I have a car that suddenly developed a pretty severe oil leak and brought it in to this Big O location to have it diagnosed. I was contacted by Terrance who said the issue was the rack and pinion steering system. I was surprised to hear this because what I saw in my driveway was motor oil not power steering fluid. I actually asked if they were lookin at the right car. Terrance said he would have the shop take a second look. Received a call back and again was told the issue was the rack and pinion. I was skeptical but I needed the car fixed so I went ahead with the repair, 1127 dollars. Got the car home and discovered the oil leak was not resolved. Literally drops of oil following the car as it backed out the driveway. Took the car back to the shop and received call within a few hours letting me know that they had identified the problem, a loose hose on the oil cooler. Simple fix, no parts required. At this point I called them out for making what I believed to be an unnecessary fix. Big O immediately went into CYA mode and said that the rack and pinion repair was warranted. The leak was directly above the steering system, it had to be covered with motor oil. I don't know how you would even determine what was oil and what was power steering fluid if it actually was leaking. Bottom line, the incompetence of this shop cost me over a thousand dollars. If not that, the alternative is even worse. A shop that targets customers for unnecessary repairs. Either way, I will definitely not be going back. read more

So frustrating! This is the second time we had to replace a TPMS sensor on this car and the third time they did not bother to program it correctly! Come on, if you put a new TPMS sensor on a vehicle, it MUST be programmed to the car! Seems like a no brainer for a tire shop! Too bad they can not get it right! read more

Tim was a great help, totally restored my faith in big o! Another location had attempted to patch my tire twice, then suggested I get a new tire. He had the patch done correctly the first time, and adsed an oil change. Was way quicker than the other locations I have been to :) read more

This is two parts feedback. First, I went their to see if they could replace my interstate battery under warranty at no cost...since they are a dealer. The answer is yes. I confirmed this with Interstate (after the fact). However, the chap at the counter didn't or wouldn't answer my question if they could or couldn't. He immediately tried to set me up for a ticket for review of my battery etc. Which is the correct protocol, to determine if the battery is good or not however, his actions were more to sell me a new battery. I'm not a fan of this counter person. I know cars. I've worked in the an auto shop doing light mechanic work. So I'm not going to bring my business to them again because of this. It was an immediate let's set this person up for a sale of a new product. We had a conversation that went round and round about..whether they could exchange a battery under warranty or not. He never answered. However, I took my car there once before for an alignment. The chap that did it was very good. Very skilled and delivered on what I was there to purchase...an alignment. Stopped into the Big O on rural with an overheating issue. The store manager, Tim, was who I was working with. He told me he would perform a quick inspection to let me know what was going on. Turns out, I needed a thermostat that wouldn't be in until the next day (I came in almost st closing). Tim was so awesome, he agreed to even give me a ride home! What great customer service! I was called before 9am the next morning letting me know my car was finished and ready to be picked up. I strongly recommend going to see these guys. Tim and the crew are all fantastic! read more

Two weeks ago, I went into this store and ordered custom wheels from Patrick. From start to finish, Patrick was awesome. He communicated how long the special order would take, the costs involved and sincerely treated us like he appreciated the business. Yesterday, when the wheels were available, Patrick called and scheduled me for install on the same day. He also recommended new tires, based on the condition of my existing tires, which immediately put me on defense, because it's so stereo-typical to get that standard "up sell" for stuff when you go to any mechanic shop...However, Patrick was so respectful of how high the cost was going to be that he found nice tires to offer on their "buy 2, get 2" sale. The fact is, my tires were really bad and Patrick went above and beyond to find a deal that worked in my budget and was affordable. Patrick and the other guy at the counter were very professional and accommodating. I could not be happier with this experience and my car looks incredible with 4 new custom wheels and tires from Big O. We received an alignment and oil change on the same visit. BROOKE IS BACK! Was there 2 weeks in a row. NO more Subaru all wheel drive cars where you have to replace ALL 4 when one goes bad. Brooke sold me 4 new tires which by the way are head and shoulders better that the Original tires. Next weekend the other Subaru picks up a bolt in a tire but thank God it was repairable. We were heading out of town and needed to make time. The same BROOKE personally repaired our flat and got us on our way. We are happy BIG O and BROOKE customers!!! read more

This place is trash from the manger krystal down to Mechanics About 2 to 3 months ago I purchased two new tires and had them put them on my wife's 2016 Malibu we got the car back it was raining like crap I called them and I was told her mechanics been there 25+ years and so on... Long story short I took another vehicle in for an oil change and asked about some rims and tires for that vehicle I was told they don't have nothing for me so I went and bought online went back and had them mount and balance and alignment done I was there for 4 1/2 hours just for my low air Pressure light to be on after they just installed my sensors and brand new rims and tires I confronted them about the issue and they get upset and told me that they can no longer service me And I receive that phone call after I called another store to tell them about the issues I had at the store they still haven't even received a call that I put in with corporate don't trust this place when I was waiting for my van I heard so many complaints about people's cars Not riding smoothly after they replace the tires so I am not the first one I had them do an alignment on my van and by the time I hit 60 it wobbles like if I'm pulling a very heavy trailer her Excuse was the rims and tires were not purchased through them So she doesn't know why they ride like that what a lame excuse if you ask me! Left my truck was told it was going to be ready at 4 got there at 4 was given the excuse that the tires were delayed did not end up leaving until 7 pm 1200 dollars not spent wisely and told the manager that I had been here since 10 am his response was I've been here all year not professional never coming back. read more

Big O saved the day and potentially my life! Headed to the Apache Trail when stopped to have noise in front end checked. Stabilizer bolts loose, one would surely have come off on that dirt road. This is the place to go if you're needing something done to your car. They cover everything and will make sure you're taken care of. the crew doesn't leave until every customer has been serviced (unless customer prefers to pick it up the following morning). They have wonderful customer service and they actually care about their customers. I love Big O tires and I don't trust my vehicle at any other place. read more

I came to this store not knowing what to expect I was greeted with such matter I love the store and the location it's self :) Morgan was a delight changed my tires with no issue and within a perfect time frame :) my brand new tires were smooth driving and I love them still! Long story short: Assistant manager tried to use strong arm sales tactics, pushed bigger tires on me and assured me they would fit, took way to long to change. Tires were too big and rubbed, assistant manager advised I lift vehicle, told him I just want tires that fit, he said I would have to wait two days to get smaller tires. They tried to make it right, and the Manager, Brooke, was nice, but the assistant manager had already rubbed me the wrong way. Would not recommend this Big O Tires, but have recommended others. read more

I went to Big O Tires so I could get my warranty honored on my just over 1 year old tires purchased that were no longer road worthy. I was told by David the assistant manager that they would be looking for the problem (such as struts or shocks) that could have caused this less than 10,000 mile damage to occur. (I had not had any other symptoms that I could need this kind of work done.) Now I had and appointment and they still took over three hours to assess this. I told them not to do anything else on my car and I would be back to get it. When I arrived the estimate was over $1600 to get this fixed, with 4 new tires with that I would be charged for on all four. The front 2 didn't need to be replaced. Then took my car to my mechanic the next morning to find out that I did damage to the rear control arm. He replaced that at $220 with labor in less than 2 hours. Shame on you David! You saw a woman alone and tried to take advantage of her. I am glad I have a trusted mechanic, Tom Buck, he will tell me the truth and charge me a reasonable rate to have it fixed. read more
