    Cucumber salad
    James T.

Had the spicy beef noodles, spicy cucumber salad and a pork sticker . Food decent flavor , handmade thick noodles very nicely done. . Very few thinly slice meat . I prefer cube size to taste the meat . Soup base abit too oily . Cucumber salad decent except chili oil they use have the burn chillies make the cucumber a bit bitter . Pot sticker ok Overall it's ok . Restaurant very plain like a canteen than a restaurant sitting area . A lot of take away while I am there .

    Outside Advertised Specials

Had book marked and been wanting to try. A little confusing with the signage as the logo of Stellar 66 is still up along with advertising banners for Bing Bistro which took over this location back in August 2025. They have a few specials listed on their outdoor chalkboard & summer specials on a separate menu inside. Believe this is their second location with the first being in Scottsdale. The vibe is nothing like what they portray on Instagram (probably their Scottsdale store). They advertise table side noodle pulling and the restaurant inside looks nothing like the one in their video. Think there may be a significant difference between the two. We arrived about 6:30 PM only a few dining and was told to sit wherever we'd like. They do have a bar, few round large rotating tables, booths and numerous surrounding table and chairs. Looks to be a family owned and operated business. A young man and older gentleman were working the floor. Started with the spicy edamame & potstickers. The edamame was really good ( little salty) yet a nice bit of spice & garlic. The potstickers weren't anything special. In fact, they were not a pan seared, but rather maybe deep fried and or oven baked? Texture was a dry crunch. My husband went with the Orange Chicken, I had the Mongolian Beef & our daughter got the Spicy Wontons. My husband's & daughter's dishes came with chow main noodles. Mine was an addition charge as was not included in my original order. Meals came out rolled to us on what looked to be a black busser's cart. Not served by hand. Hoping they don't use that for their dirty dishes & sanitizing station too?! First bite-My food was cold! Not even room temperature, but cold beef. Almost like it was frozen and tossed in with the cooked vegetables at the last moment. Asked for it spicy & it was not. My husband had a few of his orange chicken clusters that were cold as well. Thinking frozen item also. The chunks were pretty dry and hard. His didn't taste that great. Batter was very funnel cake like & sweet. Our daughter probably had the best meal temperature & flavor wise. She enjoyed it, I thought it was just ok. Service was lacking. We got two sodas and had to ask for refills as they stayed empty even after our meals. There is a large open space between the bar and the railing that goes to the kitchen. It was full of boxed product that should be put or stored in back and not out on the floor where customers dine. This space could be untlized for more decor such as fresh plants. Or, red/black/ gold colors that are vibrant & symbolize such special meaning to the culture. FYI-Don't leave sanitation carts out in the dining area & near the dining tables. They should be in the back and only brought out if and when needed. Party of three was just under $100 with tax and tip. Little pricey IMO. Won't be a place we will return.

Spongy flavorless meat inside boring potstickers.

Mediocre and mid flavor fare. Potstickers are severely disappointing in that they use this spongy, bland mystery meat inside that seems to abound at Americanized places. Wontons in chili are meh but the chili sauce is very spicy which would be great if the wontons had any flavor to carry the heat. Pork fried rice is extremely heavy on the soy sauce and oil; yet light on actual flavor. I really wanted to like this place and they do give you your order in a cute pink reusable bag but I hate that the bag was what I enjoyed most about this very blah fare.

Ordered this today for Thanksgiving lunch. Definitely hit the spot for my lobster and noodle craving. Lobster Noodles (7.5/10): noodle texture and sauce flavor was on point, however, not enough lobster meat for the price of this entree. Signature Beef Noodle Soup (8/10): texture of the hand-pulled noodles was on point and the broth has a little spice kick to it. My toddler enjoyed it as well. Spicy Cucumber Salad (8/10): decent taste and crunch, not worth over $10 for this appetizer though. I'm sure dining here in person would be a nice experience.

TLDR - solid experience give this place a try Seeing the menu on the Yelp app and being in the mood for noodles we gave Bing bistro a try. We tried the following- Peking duck taco. 5 stars. Solid portions and the meat was just super tender! It's an appetizer, I wish this could be a plate for dinner. Beer homemade noodle soup. With multiple noodle selections available, BB is known for this dish. The cook came out and did a little mini show of the noodles for the soup. 100 stars. From the broth to the noodle this was the highlight for sure. Orange chicken and chow mein - 4 stars. The orange chicken was a bit over fried but delicious. Portion size is perfect. The chow mein was delicious as well , with fresh noodles you can't miss. The prices were good and they serve beer/wine as well. This would be a 5 star review but the service was a little off and they got a dish wrong but again all is good. They seemed a bit upset I didn't make a reservation for my party of 8 ( the restaurant was completely empty btw) If you come here you may have to be patient if that makes sense. Looking forward to going back soon!

Formerly Stellar 66, this place offers the same interior and similar food. I ordered the beef noodle soup for lunch and I was the only one in there and they asked me if I wanted a demonstration by the chef on how they hand pulled their noodles. It was a nice showcase. There were a ton of noodles, so much in fact that it took up the entire bowl. The beef however was lacking. It was good but it was extremely thin and you only get 4 slices. It's basically ordering 1 sub sandwich and having 1 slide of meat. Overall the noodle texture and broth were good. But I don't think it's worth it to "add extra protein" for more and end up paying $20+.

