Two of the estimated repair costs were TWO separate 200 dollar charges to use the diagnostic tool. Let me clarify that. They wanted 400 dollars in the estimated repair cost JUST to use the diagnostic tool to figure out what's wrong DURING a full and complete 200 dollar inspection that's supposed to tell me what's wrong with my car. I will never ever go to a dealership again for as long as I live. when I went to pick up my car they just gave me a few pieces of paper stapled together with generic vague short details about what could be fixed on the car with a 7,000 dollar estimate. She put down a deposit in order to get a car while they were doing the "touchups" to the car. The paint needed to be polished, there were 2 holes in the seat they said they would repair and the clips on the bumper needed to be replaced. She picked up the car at night, only to come out in the morning to see the entire clear coat had been ruined. The seat had been replaced by one that didn't match and even some of the clips hadn't been replaced. When she brought it in once she had seen it, the dealer spoke to her as if she was a child, gaslit her and even told her boyfriend to "stay out of this conversation because he had nothing to do with it". All of this had been recorded so if the dealer tried to refute this review, I may post that as well. He tried to keep the money she had put down on the car but she insisted on him signing something saying he would give her the money back. Andy does not do business with honesty or integrity, hard to hear that he says he's a Christian.

They seemed really sorry for whatever mix-up happened and wanted to make it right. They also made sure the car was full of fuel and provided a check for the inconvenience. I believe it would be worth giving them another shot in the future. Warning: Stay away. It's been nothing but a hassle. Before we left with the car, the salesman (Niko) knew the tire needed air and possibly needed replacing. Only had the car for 3 days, during which the rear light went out, and the A/C was blowing warm air. Apparently, the inspection and prep-for-sale procedure doesn't work well. Waiting for "The Warranty Company" to approve repairs. What a joke. Autonation Toyota should just fix the car instead of pushing it to a Warranty Company, where you get strung out for who knows how long. Most people buy a car to drive, not sit at the dealership you bought it from waiting for the warranty company to approve repairs.
