I recently made two maintenance visits to Fiesta Lincoln with my Navigator. The first was a…read morewarranty replacement for a cloudy camera, which was successfully repaired. However, the next week, my dashboard lit up with a "camera needs service" error message. I took it back, and their diagnosis was that I needed a brand-new $1,900 CCM unit due to a "slightly bent bracket." I declined the service and took the vehicle to Pro Cal instead. They accurately diagnosed that a completely different camera--the ADAS camera above the rearview mirror--had detached following a recent windshield replacement. Once the ADAS camera was secured and the original CCM recalibrated, my cruise control worked perfectly. While the staff at Fiesta Lincoln was very courteous, their diagnostic process was quick to recommend an expensive parts replacement instead of finding the true root cause of the error message. I see many positive reviews here and hope mine was a one-off, but I will explore other repair options in the future.
