I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that.
