Trampolines for individual use keep kids safer from injury.
    Brian H.

Great spot for kids to have fun and play in a fun filled environment that is relatively safe although not perfect. I know it's hard to supervise the play area at all times but it seems on weekdays supervision is literally non existent. Parental supervision is limited as well because regardless if you play with your child it is near impossible to keep up with your kids in their playground which has many spaces with low clearance and tight spots that only young ones can fit in. Anyway, the park itself is chock full of fun and exciting things to keep your kids engaged and having fun. Weekdays seem less busy than weekends and the crowds are basically kept at minimum on weekdays that aren't holidays. Parking is readily available in the mall parking lot and prices are reasonable. 4 stars for Billy Beez and a thank you to the owners for having this playground in the mall of Georgia.

My family and I have been coming here since they opened this location. Due to the last few experiences we had, we will be looking for another place to take our kids. They're very understaff, the last 4 times I was here the restrooms were dirty and when My husband informed the staff, he was told they're working on it. By the time they cleaned it (20 mins later), my husband had already taken my 8 year old to the mall restroom and was charged a fee to get back in. For years we never had to purchase their socks but we were told at our last visit by their girl in the front (who was very rude) that we needed them in order for my kids to play. There were lots of kids that didn't have Billy Beez socks playing. Some with no socks on at all. The trampolines are not supervised. Anyone is able to get inside whether they purchased that option or not. There's not enough tables and chairs to sit and eat. No outside food or drinks allowed. We were there really late one night and witnessed one of the workers use the same towel to clean the food counter area, hand rail and multiple tables and chairs. How this place scored 100 is beyond me.

Door were open the whole time we were there.

HORRIBLE PLACE - NO ACCOUNTABILTY FOR SAFETY OF THE CHILDREN The entrance doors stood open the whole time we were there. People walking in and out as they pleased. No one was checking wrist bands to make sure you were leaving with your kids. We had a horrible experience at this place. The manager on duty 8/17/24 was extremely rude. We had an issue with the gift cards I prevsiouly purchased for admission. I was told I was not allowed to use them for admission only to find out later that they could be used for admission. The concession stand was rarely attended to. We stood there for over 20 minutes before someone finally came out. Of course, it was the pathetic manager, she saw it was us and turned around and went back to the kitchen. No one showed up again for over an hour. BEWARE: The place is extremly poorly ran. Only saw 2 workers. No one monitoriing the play area. Total chaos! Needless to say we will not be returning!

First of all, I would say this is a fun place for kids if you like to go shopping and have another adult to watch them! It's really big and have a lot of different sections for the kids to play. My kids didn't want to go home even after three hours later! Yea, of course. Secondly, if you are parents, you probably won't go back second time if you have to be forced to buy their socks, they insisted everyone must wear their branded socks even your kids have their own socks. It was $3.19 for a pair of socks, and I have two kids. I think that is really not necessary. ‍ You can't bring any food and drink, so you will have to spend money in their cafe, which is not cheap. Security wise, they don't have anyone around to watch your kids which is why they let parents to sign the liability waiver. I think it's fair, you are responsible for your own children. I think it's a safe playground for the kids, the hygiene maybe not so much. I'm on the fence of going back.

Fun place for the kids. Their party rooms and packages are cheaper than other places. A good value for the money! Checking everyone in is a nightmare but other than that it is perfect.

I absolutely loved the fact that we were always checked on as well as our paint and cleaning waters. Melissa would make encouraging comments I needed because I for one am not creative. And staff followed behind him with an ice pack. I asked what happened and they said not only did he fall and hit his ear,it was because the STAFF member pushed him. I asked my son if his head hurt,he said no just his ear.so then I went to the staff member in question and asked what happened (with a family member overhearing on the phone). He said "I pushed him off of me on the STAIRS and he fell BACKWARDS and hit his ear". Granted ok let's be more specific. My son is under the age of seven for privacy reasons I won't say exact age. This staff member was in his twenties pushing a child. Medium length curly blonde/brown hair slim build white man about 5'8.On the stairs. The manager then showed me the video and in the video my son and another kid were playing with this staff member on the stairs like a tug of war game. Completely inappropriate to play on the stairs.in the video my son was trying to get the man's attention and instead of redirecting my son,or calling for somebody to get him to stop playing on the stairs,he pushed him. These are not the kind of people that should work with children. I've known amazing people who work with kids who would run into traffic to protect a child from getting hurt, this was not that. This was the staff hurting children. Not prioritizing safety. I asked for a full refund of our two month remaining membership and they said no I'm just glad he didn't hit his head

Andretti's in Buford is basically a playground for adults disguised as a sleek entertainment complex. The space feels modern and high-energy, with neon lighting, polished concrete, glowing game zones, and that constant hum of excitement from the arcade floor and track. It's part adrenaline, part date night, and part "we are absolutely children and proud of it." We spent the evening bouncing between arcade games, fully embracing our competitive sides. The ticket machines kept spitting out proof of our triumphs, and after a heroic run of wins, we cashed in for the ultimate symbol of arcade victory: a lava lamp. Nothing strengthens a relationship like carrying a glowing tube of molten nostalgia to the car. The atmosphere is lively without feeling chaotic, making it easy to laugh, play, and celebrate small victories together. Staff were friendly, the games were in great shape, and the entire place runs with the efficiency of somewhere that understands people came to have fun, not stand around waiting. If you're looking for a Valentine's date that swaps candlelight for neon glow and roses for arcade tickets, Andretti's delivers. We left with a lava lamp, sore cheeks from laughing, and the comforting knowledge that our relationship can survive friendly competition.

