Amazing! Last minute calling in to order for pickup and the dude on the phone doesn't act like you're bothering him. He was patiently listening to me peruse through the online menu and give suggestions...1/2hr before closing!! If that's not customer service, I don't know what is. The Work minus the olive was AMAZING! Should've ask for gluten free so I can digest better this time of the night but that's on me. They got 3 dif type of gluten free crust gotta try those next time. The antipasto salad got filled to the rim of the Togo box w fresh veggies that looks like they were chopping them up in order Why haven't I been here before? Came here looking for an easy, casual dinner after driving into town and that's exactly what we got. Great service. We tried pizza, pasta and salad. We loved it all. Nice crispy crust pizza, fresh sauce, and generous topics. Salads were fresh and dressings tasted home made. Pasta was served with bread and super tasty. Cold beer and not a bad price tag. I had high hopes for Billy Q's Maybe because this place is located near university extensions it makes it super busy. My bf and I showed up at 8pm intrigued because we wanted to try the Mac and cheese pizza. We put in our order to go because the place was poppin and super crowded, there was no where to sit. The cashier who took our order said it would be 22ish for a medium pizza that was half Mac and cheese and have marguerite. He let us know it would be 45 min but that it would be worth it. He offered us some water and my bf drank it. We waited for about 5 min and decided to go to our hotel room instead since there was no where to sit and we had a long wait ahead of us. We come back 40 minutes later to be told that they ran out of Mac and cheese pizza, that they looked for us 5 minutes after we ordered and since we weren't there they didn't make our pizza! The guy apologized but we were pissed! I totally get it that they ran out but shouldn't they know if they have something or not? And if someone is getting take out shouldn't they get their number? So dumb. So now we were stuck with a pizza that we had no intention of trying. My bf just picked pepperoni and jalapeños for the half we had to replace (which to be honest, Pizza Hut makes better). My bf picked up after 10 more minutes and they didn't apologize again nor did they offer a coupon or a free soft drink, nothing! I knew they didn't value their customers after that. Needless to say, I wish we would have gone to Pizza Hut instead. It would have been cheaper, faster, and tasted the same. Given the incredible yelp reviews, we had high expectations. Sadly, we were really disappointed with experience. We got takeout of a cauliflower crust pizza, sliders, and the taco salad. My husband took two bites out of the sliders and threw the rest away. He said they tasted terrible. The taco salad was iceberg lettuce, with meat thrown on top that was pretty dried out. The best part about the salad was the fresh avocado. He ate that and threw the rest away. The cauliflower crust pizza was packed with veggies, that part was awesome. However the crust was so soggy I couldn't pick it up to eat it. It's nice to have some stability to my crust, and preferably crispy. For $54, this was a huge waste of our money. When we go to the desert we truly enjoy Billy Q's Pizza it really is more than just a pizzeria. Rarely do we get a standard cheese and pepperoni pizza as a matter of fact the last three times we've been there we preferred the Thai chicken pizza it is amazing the flavor expounds it jumps right into your mouth the thoughts a Bangkok and exotic Thailand appear with every bite if you go to Billy Qs order a Thai chicken pizza along with anything else on the menu you really will enjoy it. By the way the salads they have our outstanding and they also have a wide array of sandwiches although when we go there pizza salad and wings sounds like a great evening head over to Billy Q's if you're ever out in the desert. read more

Yum! Found this place with high reviews and had to try it! We ordered a pizza for pick-up to eat at our hotel. Super easy to order over the phone. Their thin crust pizza is so delicious. We got a medium to split for two of us and it was plenty of food that was a great price. The restaurant was jammed with people inside and outside, clearly popular! We were very pleasantly surprised by this place. It's a very low key restaurant that looks like an old school pizza shop, so don't come here for the ambiance. The food and service however, was really good. They were pretty busy when we were there, but they were plenty attentive to us. The food came out relatively quick and was quite delicious. We ordered pizza, garlic bread and a salad. All three were very good. Their selection of sandwiches looked awesome. Even though we didn't order one, the ones they were bringing out looked great. I'll be going back for lunch one of thse days to try out some sandwiches. read more

I brought half of it home. My guest had the meat lovers pizza that was loaded and he said it was very tasty. Lively place with about 10 tables inside and many more outside. The day was far too windy to dine alfresco. This is a part of town near the I-10 freeway that is frequently very windy, so plan on inside eating. They have a large menu with lots of pizza and sandwich offerings, as well as a few Italian pasta dishes. Good service. I'd go back for pizza again. Ambiance is just okay. For me, their pizza is just OK. We ordered a large thin crust pepperoni pizza. I was a little disappointed that a large looked more like a medium from other pizza restaurants. The pepperoni was plentiful, it was a little crisp for my taste and burnt on the edges. The sauce is a little spicy rather than sweet, which I actually liked. The crust was thin, which is how I like it. Sadly, I think the cheese on top was thinner. We ordered inside the restaurant and took the pizza to go. We traveled maybe 10 minutes and by the time we sat down to enjoy the pizza, it wasn't as hot as other pizza's we've taken home. Maybe it was too thin? It does microwave well which is a plus. We also ordered cheese bread which had a heavy hint of garlic, almost too much I think. It was greasy enough I had to wipe my fingers after each bite. Overall, it's not bad. We ate here on a Friday evening at 6pm. It was busy, but not packed. We could tell it is a popular place because of all the take out orders. We ordered a pepperoni, cheese, and the works for our party of 8. The variety of sports games on was great, especially because they had our team on one of the tv's. We ordered a large Pepperoni, and a small split consisting of the Mac & Cheese and the Thai BBQ varieties. Man, the flavor of that Thai Pie was INCREDIBLE!! My wife exclaimed, "This is our new pizza place", I guess if I am smart I will follow her lead. I do agree though, their style and creativity is top notch.
