I googled a place to get my oil changed and have been going back ever since. Most places that I try to go to get my oil change charge me $50+ because I'm over 50 or 70,000 miles or whatever it is. This place is always 19.99. Actually, it's usually free. When I first started going here it was ok, but in the last year or so another guy took over as manager. He is the greatest. Recently there was a problem with one of our vehicles. The repair would have cost us nearly $1,400. He knocked so many charges off and gave us so many things free, we ended up only paying $850. He included a free oil changed, and gave us a coupon for a free oil change. Which we've never ended up using because every time we come in, they always to it on the house. About a month or so ago we needed to go to Illinois quickly for my grandmothers funeral. We needed an oil change before the trip. They were booked full. The head mechanic, Beau, came over and asked what time we needed to be out of town. He then told us to wait just a minute. He got our car in and we were on the road an hour and a half later. In short, I will never take my car anywhere else. This place has proved themselves time and time again. I tell everyone I know to take their cars here.

I went there to have my oil changed because I had a free coupon for it and get my tire pressure sensors replaced, and it took them a week and a half to do the job, they charged me top dollar for it, and they didn't even clear the alert on my car. Not only that, the manager told me after the fact that my car didn't even need an oil change, and had to give me a refund and new coupon. The gesture to give me a new coupon was noted, and it's better than nothing, but the tire sensor situation just made me never want to return here for anything, I called and said that the sensor is still on, and they said I will need to drive on it a bit for it to turn off, it didn't, it's been months. How am I supposed to trust a business after that. Refunds, coupons, free, whatever, there's no way I'd ever return here. I'd hands down rather spend money elsewhere than use a free oil change coupon here in the future, purely out of the assurance that I can trust the establishment.

Before leaving, a Honda dealership in Denver told them they needed new tires but said there were no other issues. Even after Walmart installed the new tires, my daughter kept hearing a concerning noise. She trusted her instincts and knew something still wasn't right. Honda dealership then handed them a repair estimate of nearly $5,000 not including wheel barring, claiming they urgently needed a timing belt and a long list of other repairs. Ironically, they couldn't even fit them into their schedule before my family's planned vacation. Knowing they'd be coming to Minnesota, I searched for a trustworthy mechanic and found Eric through his outstanding reviews. Even though his schedule was already full, and I had only given him a days notice, Eric rearranged his workload to help us. What he found was shocking. The wheel bearing was severely worn and dangerous, yet it had been missed by others. Eric replaced the wheel bearing, completed the timing belt service, thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and, most importantly, was honest enough to tell us that many of the other expensive repairs recommended by the dealership simply were not necessary. My daughter and her family have now safely driven back to Colorado, and they said the Honda runs like new--it has a whole new "spunk" to it!
