    Sow burger and a brew
    Alan K.

Great service from a very nice young lady. The sow Burger was total killer. The Cuban pastrami was just as good Perfect amount of food. Not over bearing with the fries. Great selection of brews. Simple clean interior. Great outside seating but a little too cool for us today.

Delicious! Have the milk shake any flavor will do! Hubby and chocolate and I had the berry! Pure decadence. Awesome birthday dinner with a chocolate sundae to top it off. Ordered my 571 burger well done and it came out perfect. I substituted fries for onion rings

We came to Stack 571 for lunch with family and we not only had great weather that day we also had a great meal outing. The hostess was kind enough to wipe an outside table for us to enjoy our meal. Chris was our server throughout and he was very friendly and courteous. The burger of the month was very tasty as was the buttermilk fried chicken and the 571. We truly enjoyed our plentiful dishes. Overall, we were all glad to have ventured out to downtown Vancouver; such a beautiful place. Enjoy! We will be back. :)

This place was sooo good ! Holy cow! We were visiting from out of town and wanted to stop by the river walk and I'm so glad we found this place! I'm still dreaming about it a whole day later! The food was fantastic! The waffle fries were perfectly salted and crispy. The truffle fries were also amazing! We tried the Jimi dog which I was slightly weary of as I am from the area with the best bbq in the US, but wow I was simply blown away ! My boyfriend tried the queso dog and said it was the best thing he's ever had! The prices were so good for the massive portion sizes! We couldn't even finish our food! Our waitress was very happy and kind! The vibes at the outdoor seating were lovely , it wasn't too hot in the shade, 0 humidity, and we could watch everyone walk by and play. The music selections were also on point for what it counts! Wish we weren't so full to try the milkshakes! lol! I heard those are great, guess we have to come back!

First time here in Vancouver WA. Great vibes in this restaurant and the decor was awesome. Service was outstanding from Aubrey and we had a table of nine! I had the Gyro Burger and waffle fries, both were excellent. Great crowd and right on the riverfront! A must go in Vancouver!

Small Parmesan-Truffle Fries & small BLT Chop Chop Salad

Room for improvement! The truffle Parmesan fries were good but came in bad packaging for a takeout order. The BLT chop chop salad came with the best green goddess dressing it was so flavorful! The corn in the salad was sooo dried out and borderline old. Overall an OK experience but wouldn't run back to eat here.

Banh Mi burger with an Impossible Burger patty

I don't eat meat, so take that into consideration when reading this review. I ordered the Banh Mi burger with an Impossible Burger patty, and it wasn't terrible, but it wasn't the best. The fries were subpar, as well. There are far better burgers to be eaten in Vancouver, WA, so I'll be going elsewhere when I'm next craving a burger.

Had a nice lunch at Stack 571 today. This is a casual burger place on the Vancouver waterfront. It was nice to be able to duck in after a walk for a burger. We had great service too. We were seated immediately and the server was attentive and helpful. I had the Stack Burger which was plenty big with traditional toppings. My husband had the monthly featured burger which the server described as the Stack's version of the Big Mac. Much better however! The meat was tasty and well seasoned. The fries were really good too. I had the waffle fries and my husband had regular. We both enjoyed our fries which were hot, crispy and perfectly seasoned. We will be back!

EVERYTHING about this place exceeded my expectations. Located on the waterfront with a great view. Good taplist, extensive whiskey menu. Everything we order was so delicious. I couldn't decide, so many things sounded yummy. They have a slider meal where you can pick 3 different burgers. I will be back! Service was quick, nice, and on top of everything.

Good burger. Great location near the water. We ordered a burger with waffle fries and a patty melt with regular fries, root beer and a shake. Everything was cooked right, the waiter was friendly and attentive, and being near the water was a nice addition. The only reason I gave it 4-stars is the metal plates looked used and unattractive, like it was an afterthought. Other than that, a good experience. Not the best burger, but it was good.

