I hadn't been in a while and I was pleasantly surprised that their food is still very tasty. We ordered their popular asada nachos and the chips were super crunchy and fresh, the asada was tendered and their salsa options were great. The potato tacos was also crunchy, with a special sauce that we couldn't figure out what was so special. The caldo de res was a good portion with various veggies and a small side of rice, which was freshly cooked and super fluffy. The salsa bar has various options, there are rábanos and limes but no cucumbers which I prefer with tacos. The place was clean both indoors and outside which they now have seating on the side, in the area where they used to have the side window to order. read more

Dined in for the first time midday and loved it. The service was fast. I love that your food is made to order here. A hole in the wall mom and pop seems to be a go to place for may. A large menu of different mexican dishes form plates to tortas burritos. I chose the El Patron burrito 3 different meats in one burrito Asada, Carnitas and el pastor with onions and cilantro. Good size burrito very tasty, Got my with Carne Asada fries burrito she loved it You can see into the kitchen when your ordering look very clean. It is still covid compliant with a clear plastic glass separating the propriator from the customer. small dining area but also has outside seating. TV going in the ceiling area and aloso a monitoring screen with cameras active showing from outside to inside areas. I did have a issue the salsa bar. I always like their burritos. The soft carne asada tacos are horrible, but that's another story. I ordered a wet burrito with carnitas and green sauce. This is what I got. A carnitas burrito sprinkled with cheese and a half of a tablespoon of green sauce. Even cut it in half to see if maybe the "wet" was on the inside. Sadly, no. And also no crema or guac or onions and cilantro or even some pico on top. The burrito is good, but this is not a wet burrito by any means. It's the burrito, but with a sprinkling of cheese but in styrofoam instead of a paper wrap. Wtf?? Why did I pay extra? read more

Yay or Nay? 0/2 Been here a few times and it's been pretty inconsistent in my experience. Asada burrito is good sometimes, but other times I get pieces of chewy gristle. Chicken tacos were big and tasted okay but were served with guacamole by default. I personally like my tacos with just onions, cilantro and salsa but that was my fault for not asking beforehand. Chorizo tacos were okay, wouldn't reorder. Same with the milanesa torta. Breakfast burrito with ham wasn't good. Ham cubes are too big. My sister ordered a breakfast burrito without meat one time and it was better than mine somehow. Out of the 4-5 times I've been here I only enjoyed the food once. "Gotta pump those numbers up. Those are rookie numbers in this racket." Expense 0/1 Prices aren't too bad, but since they keep serving food inconsistently, I wouldn't say it has been worth it to me. I'd recommend eating here so if there is something wrong with your order you can at least have them try to make it again or get your money back. We made the mistake of taking the food to go most times and got stuck with whatever they gave us. Location 1/1 Plenty of parking, accept debit/credit cards, and staff is polite. Indoor and outdoor seating. No issues on that end. Plan to return? 1/1 Probably, but only because I don't have a lot of better options this close to my house. I wouldn't recommend going out of your way for this spot. read more

This place will always be nostalgic to me. My husband and I have been coming here for over a decade. We only order one thing, and one thing only from here .. THE SUPER FRIES. We always share it when we have that random once in a blue moon craving. Our specific order has to come with half asada and half pastor and no beans. The super fries naturally comes with queso, crema, and guacamole. I don't know what it is .. maybe it's just old memories in each bite, but it always hits! I can't really speak on any other menu item, but the fries. The fry always crispy and not soggy. We also always have all the salsas on the side. My husband is a drencher, but I'm a dipper. There's a few seats inside and there's also seating outside. But be mindful, the place isn't the cleanest when it comes to the seating inside and outside. Sit at your own risk. read more

The food here is extremely greasy. Now all fast food is, but it's ridiculous how greasy the food is. It shouldn't be dripping all over and be more wet than solid. I've tried their quesadillas and quesabirrias and it's disgustingly full of oil that isn't patted down and isn't drained properly. Looks like they just slapped all the wet dripping meat on an already soggy tortilla. It doesn't look very appetizing, and honestly gross. I recommend other cleaner places. This Albert's isn't known for its cleanliness. Looks the same as when it comes out. Please find other places, skip here. read more

The greatest place I either get a potato taco or veggie burrito or super fries with no meat on days I eat dairy. I get the green salsa and it's so yummy. Also the lady who works there is kinda rude and I usually leave if she's working, not gonna lie. But all the other staff is nice read more

The Super Fries and Super Fries burrito are for real life savers. So iconic to the franchise literally a staple. It may have gone up in price but you are given a godly amount of food still being a steal. Would definitely recommend for newcomers with a big appetite. read more

