It wasn't about the money, it was about the total absence of goodwill, accountability, or basic hospitality. After wasting two hours of our evening dealing with a double-botched entree at high end prices, there was zero effort to make it right no comped drinks and no complimentary gesture. Instead, we found a hidden token "discount" on the ruined steak we couldn't even eat. When I originally posted an honest review of this experience on Google, they had it quietly and immediately deleted rather than addressing the failure. That speaks volumes about how they operate.
