This is a great little spot downtown! It was very cozy and they had relaxing live jazz music. It was a very laid-back atmosphere and had delicious cocktails!

Stopped in for the first time after having dinner in Camas. Cute bar with a cute little vibe. Dark inside and plenty of seats for a small bar. They also have outdoor seating. Drinks were good, but a little on the spendy side. We ordered 4 drinks total, all from the special cocktail menu. Service was okay... Very slow service for it not being busy at all. There were only 2 other people there when we got there. My husband went to order our second round of drinks and it took over 15 mins for them to be made. I think the gal making our drinks may have been new? She also took quite a bit of time to ring up my order.

Love the vibe of this place. Feels like a spot you'd find in the city. Great menu full of fun cocktails to try, I can't wait to go back to try more. Love music on Fridays and Saturdays is nice, too!

I absolutely adore this place. Drinks are good and they have an excellent variety. My go to when I am there is a Vodka Gimlet. I recommend going in the evening when it's darker outside, because you can really enjoy the ambiance of the lounge. It's dark and the music is soft. I love to look at the menu as they have the location and date that the drinks were first introduced. The bartenders are friendly and very nice! Drinks come quick and made very well.

Just when I wrote off this place because I made friends in other bars, it continues to surprise me. That Flaming Spanish Coffee had this sweet caramelized flavor that blew my mind. This is my new favorite. They have a new bartender, different from months before. That guy sucked! I ordered mixed nuts and i never received it. So, that costed Joe $8 easy. Cmon! And i would've ordered more had he not mess up my order. This guy, Alex, he's saucesome. Visit him on your Sunday night anxiety. I know i did.

When Dennis served it he commented that it was "real" or "classic" Irish Coffee, something to that affect.

All the 5-star reviews hit the mark. This is a place you might miss if you think an old school neon sign is evidence of a broken down place. WRONG! And their chef is talented AND personable as well. I enjoyed bantering with them, fun people!! Food was great! I had an Adams St. BLT with a side salad. The salad was not mixed greens thrown in a bowl, heck no! There was fresh mixed greens but they had company! Like cucumbers sliced bite sized which was genius. I'm stuck of having to gnaw off a huge round all the time. Roasted red peppers, shredded cheese, slices of red onion, excellent balsamic vinaigrette. Sandwich was tastyyyy! Thick slices of tomato, avocado, shredded lettuce (special!) some type of special aioli and crispy bacon. This was hearty!! Bread was dense and thick, toasted to perfection. Hubs had French dip plus bowl of clam chowder. I snagged a bite of his sammie -- tender beef, soft fresh bun and generous amount of au jus! He didn't run out! He said the clam chowder was tasty too. He orders it a lot so he would know. His pale ale was good too. (Okay, I did have a tiny sip!) Prices are reasonable on top of everything. Zero complaints from me! Come here if you just want to relax and enjoy classic pub grub done right. Sometimes that just hits the spot.

The color looked good on the tacos, but I received a 1/2 sized portion of halibut on each taco. Not a single large one like on the other pictures shown, it was a half portion of halibut for each taco. Roughly about 3 inches in length 2 inches in width for the fried halibut, which was stale and warm. The meat wasn't juicy in the taco either. After I finished my tacos, I saw the table across from us, had ordered a three-piece fish and chips, which was generously loaded with fries and full sized pieces of halibut on the plate, which looked amazing. It was my first time there, so I didn't know what the portion sizes for halibut tacos were supposed to be and it was my first time having halibut so I didn't know what to expect, went there at my friends recommendation. Normally, I check reviews before I go this time I didn't. So I checked on reviews today and saw the halibut fish tacos were supposed to be one large fillet for each taco, so I feel I missed out. I paid $25 for the equivalent of a two piece halibut meal, but only ended up with one piece of halibut on two tacos, which ended up being about $13 a taco, they weren't even that great. If you go, it would be a good idea to confirm with the weight staff if each taco is supposed to get one whole fillet or a half fillet. If it's a half fillet, maybe the Puffin café should adjust their prices accordingly for the tacos. Not a great experience. The place looked really nice and clean, the staff was friendly. Food value and quality not so much.