Never have I seen so many people standing around, walking around, yet so little getting actually getting done. Our server finally came to our table after we've been waiting for 15 min. I ordered everything. Drinks didn't come out so I had to ask the host to order the drinks and he was nice enough to oblige. 30 min goes by. I haven't seen our server anywhere. Completely disappeared. There are tons of orders sitting there under a heat lamp. People looking like they're just waiting. For what? For the food to be ready? Well there it is! People keep coming and going into this employee entrance looking like they're busy doing something important but I wonder what. Finally our server appears to ask "how are we doing"? Huh? What about the food? She says she'll check on it. It was just sitting there under a heat lamp for god knows how long. Now all dried out. Advice to manage: get this place sorted out. Come up with efficient processes to get food out to people ASAP. Dedicated food runners who run our food as soon as it's ready. Something! Oh and the best employee there was the bartender. He was manning the bar AND busing people's tables, getting their checks. Props to him!

Wife opted out of the adventure actually so she took some pictures and just hung out while my boy and I went through obstacles and zip line adventures. The courses are great for confidence building and father son bonding time and the courses are challenging enough to keep a child engaged and having a great experience throughout the time spent on the courses. Levels 1, 2, and 3 are age appropriate for kids (2 and 3 being 7+ year olds respectively). They start you off on a practice course which is good for beginners who are learning how to operate the buckles and getting onto the course and through the sometimes challenging swivel plates and points. My son had a bit of a hard time getting through some alone so going with a parent or older guardian is recommended as younger kids can get stuck and need some support. We began from level 2 as we couldn't find level 1 initially so it was fun and challenging right from the get go! Level 2 is a combination of obstacles and zip lining. Level 3 is appropriately labeled all fun and no work as it's a series of zip lines. Level 3 low was our favorite course while level 3 high was fun but had a portion towards the end that was a challenge as we had to unhook our connectors a few times to advance through the zip line. My son is on the smaller side so we had to get creative to disconnect. Also, on a few zip lines it says to stand up quickly which is important as it is possible to go backwards if you don't complete the zip line completely which poses a bit of a challenge as well. I had to go a few times after my son when he got stuck to get him to the other side by colliding into him and pushing him to the other side of the zip line. It all added to the adventure and excitement of the excellent courses. Treetop Quest Gwinnett is conveniently located in Buford so it was only a short 10 minutes drive from our home which was nice. We came before the crowds arrived which was early pm (12:30) which is when I recommend to come as crowds can cause wait times between each course. Overall, an excellent way to spend a few hours and to create memories with your kids and family. I plan to return with my older son as well as levels 4, and 5 are for 12+ year olds and is marked with challenging! We look forward to future visits and recommend Treetop Quest Gwinnett highly. 5 solid stars and two thumbs up! #AdventureIsOutThere!

STAFF MEMBER PEYTON REVIEW: This guy is a true gem. I suppose I misunderstood the structure of the place, thinking I could just book my seven year old and watch from the ground, and that like zip line places near Helen, there would be a guide for a group, going platform to platform. This place is fully independent, so she went on her own. She had trouble with the C clip, getting it from line to line, around trees. Peyton hopped up there when my ground instructions proved useless, but didn't just give her instructions. He TAUGHT her. He made her UNDERSTAND. He did so in a way that wasn't condescending, but led her to understand how it worked, strategies to employ, like an expert teacher. He relieved her frustration from the start, gave her confidence, and got her excited about being fully independent up in these trees. The next hour and a half was wonderful fun for both my daughter and for me, watching from the ground. And then she got stuck. She was on a zip line, well above the ground, and didn't make it to the platform. I tried to get her to go hand over fist to the platform, but she didn't have the upper body strength to get to the platform. Peyton sprang to action, without request, and went along the course to get to her. He pulled her to the platform and chatted with her for a long time. After she got down, instead of the frustration and tears I feared, she was beaming. "I made a new friend!" she declared, speaking of Peyton. She told me they talked about her school, how she has lots of friends, about our dog, and more. It was a great end to the day. But Peyton wasn't done. He radioed in to the "deck" so when she arrived to get her harness off, someone was there to give her some stickers. We talked about how much fun she had at Treetop Quest, how high she got, how she went on huge zip lines on her own, but she kept bringing up her new friend Peyton. He made her day and her experience. Thank you Peyton!
