tires and the service they recommended, I said that's fine I'll just pick up my car. Made an appointment to get new tires for cheaper at American tire Depot, they checked out the suspension and said the items Big O recommended were fine. Car needs other service but good to know to always go get a second opinion if this shop ever recommends items. They lost a customer that's for sure. read more

At first I was super happy with Milton and the crew, great tires good deal. Only had 3 air valves in stock. I bought 4 tires, so they said come back. My tires were put on on June 11, I went back 3 times on the weekend , NOTHING IN STOCK, for 3 weeks in a row, Promised to call when they had them in stock and nothing... Almost a month now and still no sensors or calls. If you cannot manage simple inventory how can you be trusted with tires, been getting tires here for years. So I see signs all over the place about team, and cross America. I go to a store closet to me to get that team effort and the Corona store blows me off, oh we cannot do that cause we don't know how to bill it.. Honesty and Integrity define customer service and I don't know if Big "O" still has those qualities, maybe I will get a call soon read more

Decided to come back to see if Big O tires could redeem themselves. Since I bought the tires a year ago might as well go get my free tire rotation. I made an 11am appt online and came to to check in. Super nice people. But I waited one hour, being noon, so I decided to take a glance how many tires were taken off my truck and rotated. I go look and my truck is still parked in the parking lot untouched. I guess appts do not matter here. So don't think you will be in and out with an appointment. read more

Absolutely worst service I've ever had is from these guys. Came here to get flat fixed on tire bought here 3 months ago on warranty. Asked them to top off all tires at same amount. Manager told me it would be about 1 1/2 hours. After almost three hours and not hearing from them, called to see what was going on. Waited on phone 12 minutes, now it's almost closing time- hung up, called back several times, no answer. Finally at 5 to 6, same guy who put me on hold answered and said it's done. Apologizes and says I somehow got "lost in shuffle." Get ride down here only to find out they can't find key fob. Wastes another 10 minutes calling manager and looking again. He finds it-great-but just hands it to me with no paperwork. I say don't I need paperwork? I've never left Big O without paperwork....Mike assured me it's fine and "what they do" when fixing flat. . I said did you repair it or replace tire? He says "I think" they repaired it. He wasn't sure. WTF?? Then grudgingly prints out paperwork. Get in car, start to drive up Archibald and see all tires were not inflated to match. Moreover, bad tire was at 28 and went down to 25 in few seconds. Now I'm pissed. They didn't do anything to my car!! Never touched it. I come back, tell them. Mike rolls his eyes and says drive it in and we'll do that. I leave with three tires at 40 one at 41. Next morning I wake up, that f#ing tire is flat!! Again-proof they did absolutely nothing to repair it AND that I I had to go through all that time waste for nothing. Add to that AAA won't come out again since I used them already yesterday to get here. Go down there AGAIN, ask to speak with manager Victor who is actually guy who checked me in yesterday. He escorts me outside in 90 degree weather, sensing I'm mad where I tell him whole f#ed story. All he said is "sometimes things happen" and "he's sorry for inconvenience" I demand they replace tire right now. He says ok. Looks and discovers they're out of that tire. I mean, if this wasn't happening to me, I'd be laughing, it's so ridiculous!! So then he says they can put another make of tire on or I could come back later (as if!!!??) to get make of original tire. I say I don't like driving with different tires and after all this, maybe he'd throw in another tire so I could have two the same? would go long way towards restoring my faith in Big O-since this whole mess is a cavalcade of their mistakes. He says no, i cant do that. What I can do is give you another tire and not charge you the $60 one would normally pay to get a warrantied tire put on. What a crock of sh#t!!!! Decided forget it, leaving here as quickly as possible to get away from this is worth having different tire, so they put different one on. Telling you, DON'T COME HERE. So I guess I made a mistake trying to find the best deal on Tire Replacement. So on Monday 8/18 I got a flat tire so I drive to Les Schwab tire in Ontario to have my tire replaced. Come to find out I need 4 new tires. I was quoted $2200 by Les Schwab so I decide to see if I can find something cheaper before buying the tires and come across Big O Tires Rancho Cucamonga so I call And give the tire size I need and was quoted $1900 plus $200 for Balance and and mounting, which was a better price to me. I called AAA to have them tow the car from Les Schwab to Big O just to save $300. It takes about 3 hours for the tires to be put on the car. Once I leave Big O I notice the car was pulling a little to the right so I call Big O to ask if that was normal but I figured maybe the tires needed to be worn in a little then would drive better. Now Wednesday 8/20 the car is pulling to the right much more so I look at the tires just to see if something is wrong and the car is a Tesla Model Y Performance and this vehicle has staggered set up so the rear tires 275/35-R21 and front 255/35-R21. So the reason the car was pulling to the right they installed the 275/35 tires on the left side of the car and the 255/35 on the right side of the car which I don't get how that can even happen. I called Big O and talk to Victor and was told to bring the car in so they can fix the mistake and will try and reimburse me on something for the hassle. I bring the car in today Wednesday 8/18 they are swapping out the tires but no reimbursement for the hassle or inconvenience. So trying to find the best deal isn't always the way to go because my time has been wasted over 2 Days now which was not worth the $300 discount I was chasing. Still can't believe spending over $2000 for tires has turned into a big inconvenience. read more

I usually have a great experience at the Big O Tires in Irvine, but unfortunately, my recent visit to the Rancho Cucamonga location was very disappointing. After hitting debris on the freeway, my tire went flat and I was stranded for two hours waiting for a tow. I called ahead and even had the Irvine store email over my warranty. When I arrived, there were only two people waiting, but I was told it would be a two-hour wait. While I sat there, I overheard employees telling new customers they'd be taken care of right away--yet no one had even looked at my car. When I asked for an update, I was met with rudeness. After finally waiting the full two hours, I was told my tire couldn't be repaired, that they didn't have my brand in stock, and that I'd need to pay $58 for a different replacement. Exhausted, late to a business event, and frustrated, I just paid and left. Later, the tow truck driver told me the tire could have been repaired--and now my car is pulling to the right. I will be going back to the Irvine location, where the service has always been professional and fair. Rancho Cucamonga has a lot of room for improvement when it comes to communication, honesty, and customer service. read more
