Stopped in here on the way home from a work trip. The place had the sports bar/BBQ joint vibe to it. The food was so good. They really know what they're doing in the kitchen. The staff checked on us just enough to make sure we were good I ordered the BBQ Boar Burger. The only thing I'd change about it would be the reduce the lettuce a little bit that's it. I left satisfied and would gladly come back.

Was recommended by friends and did not disappoint. I had the meatloaf (new menu item) with smashed garlic potatoes and my fiancée had the prime rib with baked potato. Both were delicious, I'd definitely go back for the meatloaf. Our group also had the chicken piccata, ribs and rib steak and everyone loved their meals.

Went there yesterday 430pm, thought it was odd 3 cars in the parking lot. Waitress had a mask on... ok. Sat down ordered cod and chips, and my husband got tri-tip. When waitress showed up with the food, the cod was 2 fish sticks. Sooo, weird. My husband's steak came out in pieces, and cold. Fries cold, coleslaw looked old kind of runny, baked potatoe was really good. Waitress took the steak back to warm it, not sure how that was done but brought back cold again. Was told it was cold cuz the room was cold. Discussed with my husband that his steak was not tri-tip it was left over prime-rib. He agreed, steak does not get served in pieces. Also waitress never asked how he wanted his steak, he had to tell her and she looked confused.. weird. Went there for a date but wont go back. Not a steak house, atmosphere was weird and now I know why nobody was there. The other cars in the parking lot was the cook and the waitress. Bad sign for a saturday.....

Been in Bandon for almost two weeks. Drive by this place often. Always looks busy but it's away from the downtown core. Finally decided to stop. We didn't wait long to get seated. Hostess was friendly. Waitress greeted us after about 10-15 minutes. Drinks came out quickly and were good. Dinner also came out quickly. Nothing super special, just good home cooked food. My prime rib was a little over cooked but was still tender. My wife's NY steak was very good. Sides were tasty. Of concern, the place was like a steam box making it a little uncomfortable. All in all, good meal and good service. Prices comparable to other places in town.

Excellent food, beverages and service. I had the prawns dinner. So much food, for a great deal. Mother had a bread bowl, said it was excellent. She ate every bite. Definitely a place to check out.

Had some beers and the hogbash sandwich and tots. Good stuff. Sports bar on one side, restaurant on the other. Service was great.

Don't bother, terrible service. Food was mediocre at best. The waitress was argumentative. The prime rib was mostly fat and overdone.

But while on a Great American Road Trip, the hubby was craving steak, so I obliged. Boy am I glad we did! Pablo's is amazing as was our server Betsy. In South America, normal dinnertime is 8 p.m. or later, so I'm still getting used to "early" restaurant closing times in the US. We rolled into the quaint beachside town of Bandon, OR around 7:30 p.m. After a quick walk down the pier and through town, the hubs called Pablo's to see if they were still serving dinner (normal closing time is 8:30). To our delight, they were, so we walked over and were lucky to get one of the few tables under a "covid bubble." These little transparent dining pods are perfect not just for health reasons but also because they keep diners warm on cool nights. When I first saw the menu, I was a little surprised at the prices, but quickly realized that with only a handful of tables and high-quality ingredients, the prices were actually reasonable. We ordered a bottle of Mendoza Malbec (why on earth would you order anything else at an Argentinian restaurant?!?) as well as the shareable $130 steak dinner that comes with empanadas, salad, sides, and steak. What a deal! Everything was so delicious. We each had the Árabes empanadas (we can confirm that Argentina's empanadas are much better than Chile's, and Pablo's did not disappoint). Normally, my hubby isn't much of a salad guy, but the salad that accompanied the empanadas was so delicious, he scarfed it down to everyone's surprise. Pablo chatted with us between courses and we learned that he used to play soccer (futbol) in Argentina, his family is still there, and he recently trained under a Michelin-starred chef in Italy. When ordering dinner, we made an unusual request that Pablo graciously accommodated: hubby wanted his side of the steak medium-rare while I wanted mine medium. It was great. The grilled veggies (peppers, onions, zucchini) and pesto pasta were terrific. I had not had pine nuts since before we moved south, so that was a real treat after so many years without it. I was so stuffed from all the great food that I couldn't finish the pasta or veggies, so I took those to go and ended up eating them for breakfast the next day (don't judge, it was delicious and filling). If you want a really special, personalized dining experience with an internationally trained chef, you absolutely must visit Pablo's. If you have no interest in enjoying authentic Argentinian cuisine, Argentinian wine, and chatting with the chef, go somewhere else.

Whether you're watching the waves roll in or just soaking up the Oregon coast, it's one of those places where you find yourself lingering a little longer because the setting is just that beautiful. Food-wise, the standout for me was the Dungeness crab legs with red bell peppers and pine nuts in a garlicky white wine sauce, finished with Parmesan and just the right touch of cayenne, served with garlic toast. It was absolutely incredible. The sauce was rich and packed with flavor without overpowering the fresh crab, and the garlic toast made sure none of that delicious sauce went to waste. It's an absolute must-order. The service was just as memorable as the meal. Everyone was warm, attentive, and genuinely seemed to enjoy making sure guests had a great experience. That level of hospitality really elevates the whole evening.