The customer service is ok. The food is good. I did love my chicken noodle soup. Bathroom are kept clean. I do want to return to try other items in the menu. Parking is no issue. We arrived at lunch time so we did the lunch menu. The price is fair and the food portions are large.

Nice casual ambiance. Excellent service, everyone was very nice and attentive. Now for the food.... OMG!!! Amazing, delicious, very flavorful. The portions are pretty good size. I tired the Mai Tai and it was full of flavor so fruity. You have to try this place. Can't wait to come back.

Although the sign outside still says Steller, this Chinese restaurant is now Bing Bistro specializing in hand torn noodles. We ordered a variety of dishes and enjoyed them all. They were very accommodating to make sure not to use oyster sauce for our shellfish allergy family member. Large TVS were showing sports, but the pop music over speakers didn't match the atmosphere. We'll be back for more!

I saw sooo many great reviews and videos, I had to try! WOW! I was not disappointed! Don't let the interior pics fool you. We were there on a Sunday, around 2:30, and were wondering why it was so empty. Come to find out, we arrived between services. Still, we weren't turned away. We were graciously greeted at the door, and seated. The staff and servers were very friendly and more than helpful. As usual, we ordered way more than we could eat! Every question we had about the menu was answered, or someone was brought to the table to help out. We ordered the deep fried pork for a starter. Very little wait time. It arrived hot and crispy, with a mild (but very flavorful) dipping powder. Never had anything with this flavor profile. Almost like a churro and funnel cake flavor, with (I think), a cumin after taste. Exceptional! Than came the garlic pork ribs! I'm not sure how I can describe these ribs. Smothered in a ridiculous amount of crispy garlic! At first, you're not sure what to expect. I'm telling you, expect the best! These were pillow tender! The flavor was spectacular! I don't know how they got them so tender and kept them juicy! Now, the noodles and dumplings! The pork and truffle we awesome! Tender skin and the filling was exceptional. The Dan Dan noodles were perfectly cooked. Great chew, and flavor. The spice was not overwhelming for the mild palate. A little numbing from the Asain side of things. The seafood dumplings were awesome! Full of seafood flavor and the wrapping was perfect! If you are in the neighborhood, or not, make this a destination!

The hubby and I had a great lunch at Bing Bistro today. I love a place that adds a little flare to your dining experience, and you get that at Bing Bistro! They handmake the noodles right at our table. You can watch as your dumplings are also handmade right in the main dining area. The food came out fast and was very tasty. Our server and the restaurant staff were all very friendly. The beef rib soup could have used a little more kick of something, but it was still soothing and delicious. The Pork and Cabbage dumplings were great! I think my Bird Box drink was my favorite. You get to enjoy your drink from a little glass bird. It was basically a White Russian in a bird, and I loved it!

Everything we ordered was delicious! The dumplings were definitely my favorite. The service was okay but the food made up for it. We will be back to try the more items!

This used to be Stellar 66 but it's now Bing Bistro, even though there were still Stellar 66 drink menus. The decor inside was still the same as Stellar 66, but now there is a wall up making the restaurant half the size. Service was slow and they spent more time looking at their phones than assisting customers. The dumplings were decent but not amazing. Ok experience.

One clearly was training. I asked for a sample of the tortilla soup. As I looked through their choices of protein, the selections looked stale. I couldn't bring myself to try it. It wasn't appetizing at all. The water choices from the fountain drinks were not marked. You can see a spout but you have to guess which is carbonated or regular. I know for a fact that management can do better than that. The restaurant was clean but with an empty restaurant, there is no reason to have stacked dirty dishes in the basin. It shouldn't be so hard. My granddaughter had their tortilla soup but like me, couldn't make herself add any toppings. They looked like they'd been there all day. Hope they turn it around quick.

This was my first visit to Gadzooks in Gilbert, but I had been to the downtown Chandler location…read moretwice before it closed. They are known for their oven that melts all of your goodies on your tacos or enchiladas together in a ceramic bowl. You typically have a good choice of meats and vegetarian options as your filling, but on the night I dined here they were out of the bison (my first choice of protein) and the short ribs. I ended up ordering one green Chile pork and one chicken enchilada, topped it with cheeses, salsas, sauces, pickled onion and more. The enchiladas and drink already rang up to just under $20 so I bypassed a side (would have bought the spicy cornbread). For a better value, the lunch special is $15 for your entree, a side and a drink, which would save about $5 vs standard dinner prices. The meal didn't cook quite long enough in the oven because I didn't get any crisping of the tortilla, gooey melting of the cheese or hardening of the juices in the bottom of the bowl (just wetness). This took away some of the expected flavor profile. While the employees were friendly, they kept their iced tea behind the counter so I had to have them fill my cup up twice. I always like a blend of ~2/3 unsweet tea and ~1/3 sweet tea...but when the tea ratios are out of my control I just asked for half and half. The first time it was too sweet so my refill I asked for unsweet only. The interior is nice, spacious, well-lit and clean. Despite the parking lot for this complex was full with cars winding up and down every row looking for a spot, there was only one other customer in the store during primetime dinner hours. Clearly, Gadzooks is not the hot location in the Epicenter. Overall, my first experience at Gadzooks Gilbert was just okay. I was disappointed they were out of my first protein choices and my meal was not in the oven long enough. But it's not a complete dealbreaker as I could see myself eating here again in the future.
