As a craft beer lover that travels, Billy's is a great late night spot for me. Full menu till midnight then fried food after that. I haven't eaten much here so I can't comment to much on the food. What I have eaten has been better than expected bar food. I mean, don't come here for a filet, but a burger and hellfire chips are damn good. Speaking of... great chips. They have a ton of beers on tap (83 I think she said) and plenty in bottles. I try and drink the local craft brews since I'm not from here and I'm never dissatisfied. I gave it two $$ because I can never get out of here for less that $20. Too many good beers to pass up to get out of here cheap. Service is great and always with a beautiful smile. I've been here a couple of times and I wish I had better things to say about it. First off the food is amazing and so is the beer selection, nothing pretentious there. But, the service is horrible the girls there will ignore you unless you're a male or waving a twenty at them. Last time I went with my girls and our server passed by us multiple times to the table next to us, we had no menus or even waters. We kept looking around to see if someone would notice and come help us but no such luck. Finally I got us and went to look for a manager and told him that we had been waiting for over 15 minutes for service. He didn't seemed to be bothered by it and said he'd "start us off". I was frustrated because we had been waiting in line for 30 minutes and now it seemed we had to wait another 30 for food and drinks it wasnt even that busy. Finally the server came to us, no apology for ignoring us and when we were ordering she kept talking to the table next to us. I had a simple order of the jalapeno poppers and GC burger- no modifications or subs- and she still managed to get it wrong. after dropping off the food she went and SAT DOWN with the other table and we had to call out for her to come fix our order. She gave us dirty looks but did it. It's too bad that this place can't hire decent staff because the food here is delicious. Of course we left and didn't tip. Seriously, worst service ever. I sat down and the waitress came to take my order and start a tab and then didn't come back for 20 minutes. When someone did show up, they did not have my beer. Every time we ordered, the waitress either forgot it or came back by to take our order again (we were just ordering bottles of beer, nothing complicated). After we asked for the tab, (which I had already given them a card for), it took them 15-20 minutes to bring them the wrong card. It was seriously the worst service ever. So I have been coming to Billy's for a decade- and have definitely experienced sub-par service, but today takes the cake. We told our server when we got there, that we were on a bit of a time crunch because two in our group were on break during a serving double. We kept having to tell the poor food runner when we needed anything, including basics like napkins and silverware when our food came. Just one of the smaller issues. There was a hair in one our friends shots, and we just wanted to get a box and check out. Waiting... waiting... waiting. Finally our friends have to leave and get back so we hang back to cash out and box their food to now go deliver it to them at work. After 37 minutes (timed it), while our server was busy i my paying attention to tables with only men, and noticing/talking to the tables near us who were trying to flag her down, I finally went up with the shot glass and said there was a hair in the shot, and can we get our checks. One of the guys in our group was very upset, told her while separating the tickets what our issues were, listing them and that somehow escalated into her telling him to get the fuck out. Meanwhile, I am STANDING there in the patio holding a plate, and am like "can I please get a box?!" Which she gives me while telling me the exchange that escalated. Couldn't help it- responded by telling her if she can't handle the 8 tables, she shouldn't work there. She responds asking me if I want to work then, to which I replied I could. I'm sorry I served at Kelly's Brew Pub back in the good ol' days, crying once when I had SEVENTEEN TABLES. We're paying and boxing up, while the bouncers come to tell us they're kicking us out. Ya well we're leaving already. We ask to speak with the senior bouncer, John, as we're shuffling out, whom I've known for these entire ten years, most in our group had from serving nearby and coming after work all this time. The bouncer repeatedly says we can't talk to him, and to wait by our car until he has time. We asked, "and how is he supposed to find us at our car you want him to just walk the parking lot?" He's backing us further out, until I finally say we're not blocking the entry, so we're waiting here on the side. He keeps telling us to wait in our car or he'll make us? And I straight said "touch me make me move while I'm standing off to the side against the wall I dare you." As this is happening, another PATRON comes out and starts yelling at our guys friend, calling him - "fucking faggot." I asked "do you work here is this your business? Do you even know what's going on?" Goes back inside and sits down. So the guy spewing hate language, basically a hate crime because someone in our group is gay, gets to go back in without consequence? Bouncer turns back inside as well, and suddenly John comes out! John was very understanding and listened to what we said- we advised to even speak with the tables around us who had the same complaints. Honestly, Billy's has been my favorite bar for years. Senior bouncers John and Gene, the bartender Gigi, atmosphere, and the damn good food are the reasons I still go. But I refuse to have that server again. read more

