Good food. Cute decor. I believe it's a husband and wife operation so it's a little slow. They are super nice though. I think they changed owners cuz it used to have a lot of Korean foods that I don't see anymore. The cakes are so cute!!

Food was awesome. We got 2 Golden Beef Hotpot. Taste great! I think it is a mom & pop shop. The service was great. Good ambiance to just hangout to chat, han & eat.

We came for the macarons we saw on Yelp since they're so cute! They did not have the Kirby ones in stock when we came by (after dinner so selection was less than they probably had earlier in the day). We also got the toast bread thing...I don't recall the name but it was really good. We liked all the desserts we had. They weren't overly sweet and were very unique compared to other offerings in the area, so that was cool. The items were on the pricier side, but worth it for the variety of dessert selections. The flavors of the macarons were a very unique combination of flavors that I haven't seen elsewhere (can't recall what they were now) but the boys still ate all of it.

We are very surprised by this place, it looks like a place that specializes in bakery, but woah, their food is also great. Presentation is 10/10, taste is 10/10. Definitely get the popcorn chicken, I love that it comes in a mini basket, chicken is crunchy and not too oily. Mala spicy pot is delicious and very spicy. If you come here for lunch, the pot comes with rice and a drink (black or green tea); iced black tea is sweet and refreshing, it goes so well with the spicy hot pot. Reason for only 4 stars is that the music is a little too loud and service is minimum. There are only two staff members, it's hard for them to manage multiple tables.

Oh my gosh. This review is SOLELY ON PASTRY ITEMS ONLY. Idk where their baker came from but they sure know what they are doing!! I bought 4 items but got to try 5, and I kid you not-- every single item I had was absolutely delicious. Nothing was overly sweet or salty or dry. It was baked perfectly, everything was moist and fluffy! (Mind you I do not enjoy overly sweet pastries) The cashier was so kind and welcoming! She suggested me, what is now my favorite pastry from them : Pork Sung Taro Cake! I absolutely cannot wait to come back and try more items, and now that they have Taiwanese Hot Pot... oh my gosh! Pork Sung Taro Cake : 10/10 (Slightly sweeten gooey Taro Center, topped with a savory pork floss sponge cake) White Rabbit Sponge Cake Roll: 8/10 (Very fluffy, super light, creamy vanilla tasting center) Kinako Powdered Sesame Round Cake: 9/10 (Sesame is fluffy and airy, the sponge cake is super soft and moist, like melt in your mouth kine! Lightly sweetened) Yellow creamy Cake Roll (sorry idk their real names lol) 9/10 (Almost like a egg custard but soft filling form, very creamy and soft) Earl Grey Milled Crepe: 10/10 This one is my 2nd favorite, the EARL GREY TEA flavor is ON POINT. Absolutely delicious, esp for Tea lovers! I will continue to show them my support!

At one point I feel like I was addicted to this place smh. My addiction was to the strawberry roll coke ($5) and the passion fruit crepe cake ($10). i've only tried the items from the case at the front, but I haven't been disappointed yet. Both items were good! The strawberry roll cake was moist, the filling inside was light, and I really enjoyed the block of strawberry jelly in the middle. You can tell that they use real passion fruit for the topping. The cream in between was super light as well. I'll definitely be back to try some more items!

An interesting spot in Katy Asia Town! I thought the food was good (popcorn chicken being the highlight) but not the most amazing stuff you can find in the area. The decor of the cafe is kind of at odds with what they've serving, since stone and metal were not the first things to come to my mind when I heard the name. I have yet to try the dessert toasts but everything else has been good to decent. The staff is very nice and on top of things every time I've visited.

I came here with my friend a couple weeks ago and it was pretty nice! This was my first time here and they weren't too crowded. I ended up getting a slice of the Matcha roll cake and to drink we got the Fresh Fruit Tea and the Yogurt Green Tea. Everything was really good! The cake wasn't too sweet and had a lot of matcha flavor and the drinks were unique and refreshing as well. They also have board games and card games at the front that you can take to your table and play. Unfortunately, we got here around 8pm so there wasn't a lot of time to stay before the place closed. I wish the shops in Katy Asian Town stayed open way later than 9-10pm. I would love to come back and try the other items that they have here! I was looking at the different kind of honey toasts and the other drinks!

I needed to buy a slice of cake for someone and what I initially thought was $7 a slice ended up being $10. Seriously?! I would have never paid $10 for a stinking little slice of mango cake but I was in a rush and did not have time. While the flavors were good and the cake was light and fluffy, it was nothing spectacular to rave about. They do have some very cute designs and interesting cake rolls. Their drinks looked pretty cool as well. But again, I feel ripped off and it's not a good feeling.

