Everyone is quite kind but if you get the middle aged Filipino lady to insert the needle in you, she will fuck your vein up.

No you have to go for several donations. They give you a debt card and once you complete your donation they pay you on the card. They have promotions throughout the month. You can make as little as 45.00 to 75.00 at a time. They do give you a time… Read more

I hate to leave negative reviews but no one should ever use this company. They are fast to take…read morepayment. They no showed on my first appointment which required me to be fasting. Finally they got someone out and their tech was very nice but obviously inexperienced as she was unable to draw an ounce of blood from a healthy male in his 30s. After being jabbed and prodded 5 times. 2 arms, she gave up. Hands down the most painful blood draw I've ever had and it was unsuccessful. I was told they'd reach out to reschedule. It's been 3 weeks and no one has contacted me. Honestly even if they did contact me I wouldn't want to have them come back. That experience was too traumatizing.

have worked with Atria twice now. The first time was one year ago. I booked through their online…read moresystem and didn't hear back from them so I assumed everything was ok. The day before the blood draw I called to confirm. Anthony returned my call and told me he could not find the order. Several hours later he found the order and said he would come the next morning to draw my blood - and he did. So, at that point even though I lost confidence in Atria, I decided I liked Anthony and gave them another chance this year. I booked the blood draw a week prior to needing it and the next day someone called me to confirm and said I would be hearing from the phlebotomist the day before. The day before the scheduled appointment I left Atria a message regarding confirmation. I tried calling a couple more times during business hours, when the recording states they are available, and left one more message. At 9:00pm finally Anthony called me back. He told me since I had received a confirmation call a week ago, the phlebotomist would be there. I let him know I was told someone would be contacting me the day before. That obviously didn't happen and he went on to tell me they only confirm the day after the online booking is made. Preparing for a blood draw often includes going off supplements, hydrating enough but not too much and other diet considerations so not receiving a call the night before was stress inducing. In addition, Anthony told the phlebotomist's name and that she would most likely arrive within the first hour of the scheduled time frame. In fact she arrived 15 minutes before the end of the time frame. She was very good but I would not give Atria another chance. My experience was no one answers calls during their stated business hours and receiving a return call is very unreliable. Having to wait until the very last second to know if someone is or is not coming is too unsettling and I would not work with them in the future.

Being in the hospital can be stressful, but the people here truly made me feel supported. A special thank you to a volunteer named Ren who left me this beautiful card. I came to the emergency room in a full pheochromocytoma attack. This is the kind of medical…read morefacility that will tell you, you're having anxiety and its something serious and loved ones end up passing due to this type of dereliction. I'm a 36 yo adult. I am fully aware of anxiety/ panic attacks and this wasn't it. I had severe chest pains, high blood pressure, severe headache, sweating and started vomiting so finally decided it was time to go once I started vomiting. Mind you I was about 6-7 weeks post op a total hysterectomy. I went with no bra because the chest pain was so intense and my abdomen was still so sore from surgery. The man who did my ekg asked if I'm comfortable just walking around with no bra ... I was pretty shocked it being the ER but told him yes I can care less because my situation. I barley could walk due to the dizziness and vision problems I was having aside from everything else. But no biggie I brushed it off. Then the man who did my IV tells me, can you walk?! As I was in a wheelchair. I was like no dude I'm so dizzy and sore from my surgery. Made me feel like such an inconvenience and very embarrassed. Long story short they chummed it up to be chest pain and anxiety. I never even mentioned it had anxiety so that was weird. I expressed how bad my heart and chest was feeling and the ER doctor basically said I needed to follow up with an endocrinologist and there was nothing they could do aside from the meds they gave me. I was in complete disbelief. Went home feeling horrible but followed up with my primary and now I am seeing an endocrinologist who is sending me to Loma Linda hospital. You really have to advocate for yourself. It's so sad how they make you feel and brush off your symptoms. Especially when you're at your absolute worst. Even on my forms you can tell they tread lightly labeling it chest pain but still slightly mentioned my pheochromocytoma. Also, would have been nice for them to mention I had kidney stones but the emergency room doesn't feel that is a serious issue so I am aware they wont mention the findings, but its listed as some of the most painful heath issues. The wait was fine. Expected from an ER. If I end up here again I truly pray they do better and hope people get the care and compassion they need. I left two stars because my visit was in March. Today I visited the main hospital to retrieve my scans on a disk to give to the endocrinologist for the tumor and the gentleman who was volunteering in a wheelchair was amazing helping me navigate the hospital. The woman in medical records was also so very sweet and kind.
