Nice ambiance- great that we were able to see our friends band play... BUT the food was absolutely terrible. Everything was bland and just not worth eating. Kinda like Olive Garden which is basically the Mc Donalds of Italian food. With the prices they charge - the food should be higher quality and be like someone actually cared. Service was ok, but at the end of the day - you come back to a restaurant for great food first, then service, then ambiance.

They had a very comprehensive wine menu and a nice list of cocktails. I got an old-fashioned and the wife got a Coke zero and they were brought fast. I chose the regular old-fashioned over the smoked and it was fantastic; a little on the sweet side for my taste but still very good. We ordered the bang bang shrimp appetizer, and it came really quickly and was excellent. Wife ordered the ribeye with mixed vegetables and roasted potatoes. She said it was fantastic cooked just the way she liked it and at a reasonable price. I ordered a bowl of the lobster bisque and a side order of the brussels sprouts. The bisque was a little thin, but loaded with lobster and full flavored. Now the brussels sprouts were fantastic. Seasoned really well lots of bacon slightly crisp. I would go back there just for the brussels sprouts. I also ordered the focaccia bread and it was great for dipping in the lobster bisque. This is a nice little restaurant got a great neighborhood feel to it. We thought the service was fantastic and the food excellent. We will definitely be back to try some other things on the menu. I like supporting small family run businesses.

The BLT was disappointing, with too-thick bread and very little salmon (maybe 1/4" thick where present at all) and maybe two slices of bacon -- overall it was quite bland, dominated by bread. She described the fish tacos (grilled) as "perfectly adequate" but that the fish had an off flavor like it had been soaked in some preservative. We both thought that the fries were some of the best we'd had. We'll likely return to try it for dinner sometime. I'm curious to try some other dishes, plus there are cocktails to try.

You don't find places like 2 Ways Draught & Kitchen by accident. You have to want to eat and drink…read morewell enough to drive a little farther than is convenient--and that's already the first good sign. This isn't a shiny, soulless concept bar with Edison bulbs and a marketing team. It's a neighborhood joint that understands the fundamentals: cold beer, poured correctly; food that knows what it is; prices that don't insult you; and a staff that actually gives a damn. Let's talk beer first, because they clearly do. The draft list is deep and thoughtful--enough variety to satisfy the hop-chasers, the lager loyalists, and the folks who just want something cold and honest after a long day. And yes, they know how to pour a proper Guinness. Settle time. Correct head. No shortcuts. That alone tells you everything you need to know about their priorities. The menu doesn't try to reinvent the wheel or lecture you about provenance. It's bar food done with intention. The street tacos are the kind you order expecting "good enough" and end up wishing you'd ordered two more. Balanced, flavorful, no unnecessary nonsense. The fried cod special? Exactly what it should be--hot, crisp, flaky inside, and served without ego. Comfort food that respects the eater. Prices are fair. Refreshingly fair. The kind of prices that make you relax, order another round, maybe stay longer than planned. That's not an accident--it's hospitality. This is the kind of place that reminds you why local bars matter. Why it's worth skipping the chain down the road and driving a little further for something real. 2 Ways Draught & Kitchen isn't trying to be famous. It's just trying to be good. And that's why it is. Go thirsty. Go hungry. And don't rush it.

I circled around multiple times before parking illegally. It was a busy night but part of the problem is a section of the parking lot is valet only. For regular parking. I really hate when places do this. Two thumbs down for the parking set-up. Luckily, once I made my way inside, things got better. McIntyre's is a huge bar. They have a spacious patio but we sat inside. There are plenty of TVs which make it a great spot to watch sports. And they even have a mini food court! I didn't eat but I noticed that one of the two spots serves Mexican fare. My buddy had some loaded fries with al pastor that looked incredible. He said it was good. I stuck with some beers. You'll find your usual assortments of cocktails, beer, and wine here. It's a full bar. Another pet peeve of mine? Cops are the door. It just kind of kills the vibe a little bit when there's a police officer staring at people. Not that anyone was up to no good but it's kind of like drinking while your grandma is watching. Just a little awkward. McIntyre's is comparable to Little Woodrows in the area. They're both huge sports bars with spacious patios. With that being said, I think Little Woodrows offers the better overall experience.

We were also informed that they stop serving food at 9:30, so pretty much to order soon. Needless to say I was so disappointed and ready to leave. But it being so late, sucked it up. Came here for the sword fish that apparently they no longer serve as their menu had changed. After ordering, I did voice my concerns about the loud music and thankfully they changed it. I was able to enjoy my late night dinner with my husband. We ordered the Kataifi shrimp as an appetizer. They were medium sized served with a spicy tangy sauce. They were very delicious. For my main course I ordered the American red snapper which was also a unique dish as it was served on a corn husk with rice and beans. 3 whole crawfish, a corn and cold salsa verde sauce on the side of the dish. All was delicious except they should have served the salsa verde sauce warm instead of cold. It was still a delicious dish. My husband ordered the chicken fried steak which was also delicious. It was served with a side of green beans, puréed potatoes with a foie gras gravy. They have a descent drink menu. I ordered the Friendswood 75 which was a little too sweet for my liking and my husband ordered the Gin and tonic. They didn't have Sapphire so he opted for the Tanqueray.