We ordered a birthday cake for our son last month and we're not happy with the provided product. First of all, the price was double their competitors; however we chose to went with it because we saw some good reviews about the cake. We took a leap of fake very much. Secondly, we ordered chocolate cake for the boy, but surprisingly we got vanilla cake with chocolate filling...so disappointed!! Lastly, there were not any cake decorations but only cake topping. Printed images and small toys all over the cake which made it look so cheap.... The only positive thing is the cake was moist... anyway, we will never be back there or order anything from this location read more

I went to Houston last week and a friend took me to an industrial internet celebrity-style dessert shop, Bingo Cake Cafe. I was really impressed by this cafe. The waiter's attitude is very good, I ordered a strawberry cake roll and a slice of black sesame cheese cake, their cake is really fresh, it tastes great, and it's not too sweet. So much better than those heavy sweet cakes. Hope they can open a branch to our city. I will definitely come back next time I travel! recommend! read more

Really friendly staff super helpful and many of them are fluent is multiple languages. My favorite food dish that I always get is the popcorn chicken and chicken wings. always served fresh and hot. I wish I could give Bingo Cake Cafe more than 5 stars! Absolutely in love with this cafe. The cakes are so fresh, made daily and you can definitely tell the love they put into the food here! I'm obsessed with the passion fruit crepe cake it's a MUST. I've never had anything like it and I'll absolutely be back for more. Also the strawberry and earl grey cakes are incredible! Tried the fried chicken sandwich as well and it was really flavorful and a perfect lunch. They also offer delicious drinks like sparkling lychee and charcoal coffee. You can't go wrong with anything at Bingo so try it out!! read more

I cannot say enough great things about this place... and most of it has to do with the stellar customer service!! When I came into the cafe, I wanted to order a piece... but I wasn't quite sure what it exactly was. So, the woman working there took several minutes to describe to me what I was ordering. After I was eating it for a while, she came over to me and asked for my feedback, as this piece was a new creation. I told her it was great, but that I think it would be even better with more strawberries in it. A few minutes later, she came out with a bunch of freshly chopped strawberries for me! That was so thoughtful and so sweet! I would recommend this place in a heartbeat because of how kind the people working there are! :) read more

I heard from my friend that a bakery cafe makes light sugar cakes in Katy Asian town named Bingo Cake Cafe. I came and tried today. The cake is light sugar as my friend told me. Just perfect! Very suitable for my taste! The environment is also very good. One cake + one espresso + Tom & Jerry makes me feel good the rest of my day! The waitress Elsa is very enthusiastic. She introduced me a lot of their products in detail, cakes are made with organic whipping cream, low sugar low calories. I feel a lot better than the other traditional cake store that use all the buttercream. That's way too much sweet and sugar for me. But this bakery cafe, Bingo Cake Cafe just perfect sweet perfect taste for me. Thanks god that I found one awesome bakery around me. I will absolutely come back. read more

Very rude service. I asked if I could take a honey toast to go and the guy laughed ridiculously at me and said "No that's a dine in food. Ice cream melts you know?" He didn't have to laugh at me for asking a question and treat me like I'm dumb. As if I don't know ice cream melts? Other places sometimes let you take shaved ice and stuff to go. Jeez. I'm so glad to have come all the way from California to give this place a try. The staff running the front was nice and friendly, store clean, food nice and delicious. I asked for a recommendation on drink + dessert and got recommendations on Signature Fruit Tea and Rose Lychee soda which are refreshing and flavorful. I was amazed by tiger roll. read more

Food was okay and service was bad. It was my first time there with my friends and we went in to look at the menu. There was no one at the front and when the cashier came out, the first thing he told us was if it was "for here or to go." No hi or anything and told us to sit down. When he told us to sit down, we assume he would come over to take our order but he didn't. We finally went to the front to order and it took them 20 mins to just get our 3 drinks. Food was medicore and overpriced. Won't be coming back. read more

Their cakes are the best. I have been ordering their cakes more than one year. They kept making new variety of cakes. Now they have more than 20 choices. You can also order special birthday cake. My last order was a pink piggy, which was very cute and yummy. It's really different from most American cakes, which are too sweet. Even my American friends like the cakes here very much! read more

Went last Saturday at around 2:45 pm and the place was empty. Regardless, we ordered the spicy, cirspy chicken, and it was so spicy and good! One thing though, for $8.99, they could make the portion bigger. I have been to many other Asian places that sell tapioca crispy chicken, and by far, their portion is the tiniest. I had to order 2. my friend and i went here and we both got chicken dishes, i got the chicken steak sandwich and she got the chicken katsu and curry, and both chicken were pink on the inside. i tried to say it was just the batter and fry but it just didn't taste right, and it was throughout the whole piece. also we had to ask for silverware and napkins, because there was none brought out to us. the drinks were great and so was the takoyaki, but sadly i don't think i'll be coming back. read more

Letting them know my kid has an allergy (because that's what the menu CLEARLY says), I asked about substituting. The guy with the glasses (not the tall guy, I'm sure some are familiar who I'm talking about), is off put, not friendly, but said will substitute. I ordered a desert item from the image menu, then noticed they only substituted 1 scoop, but didn't substitute the 2nd scoop. The image only shows 1 scoop. What kind of OUTDATED menu this is?! Doesn't make sense to only sub 1 scoop. I asked him nicely about this. He says a charge of $1. He DIDN'T tell me about this beforehand. What kind of a communication was this?!?! I would pay the darn $1 extra if he said it and state the image error BEFOREHAND. Confusing menu and service! I looked at him, and said well, I'll just keep it, and not bother, BUT he gives a mini tantrum and walking away like a frustrated kid. What the heck?! I guess I should apologize if he has some mental issues so please let us know! This guy doesn't know how to communicate. Again, if you have some mental issues, please let us know. Overall I feel he has a distaste in socializing with customers, especially if there is something wrong. I ask the other employees about the issue and feel they are aware of this too. I don't care if he reads this, because this guy clearly needs someone else to take over if he doesn't like to solve issues. I'm not the only one who reviewed about terrible customer service and it's not from the other employees. I'm not the only review about allergies and terrible service about this guy. Don't put that allergy information about "letting us know" if you don't want to offer the service!
