When you go for a salad but you only get a 1/4 of a bowl's worth of lettuce. You ask for more lettuce and explain that you barely add any toppings and the rude server says well you can get some more lettuce at the end of the line. We need to make sure the lid closes as we have had problems with that. My problem with that is I don't want rusted romaine from the end of the line that looks like it's seen better days added on top of my salad. I know this, in advance, because I use to eat at this location 4-5 times a week, sometimes lunch and dinner. With all the changes in staff, rudeness, super greens being changed and the removal of the red cabbage slaw, the combination of all those things has literally reduced my visits down to once a month, if that. Who wants to go to a place where the guy serving you rolls his eyes and is beyond rude. I only went today because my grown son chose it. His bowl, when it was complete was less than two thirds full. No problem getting lids on either of one of our bowls!!! We can't understand why you can't have more lettuce in your bowl when you are wanting a salad. We don't do rice and lentil fillers and tell them that up front. read more

We order from Silver Skillet through door dash all the time. At least once a week or a couple of times a month. They have great homemade meals that are always delicious. From breakfast foods to dinner everything we get from them is very well prepared. We love their pancakes which are better than some of the well known restaurants. The chicken fried steak is also one of our favorites and those homemade dinner rolls are huge. It is a hidden gem that we are so proud to share with others. read more

I ordered the Harissa Avocado Bowl for a pick up order, and it did not disappoint. This bowl was loaded, and easily is enough for 2 meals. It was about $15, and it came with pita on the side. The ingredients were fresh- tangy from the feta and pickled onions, sweet from the roasted corn, creamy from the avocado, and a little spicy from the harissa- delicious. My order was ready and waiting when my husband went to pick it up. I will certainly order this again. I did not go in, but my husband described the restaurant as clean. read more

Let me tell you all about this place. I discovered this place from my daughter who seen it on TikTok and this place to me is a complete game changer. It has been compared to chipotle and even Moe's but Cava stands out above all others. I did a create your own bowl with no meat and when I tell you that the bowl was completely a delicious satisfaction to my palette. It was everything that I hope for and more. I got every free topping that I could possibly add to create a more satisfying bowl and to be able to try the various toppings and that was the greatest decision that I could've made. Their ingredients taste extremely fresh and it makes you feel as though you are truly having a healthier meal that is still fulfilling. I will definitely come back to Cava. I did an order online, but when entering the building, the workers were pretty nice and assisted me on where to pick up my order. Although I picked up the wrong order they were very nice about it and provided me with the correct order. The place was really clean and they have nice seating arrangements where you can sit by the window to look out and they have a good variety of beverages and their teas are really. I am totally disappointed that there is not one in my city but as I travel, I will continue to google to find a location that I can continue to attend. Nice quick to-go mediterranean option! Mediterranean version of chipotle. Highlights of my bowl: Falafel is good! Not crispy on the outside, which I don't mind, and moist and kind of beany on the inside. Hummus was average. Harissa is spicy (I believe I have a p high spice tolerance). Both were quite tasty BUT when we looked at nutrition information, which we should have done before ordering, both dishes contained over 1700mg of sodium. I come to cava frequently, I live on the west coast and try to visit one everytime I come east, I've been to a few different locations and this one a handful of times... this location compared to others really does everything they can to give you a small bowl, this location gives chipotle a run for their money. Small scoops of rice and lentils, half portions of protein and the smallest amount of toppings. You ask for more only to get attitude from the staff. Place is clean and well kept, portion controls are ridiculous. Give the customer the damn pickle. read more

He helped me understand the menu, not having been here before, and also allowed me to try one of the proteins before I made my selection. He made recommendations for me based on what I was ordering that I really liked. I was very happy with the customer service I received. My daughter and I went to the Cava Kingspointe location for dinner. I ordered a super grains bowl with falafel meatballs. My daughter had a super greens bowl with harissa honey chicken. Both our meals were delicious and filling. It does not look like a lot of food in the bowl but there is. Everything is fresh! I recommend ordering a side of pita chips to go along with your bowl. Cava is great, this location sucks. I have been here twice and they did not have food. That's right, no food or extremely limited options. Once was at 11:15p and the other at 7:30p. The last time I was waiting in line there was ONE person making orders and ringing people up, while a dude with a beard in the back rolled his eyes- because there was a line of about 12 people waiting to order. I was in town because my mother was in the hospital and I was happy to see a Cava so close. I built my own bowl and it was perfect. I'm allergic to avocado and sometimes I worry that restaurants don't take the risk seriously, but this place was great. My server changed his gloves and was careful not to cross contaminate -- and was nice about it!! So often at restaurants servers make me feel like I'm being a pain, but not here.
