First time patient here for some urgent dental care. Easily a 5 star kind of a practice overall. Modern, clean, and above all friendliest group of people that run this place. I had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Ammar and dental assistant Patty. My concern was addressed, pain gone and I feel like I made some new friends afterwards. I am very glad I was referred to this dentist. It is so hard to find a good dentist that does quality work and doesn't try to scam you. The office is clean and ambient. The staff are all extremely nice. They give multiple reminders about your appointment so you are ready to go. I had to get dental work done and they walked me through the entire process and patiently answered any questions. They have advanced technology where they show you pictures of your teeth on a screen in the room so you can clearly see the before and after. When you're getting work done they let you listen to music and give you a stress ball to hold. My legs were getting restless and they even brought me a leg pillow to elevate them! They clearly have thought out everything to make you feel comfortable. From my two visits so far, I can tell this is a business with integrity. The office is not close to my home at all, but I will drive for quality care. Thank you Birch Dental! read more

I could not be happier with this dental office. The dentist is wonderful and honest. He was able to show me the cavity I had before filling it very quickly with no pain. The hygienists are so gentle and thorough. I thought I was extremely sensitive when I was going to hygienists at other dental offices and now I know after coming to Birch Dental that I can have my teeth cleaned with zero pain every time. Even my deep cleaning was amazing and I'm so glad I could have it done here. The people at the front desk are also kind and competent. I sincerely look forward to dentist appointments now. read more

I had such a wonderful experience at Birch Dental Oc. Dr. Hsieh is not only highly professional but truly gifted in their craft. Gentle, thorough, and great at explaining each step so I always felt reassured and informed. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients' comfort and long-term dental health. The staff is equally impressive. Everyone I interacted with was warm, knowledgeable, and incredibly efficient. They anticipate what you need before you even ask, and the whole visit flows so smoothly because of their teamwork. The facility itself is beautiful-high-tech equipment, a cozy and thoughtfully designed space, and so many small comforts that make the experience surprisingly relaxing for a dental visit. Overall, this place combines expertise, kindness, and attention to detail in a way that's rare to find. Highly recommend! read more

Dr. Justin Hsieh came highly recommended by my friend, and today was my first visit. I hadn't seen a dentist in about two years because my previous one wasn't great, and his hygienist would always hit sensitive nerve endings. So I was honestly dreading this appointment, expecting a painful cleaning. But wow, I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Dr. Justin is incredibly caring and explained everything going on with my teeth. He actually did the cleaning himself (probably because of the plaque buildup) and was super gentle after I told him about my sensitivity. Shockingly, no pain at all! He explained that I'd need a follow-up deep cleaning with anesthesia to get the remaining plaque, which made me feel even more reassured about how thorough and thoughtful he is. The office itself is beautiful, modern, and equipped with the latest tech and thoughtful amenities, like headphones for music during the procedure and a warm lavender-scented towel afterward. The whole team is fantastic. Iris, the office manager, walked me through my treatment plan and insurance in detail. Brenda, my dental assistant, was also super capable and kind. As soon as I left, I texted my husband saying Dr. Justin is the best dentist I've ever had and offers amazing amenities. When I got home, I told him he has to switch, and he joked, "Are you getting paid to say this?" Haha! Anyway, if you're looking for a dentist who's both skilled and compassionate, with an office that makes you feel totally at ease, go to Birch Dental and see Dr. Justin! read more

Heroic work from Iris and the team, as always. My employer-covered dental insurance is about to run out at the end of the month, and there's going to be a gap before my new employer's insurance kicks in. I would normally be fine waiting, except: 1. I realized I had a cavity, and 2. I might have to move for my job. I told Iris all of this on a Saturday, and she heroically fit me in immediately. She didn't have to, she did it because she knew my situation and Birch Dental has always cared about their patients first. I'm super grateful to them, and if I do have to move for work, they're going to be one of the things I miss the most! read more

There are dental practices and there are in my opinion top tier ones that I would recommend and Birch Dental is at the top of my list. After visiting Birch Dental I left happy and confident in the treatment plan discussed and to be executed. I have full confidence from the support and prep staff and Dr. Justin taking the time to explain my issue. I did not feel rushed or just another dollar sign. I felt genuinely cared for and they had my best interest in mind. This wasn't just another dental practice. I felt there was thought put in versus cramming in as much exam chairs and posters on a white wall. The front office was cozy and I definitely felt welcomed. What a relief and change from some of the dental mills I been to before. read more

Dr.Justin and his team deserve a 6-star review if it is available on Yelp. Deep cleaning for my teeth was not a comfortable memory for me when I did it somewhere else 6 years ago. But Dr.Justin made it a pleasant experience for me this time! His team provided a very comfortable environment and earmuffs for music, which helped me to relax during the operation. His 3D scanning helped me to clearly understand which tooth they are working on and which one I should pay more attention to in daily life. read more

I was looking for emergency care for wisdom teeth extraction near my university, and I had heard great things about Birch Dental. I decided to make an appointment and they were super accommodating to my busy schedule as a student. I've had bad experiences with dentists in the past, but Birch Dental and their staff are so kind, helpful, and professional; Much different than what I've become used to from other places. I genuinely trust them so much with my dental care because they're completely honest and fair. I was really nervous about the surgery but the procedure was really smooth. They let me listen to music I liked and even provided a squishy They checked in on me after the surgery even after business hours to make sure I was okay. Gave me a protein smoothie because I hadn't ate much... They go above and beyond. They are always booked and busy for good reason! However they are very flexible and understanding. After a negative experience with my previous dentist, I hopped on yelp to look for a new dentist office near my work place. I found Birch Dental and based on all the positive reviews, I decided to book an appointment. Booking an appointment was very easy and the front desk girls are super responsive. On the day of my appointment, I checked in and was given a tour of the office, which included a background on Dr. Justin's educational background. X-rays were taken, teeth cleaned, and a conversation with Dr. Justin regarding the overall health of my teeth. All my questions and concerns were answered, and I never felt rushed.
