Went in expecting an oil change, new brake…read morepads (based on last place I went to trying to sell me brake pads), and was thinking I might need new tires. All in all, it was going to be a four-digit day most likely. The short version is: they knew my expectations, and still were up front and honest. Rotated my tires, said I was good there for at least 10,000 more miles. Changed the oil, and said i did not need new brake pads. I was totally prepared for my day to be ruined with an expensive maintenance visit. Instead, I have renewed faith in humanity. (ok, a bit dramatic...but still...).
