I am very glad I was referred to this dentist. It is so hard to find a good dentist that does quality work and doesn't try to scam you. The office is clean and ambient. The staff are all extremely nice. They give multiple reminders about your appointment so you are ready to go. I had to get dental work done and they walked me through the entire process and patiently answered any questions. They have advanced technology where they show you pictures of your teeth on a screen in the room so you can clearly see the before and after. When you're getting work done they let you listen to music and give you a stress ball to hold. My legs were getting restless and they even brought me a leg pillow to elevate them! Dr. Justin Hsieh came highly recommended by my friend, and today was my first visit. I hadn't seen a dentist in about two years because my previous one wasn't great, and his hygienist would always hit sensitive nerve endings. So I was honestly dreading this appointment, expecting a painful cleaning. But wow, I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Justin is incredibly caring and explained everything going on with my teeth. He actually did the cleaning himself (probably because of the plaque buildup) and was super gentle after I told him about my sensitivity. Shockingly, no pain at all! He explained that I'd need a follow-up deep cleaning with anesthesia to get the remaining plaque, which made me feel even more reassured about how thorough and thoughtful he is. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and equipped with the latest tech and thoughtful amenities, like headphones for music during the procedure and a warm lavender-scented towel afterward. The whole team is fantastic. Iris, the office manager, walked me through my treatment plan and insurance in detail. Brenda, my dental assistant, was also super capable and kind. As soon as I left, I texted my husband saying Dr. Justin is the best dentist I've ever had and offers amazing amenities. Upon closer inspection of the tooth, Dr. Justin offered to patch the filling and I was able to get it done on the same day! They even applied a topical treatment to canker sores they noticed I had on my cheek just to help with the discomfort. They're also extremely efficient; I was in and out in less than an hour!
