I had a great experience with their services. This is a family owned business and it shows. I needed help putting a bike together for my daughter. I was able to do everything but the brakes. I called them up after I called two other places. The other places quoted about $100 to put the brakes together and they wouldn't have it done for 3-5 weeks. I called Bike Together and they were so helpful. The were able to complete the bike within 24 hours and the price to do it was more than reasonable. They are friendly and they truly care about their customers. Highly recommend Bike Together. I just had (2) mountain bikes tuned up and bought a new cruiser bike from Larry and Chris. Their service is fantastic. All prices are reasonable and they didn't jack up the costs of their new bikes as some places have during the Pandemic. As for service, Larry is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time explaining service procedures and any hardware replacement needed. He patiently helped my wife with her new bike selection. The bikes that we brought in for a tune-up were 20+ year old mountain bikes, that spent some time outside weathered. Larry adjusted the brakes and gears, cleaned them up made some upgrades such as new handles bars that made the ride easier for my old back. Bikes looked great and ride like new bikes with some customization to my needs. I Left his shop with that unique feeling of receiving great service at a reasonable price. I didn't need the full maintenance package, but Larry took care of what my bikes (2) needed and only charged for what work was needed. It's a home business operated out of a shop in the back of a residence. Felt a little odd at first walking into someone's backyard, so I called ahead. Wow! I have never been to any bike repair shop, ever! But they were so kind from the moment I arrived on site. I really appreciate them even offering to put their dogs in their house. I don't write reviews too often but I always take note of people who are genuinely nice and do a great job and to me that deserves a review. Larry told me what needed to be fixed and gave me the quote prior to working on it. Oh and his wife is so sweet. I also bought a helmet from them and they really prefer you to call and make an appointment. It worked super well for me and was the only one in the shop they were working on. Larry was such a friendly, helpful and knowledgeable bike person that I called in when my nephew picked up 2 flat tires on the way to Norco College. Larry came in to my place and repaired bike on that same evening. He gave us plenty of good advise on bike and got the bike repair same with with better and reinforce inner tube and linen. He also helped my nephew to make necessary adjustments the bike without extra charges. Fee was very reasonable and service was outstanding. My sons bike needed a new rear wheel hub. Unfortunately no one makes parts for it. No fault of theirs, it was a manufacturers issue. I would've had to replace the whole wheel which would've cost about the same as a new bike but I appreciated his honesty and time he took to explain everything and even took the time to show me parts he recommended that a new bike has so I don't run into the same issue again.
