My experience was horrible. The only professional person there is Josh, he is very respectful and kind. He is not like the others horrible workers there. They final trouble shoot then another ISSUE, I had NO FLOW, needle had to be readjusted! No one APOLOGIZED for my INCONVENIENCE! 2 donors set up in my section after me left way before me!!!! They're inconsistent with how each "nurse" checks vitals etc. and because of the long wait the food you ate to prepare has long digested and 8/10 by the time you make it to the "nurse" your levels are all too low and you can't donate.

The wonderful ladies that took care of me on my first donation were Marquette and Mayra. And my second donation, I wasn't able to get her name but she's the phlebotomist trainer? (she assisted me on my first and second donation, and she did spectacular on my stick today.) My only negative would be about the facility. They only had one kiosk working. They're always cleaning stuff, changing things out, I'm not a medical professional but in my amateur opinion they seem to have a very high standard of care with regard to keeping patients safe. Good technique too, they never take more than one try to get the needle in the right place and so far I've only bruised up once out of the dozens of times I've been here.
