I dread coming here. Awful customer service I was told 2.5 hours wait and here I am still waiting SIX hours later. The least they could do out of courtesy is to tell me its going to take MUCH longer. I usually get good service but I have to say that it has been declining. I took my toyota for servicing but the service adviser Dennis was less than friendly. It was like he was doing me a favor servicing my vehicle. Even though I paid for the service, he seemed in a rush. He asked if I wanted the wiper blades replaced and I agreed, but when I picked up the car they weren't replaced and that it would take another half hour to do it. I am so disappointed with the level of service I received, specially because I use to like coming here. They need to clean up their act. read more

I can't say enough good things about the service department. I was driving from L.A. to the Bay Area when a really loud, not ok sound started from the bottom of my car. after being assured fast and efficient service, I happily took in my car to be serviced. My first disappointment occurred when it took 30 minutes to locate a transporter to take me elsewhere and upon my car being finished it then took them another 2 and a half hours to retrieve me. I'm not sure what their definition of efficient seems to be but after waiting 3 hours not including servicing time I am reluctant to return to this location. My day started out with crying in my coffee with a bestie, and ended with a new car. I was complaining about my truck, how much gas it guzzles, and my friend told me to call Toyota and talk to her friend Chad. I looked at her and said, are you crazy? I'm already a wreck, I can't deal with car shopping!! She told me to get it together, we were headed to the auto mall. So off we went. I was on the phone with my dad, my Incle, and my husband all at the same time. Not helping!! As soon as I met Chad, I felt relaxed and less stressed. It wasn't the experience I'd expected. At all! He worked really hard with us to get us a great deal, he even came back in after being off at 2.30. I was really worried about going back in with my husband, he didn't like the car I did. Oh no! So now what? I was upset, but we looked at the Highlander and drove it, we loved it. Chad really went above and beyond to make it happen for us. We had a great experience in finance too. Recently bought a new Avalon XLE Touring edition at BWT and had a wonderful experience. We actually shopped their car lot for a few days and both of the salesmen we dealt with, Chad & Javier, were super helpful (but with no pressure). When we couldn't find exactly what we were looking for, they brought in the car we were interested in (from another dealership), just to let us sit in it...needless to say, we were sold. When we were handed over to finance, Paul, completely took care of us and found us an amazing loan that was even better for us then our credit union was offering. If I absolutely wanted a Toyota car, I would walk to Valencia before coming to this dealership. Maybe they have too much business that it makes them think they can treat people as 2nd class. In the past six months, their service has declined greatly. Highly disappointed. We scheduled an appointment for an oil change, brake change and an alignment check, all which took 7 hours to complete. They ended up maxing out on the camber alignment and told me that the right strut was bent and that is what was causing problems. When I got home with my truck, as I was turning into the driveway, there was a LOUD clunking sound. Drove back to the dealership the next day and asked to speak to a manager to get it fixed. Waited an hour and no one came out to address the issue. Ended up going to North Bakersfield location where they fixed it properly and it ends up that the right strut wasn't even bent to begin with. read more

They made sure we are comfortable with our payments and that we're getting the best deal in town. Sales people will actually talk you out of buying a car, as was my case with me trying to buy a corolla. Instead they brought up a conversation on how big cars are not selling, therefore it would be a good idea to sell my SUV elsewhere instead of trading it in. It appeared to me that they did not want to take ten of their lousy minutes to even try to get their car sold. What i wanted was to go in, test drive one of their corollas, trade my old SUV, go home happy; not at this dealership. I would like to remind the salespeople at that dealership that your not just selling a car, your selling your company, and i saw your company the way you approached me today. I purchased my Camry from Bill Wright in 2010 at a fantastic price. They also made me a great deal on my 2005 Corolla (also purchased from them) as a trade-in which I used as part of my down payment. I always take my Camry to their service department for scheduled maintenance, and the waiting area is very clean (with free soft drinks, coffee and donuts to boot!) and the staff are very friendly. I brought my car in for an all around check-up since it had not been done for quite a few years. After paying $150 for this, they said it needed over $4,000 work done on it. I checked under the hood and noticed that the original dust was undisturbed on the inside! Nothing had been checked. My husband said all it needed was the bolts to be tightened on the motor as they had become loose and I needed a new radiator, which I purchased from ebay for $50 and had Speedy Smog on White Lane install for $100. Bill Wright Toyota wanted $500! Remember, YOU are paying inflated prices to pay for their new building! If you want an honest appraisal of what your car needs go to some place like Speedy Smog (look at their reviews!). Shout out to Jonatan Esparza Lopez and the rest of the service team who worked Nov 26, 2016. My tire was punctured on the way home to the Bay Area from San Diego. It was over Thanksgiving weekend, and there was heavy rain and slow traffic. So, you can imagine my grief. Our tow truck was very slow BUT Jonatan and the team were very helpful. They went above and beyond to help me even though I winded up not using Toyota (bc of the late time & slow tow truck, they closed). Before in the Bill Wright Service Department it used to be a clutter to get checked in to the service department and it used to be a long wait. I decided to take a survey due to long waits times. I visited today and everything I put on my survey , it appears that they listen to customer reviews because everything I put down in my survey, the service department made those adjustments. My wait time was only 5 minutes and check out was 10 minutes. So glad to see improvements, however as I was checking out I asked if they honor other dealers coupons and the Service Representative stated that they do not honor other dealer's coupons which made me want to drive to Frontier Toyota because they have more deals and coupons available. I had an appointment for a basic service oil change. Showed up on time and was told it would be 2hrs. (Not Cool) After I told them I couldn't wait that long and had them bring my vehicle back, the service guy told me the line had moved up and it would be more like 1hr 15 minutes. I thought this new place would make things better but not sure yet. At the old location I just figured they overbooked. We will see. I own a Dodge, Chevy, Ford and three Toyota's. All are within five years old and have been at each brands service department. Toyota has been by far the best up until the last couple years. Things are talking much longer and are now very similar to the others. read more