Pretty good. Our first waitress was awesome. Although I don't care for being asked to check out because of shift change. It is rude. The next girl was okay but clearly added extra drinks to our tab. DO NOT GO HERE. Their waitresses don't keep track of what they are doing and when they fail at their job they will charge the customer for their mess ups. We went for our engagement celebration and people were ordering my fiancé drinks but because they never asked us to open a tab until another experienced waitress showed up, we ended up getting charged for other people's drinks on our celebratory night. Then when I addressed this with the waitresses they refused to help us and argued that we ordered this ridiculous bill. Pretty huge beer selection, unfortunately none of which I like or drink, but it's a HUGE list. I ended up ordering a house margarita since I felt kinda rushed. We came in on a busy friday after work "happy hour" for a birthday. It was VERY busy and only about 4 waitresses running around. So I can understand why they need you to make your decision quickly. 1/2 off Happy Hour appitizer specials was very nice. We ordered the sampler of fried mushroom, zucchini, and cheese sticks. Pretty basic, cheese sticks are about the size of fat fingers and the zucchini was pretty tasty and not over breaded. For $4.25, I thought it was a good deal. Margarita was pretty strong, cheap tequila taste, but it was the "house" drink. I'll probably go back if I need to meet up for Happy Hour, but not really a place I'd make an effort to go hang out at. read more

Been coming here for awhile but due to the circumstances of businesses not being opened we have not been here since the winter. Wanted to get out and have a beer and good food. Went here a few days ago and sat ourselves. The server walked by us several times and we were never acknowledged. If there is one thing that irritates me more is not being said "Hi, be right with you" and being totally ignored and the tables in front of us being acknowledged. Not the best place, the overzealous security staff, slow wait staff if sitting at a table, and microwaveable menu items drop this bar out of the running for a nice hangout. I was ready to spend some $$$ on their extensive tequila menu but the service was slow. They said my young female companions couldn't sit and inhale their e-cigs out front. This place is really cool! There are SO many beers on draft and they offer great specials. We watched the football game on a Sunday and they had an all day special of $2 drafts and $4 beer and brat (which was shock top on that particular day). I ordered the nachos which were pretty freaking good (I am a nacho freak) and had a few beers. As my tip mentions, the servers all share tips at the end of the day, so everyone helps your table which improves the service compared to other sports bars. I'm pretty sure it's only 21 and over, so no kiddos allowed. A couple more people joined my party mid-meal and the manager was super accommodating with changing tables. Great experience! read more

I ordered the same drinks I ordered the first time and yet I was charged twice as much the second time. Like w.t.f!? I asked to speak with the manager who said that was impossible. When in fact I would have never came back if the drinks were so pricy! The food was also pretty shitty! If i wanted to spend 12.00 u.s.a. dollars perdrink I would have gone to vintage instead! Emily is the most awful server. We had a reserved party of 20 and she dismissed us like we weren't customers. She lost me credit card that I had left for a tab and then was very rude when I asked to close out and she didn't know where my card was. Basically forcing us to go to the patio and helllfire bar to order drinks and food. The bar in the original longbar was a 20 min wait opposed to immediate service in the patio. This place is huge. They have darts and pool and a nice outdoor seating area. Drinks weren't super cheap, but they were good. I have a feeling that on the weekends this place would be super crowded, but on Thursday night it was not and we had no problem getting a drink. Great bar. Love the pool tables, three different areas that you can sit in. Our bartender Jennifer was awesome and we will absolutely be back because of her outstanding customer service.
