Notice the previous reviews are old and I believe they have had a change in management. Our car search began almost a year ago. After many dealerships took advantage of my 18-year-old daughter and proceeded to destroy her credit. We decided to put our search on hold for 3 months and when we began searching it was more of the same. Dealerships claiming to have a 1st-time buyers program, etc. This would all prove to be untrue and we would once again put our car purchase on hold. For the last 3 months, we have rented a car weekly. We were paying almost $1600 a month for a rental car. I decided we could no longer sustain the weekly payment and I would have to find a vehicle I could finance in my name. I actually had planned on going to a dealership across the street but they had maybe 3.5 cars on their lot. At Big 3, I met Nestor, he was what a salesman should be, excited about helping you achieve your goal but also not forcing you into a vehicle you can not afford. Nestor listened to all my concerns and vowed to help me find a vehicle. I only spent a couple of hours with Nestor at the dealership but I was approved for a Hyundai Elantra and I love it. I was of course skeptical and waited for something to go wrong. But it didn't. Over the last 4 days, I have put over 500 miles on my car. My son attends NAU and he recently had a birthday, which required one round trip to Mayer and another roundtrip to Flagstaff. It's a small car and I was concerned if it could handle the weather up north. The car performed amazingly and I was never concerned about our safety. There are a couple of small items that need to be fixed Ie. the visor is falling off, the child locks are on (no there is not a thing in the door), and the windshield wipers when turned off, stay in the windshield and the fluid is out, and the radio keys sometimes stick. These are all MINOR issues and I know they will take care of these for me. I have had some awful experiences and I write about them all. But what most people fail to realize is also write good reviews when the service is above and beyond. Thank you, Nestor and team!

This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Big 3 Automart and I'm sure it won't be the last.

I see and he's always so friendly. He's always keeping me up to date with my car and repairs. Lets me know what I will probably need for next visit so I can start preparing to save for it, if it's costly. Update as of 06/2026 Alex no longer works here.

Two of the estimated repair costs were TWO separate 200 dollar charges to use the diagnostic tool. Let me clarify that. They wanted 400 dollars in the estimated repair cost JUST to use the diagnostic tool to figure out what's wrong DURING a full and complete 200 dollar inspection that's supposed to tell me what's wrong with my car. I will never ever go to a dealership again for as long as I live. when I went to pick up my car they just gave me a few pieces of paper stapled together with generic vague short details about what could be fixed on the car with a 7,000 dollar estimate. At no time did an "expert" explain to me anything about the process or repair cost breakdown. They really live up the the dealership stereotype. Stealership

After just a few months my battery went dead, I thought, ok just wear and tear. The AAA guy who replaced the battery was like this car is like brand new only 4K miles on it, why would your battery go out that soon. I agreed. Few months later I'm driving and the car went DEAD. Every error light on the dashboard went off. The car was completely dead. I could not drive it at all. I had it towed to My mechanic and they said the car had multiple problems and had severe water damage. We looked it up and the car, had a branded title because it was involved In a hurricane and had water damage. I called my salesman from the store who happened to be the general manager of the store and his name was Austin and they did absolutely nothing for me. I said you sold me a car whether you knew it or not that had water damage and it's completely dead and inoperable and would cost thousands of dollars to fix, he did absolutely nothing for me. I spoke With Austin's boss, who I was told was the general manager of all the stores and Before I could even explain anything about the car, he hung up on me. These people are crooks They will sell their soul to the devil to make a sale.Trust me when I tell you, they will lie, cheat, and steal to make a sale and they will do it at your expense Do not buy as much as a popsicle from these people,, Because I assure you, you will regret it. These people belong in jail and do not have any business selling cars or anything else for that matter. Again, they will do anything for a sale, as long as they get your money, That's all they care about and nothing more. I am posting this for anyone even thinking about buying a car from these people, think twice because you will regret it in the long run. If the general manager is even willing to screw you on a car deal, can you imagine what the other sales guys must be like?
