When I placed my order they did tell me ahead of time "We're not as quick as other places BUT we cut our meat the moment the order is placed and grill it with our prefixed seasonings.." It honestly did not take long. I waited about 6 mins tops. While I was waiting there was plenty of foot traffic with people picking up phone orders, and delivery orders. It was empty inside but it appears to have plenty of online ordering. The QUESO-Taco is my favorite! The tortilla is nice and crunchy and holds that crispy texture very well even after I dip it in the BIRRIA. I also noticed there was no brown discoloration on the cilantro which is a pet peeve of mine. Even my toppings were fresh. The asada tacos took me back to my travels down South. Have been here a few times now and have to admit, this place has some of the best birria in town. If you come here, you have to get the Quesatacos with some consume. They give you lemons and a green sauce that is killer. The place is a small hole in the wall but the staff is great and always there to answer your question. Caldo de Birria was fire! Meat was so soft, tender, and shreds as you take them out the stew. It came with corn tortilla, cilantro and onions, special sauces green and orange. So gooooood! My wife didn't like the carne asada tacos so much but I did. She said it need to be charred or cooked longer but that's because she likes her carne well done. Next time we will order and emphasize well-done. My daughter ordered the carne quesadilla but she didn't like the surprised onions. Usually, quesadilla comes plain from our experience.
