However, not long afterward, the exact same car--with the same VIN number--appeared for sale on his lot. The entire situation felt dishonest and misleading. What was supposed to be an effort to fix a bad experience only made me question the integrity of the dealership even more. Based on my experience, I would be very cautious when doing business with them.

I called back and asked for the stripes to be removed, and he told me to come right back and he got it done within minutes (it came with the particular color/make of the car I bought, but he had it removed). Every visit involved long wait times, poor organization, and poor communication. They never follow up about maintenance or recalls. I called to schedule a maintenance, gave them the mileage, and they said I was due. I showed up only to be told that based on the oil life, I didn't need service and should come back later. Why couldn't they ask that over the phone and save me the trip? When my car had a recall, I had to call every single week to ask if the parts were in. I asked multiple times for a call back and never got one. The service wait times are ridiculous, and even when I'm sitting in the waiting room, I have to hunt down staff just to get any kind of update. They had to give me a rental car during the purchase process and again later for a recall repair. I was told both times that everything would be fully covered. But every time I called to confirm, I got a different answer. Some people said the rental was included, others said it wasn't. No one seemed to know what was going on. I was later charged by Enterprise for the rental and had to dispute it with my bank. This dealership is so inconsistent and has no accountability. I would not recommend buying or servicing your car here.

They were so kind to charge it up for me so I could take a peek. When I got there the lot was rough around the edges, and filled with odds and ends cars at good prices. This dealer specializes in odd and old and their car listing descriptions are amazing. Yea they also have attitude here, but I think they are honest and are more than honest about the stock they have. I ended buying a PT cruiser that needed some work. I was willing to invest in fixing her up because it was in decent shape with very low miles. The people here want to talk cars and will let you know when you ask a stupid question. They have only been super nice to me. I definitely recommend them.

I purchased a 2008 BMW 335i from them about a week ago. I knew that the car needed a little work, so I purchased an extended warranty through my bank. Thankfully I had the warranty, because three days after purchasing the car the serpentine belt broke, I needed pulleys, a low pressure fuel sensor, and oil filter housing seals. As a buyer, I know that it is my responsibility to have a car checked before purchasing. However, items that should have been taken care of by the dealership were obviously over looked. The tires were worn beyond bald, the car had not passed emissions, and maintenance had not been done. Also, I just had to make a loan payment on the car I traded in because they have yet to send in the check to the bank.... Yea, I am paying on a car that they now own because they haven't paid off the original loan for the trade... All in all, very in happy. *update* After calling the dealership, I will say that they have been willing to help. John, the sales Representative said he would call me back after speaking to the sales manager. Hopefully they can right this situation.