Decided to come here while waiting for the salt&straw line. The main reason we came here was because it had Dutch crunch! Though it was a disappointment since it just tastes like bread, not sweet not crunchy. The Nashville chicken had too much sauce, the sauce was really overpowering and too much. The brussel sprouts were ok, it was different from other Brussels sprouts you see at other restaurants but not better not worse. Overall, wouldn't recommend nor come back.

    Best waffle fries!!

Burger and whiskey is hands down delicious here!! I love my whiskey and to service a good burger just tops it!! Definitely coming back!!

So it had been about a year since I last had a burger, and I had a hankering for one. My kid and her beau came to this restaurant a few weeks ago and raved about the burgers here, so we decided to come here for my last dinner in Portland, before I headed back home. All I knew about Vancouver, WA was what I saw driving on I-5 heading in or out of Portland, so I was AMAZED at the waterfront here, and the boardwalk, and the array of cool-looking restaurants! Wow, very impressive. And there was a huge parking lot a block away, too, which took a lot of the stress out of parking. Yes, it's a metered parking lot, but the rates are super low. Stack 571 doesn't take reservations, and we were there on a hopping hot summer weekend night, so all the tables were occupied. But there was a table or two free in the bar section, so we were fine to sit there. My daughter's boyfriend raved about his burger last time here, so he ordered exactly the same thing: the Bahn Mi burger and a chop salad. He said he could have this burger every day, it was so good. My kid and I split a small chop salad and the Fatted Sow burger. OMG the burger was to die for. And how nice that they cut it in half for us (sparing us the humiliating butcher job we usually do lol). The salad was still too large for me so I brought it home to have later that night. We dined with one of my kid's friends and she had the same burger she had the week before , too: the PB&J burger. I know, it sounds strange, but she says it's bloody amazing. This place is also known for its milkshakes which they can (and DO!) add alcohol to, if ordered that way. All three members of my dining party had shakes (I was too full to even contemplate having one). They all loved them. Needless to say, we were all too full for dessert, but it looked like they had some fun sweet options. I was really impressed with this place. I see they have other locations in WA state. I look forward to checking out the other sites!

The room alone almost made it worth my time. The English pea risotto was very good, and the house fries were good. The French-oaked flight I requested was a sad effort. The bartender never asked what distillers I had as options other than indicating that Makers 46 must be what I'm after when I said French oaked and creamy was my vibe, to which I raised an eyebrow and indicated I was ok if he started with that in my flight as a base for comparison. Otherwise he never asked whether I'd like to spend good money on something special (I would have said yes) and later claimed these were the only French-oaked bottles they even had in stock despite a claimed inventory of over 2,000 whiskeys. What arrived: Penelope Architect--nothing at all on the nose, something like wood paneling on the palate. Angel's Envy Triple Oak--tasted just like the Angel's Envy Rum Cask I can get at the supermarket. Maker's 46--the best of those three, yet still quintessentially basic as a wheated French-staved bargain buy, which, by the way, I never indicated I was there for. When I diplomatically indicated my that my flight was totally blasé and asked for one last pour in hopes of redeeming the experience, he brought me a redundant Maker's Heart Series in which the heart was made of mildly chocolate-inspired disappointment. Staff clearly put effort into educating and serving, and the environment is special enough that I hope to return with friends for that alone, even though I was rushed out due to a scheduled reservation needing my unscheduled seat. Ultimately the pours left me with an extremely unimpressive result and a future 0-for-2 that I'd be willing to risk in hopes of their redemption. Exceptionally impressive venue, if totally unimpressive flight curation.

I chose the Saville Painkiller Cobbler which was very similar to Piña Colada with Ube. The drink was such a pretty purple shade, dusted with purple sweet potato/taro powder, and served in a Pineapple shaped glass - so aesthetically pleasing and very easy on the palate! My husband got the Pandan Old Fashioned which was very delicious as well - silky, sweet, boozy with a strong Pandan forward profile. For snacks, we got the Shrimp Chips and the Whipped Ricotta with Soppressata that comes with a generous portion of 4 slices of Rustic bread. The shrimp chips were humongous and so light, airy and crispy with a delicate shrimp flavor. The presentation on the whipped ricotta was so beautiful, and it tasted so good with the Calabrian chili and Soppressata!