Great food and great portions! Enormous burritos, I got carnitas they were awesome! Fish tacos are solid and on sale Tuesday & Friday. I like less of the sauce and onions and put green salsa on them. Order of chips is grande. The takeout food situation overall is not good imo and that makes this place exceptional now! I will get pics soon. I've been going recent and it's great to find a solid place to eat! Service is good it is not a big operation but orders happen fast and portions are huge. Kinda small inside there is room outside to eat. read more

Let's just say this place is a hit or miss but the Albert Burrito is worth the gamble been coming here for 19 years and only had 2 bad experiences. Sure not the friendliest staff but no worse than the @ricks at every other fast food joint... keep in mind you're going into a hole in the wall read more

I've been here once and I can't wait to go back. I ordered an al pastor quesadilla a la carte and I loved it. It was stuffed with meat and the cheese was a good quality. The condiment bar was a nice surprise. I got some radishes, pickled jalapenos and red salsa to go. I wish that there was more seating inside. It's pretty cramped, especially with people waiting for their orders. I think they should have a take out window. They have a huge menu and the prices are good. read more

I give this place a 2 only because the food i good and the cooks I hope are good people. Please always ask for your receipt. Why?!? I came here tonight shit right now lol, been here before but my girl was the one driving. Ordered the food lady said 21 something, got to the window a dude was there. He said 21 something also, we gave him the card ( I was listening but a little) before he even swiped the card he said " receipt" my girl said no. And than he swiped the card. Well guess what popped on my phone?? My bank app! This foo charged us 29 something. We told him how much did he charge us he said 21 something, we said let's see the receipt, he said "don't you have it" (this motherfucker) . We were like we didn't want it, but here's the bank app charge. Did not say anything and gave us our 8 bucks cash. I don't know if it's just this foo thieving. Order two burritos and order of tacos. All the food was bland, cold, and chewy. Rice is rubbery and meat is scarce. If you're going to charge 6+ dollars for a carne asada burrito make it good at least. My burrito was so gross I had to stop eating it. I would've returned it if I could. Will not be returning here. read more

I love stopping here at night before going to the movies! Everything is consistently fresh and always very affordable. This is thee best place to get Chile Asados with your meal. You get four good size Chiles for only a dollar. That's s great deal! The Chiles are flawlessly salted as well. Another great feature about this joint is that the menu selection has tons of options. There's something for everyone. I really love the burritos here. I've enjoyed their bean and cheese, their carne asada, and my favorite, the "Crazy Breakfast Burrito". It has all the breakfast meats inside of it you can imagine, plus eggs, some cheese, and delicious perfectly seasoned potatoes. Got-Damn it's the bomb!!! Best part of all, they serve the breakfast burrito at any time of day. If you like breakfast burritos, you will not be disappointed with Albert's. Gracias por todo amigos!!! read more

The hostess handling patrons and customers was super sweet to work with and order from. She did an amazing job handling customers that came into the restaurant. The restaurant itself was quite packed, get there early to secure a seat or (see if you can) call ahead of time. The price for the burrito was more expensive than typical places which is why I'd rate it 4/5 stars, otherwise 5 star food!

This is the best Argentine restaurant in Los Angeles. Hands down. I have been here both for lunch and dinner. Portions are very large, I recommend you share plates. Since I am Argentinan, I am very particular about my beef. The food here is so authentically Argentinian that I nearly cried as I took a bite out of the papas fritas provencal. The empanadas should not be missed-perfect appetizer. The bife is sublime. The sandwich de lomito and choripan are amazing. The meats are just so succulent. For "fast food" this is some of the best Mexican food I have ever had. I was skeptical about getting Milanesa from here to be honest but it turned out to be the second best I have ever had. I have ordered this at many different "sit down" restaurants and most don't compare to this little place. The meat has a great flavor that has me wanting to visit more often than I should. I'm so disappointed with alberts on firestone. The cashier name Maria over charge my husband then gave him incorrect change back and i not talking about cents or a dollar but over $20 less. When he informed her she started talking smack in spanish about him which my husband is not a amazing Latin descent like my self so he didn't understand. But my daughter does so unlucky for Maria she said he's just trying to steal there money. So sad we have been going there for years but no more. read more

My family has been coming here for years but recently the customer service has been getting a little on the we don't care of u come back side. Half the time the debit card machine isn't working. You complain about something and they will argue with you. Now to top it off I don't know how safe it is with all these truckers on sight. It looks like a truck shop now. Container trailers and tractors parked all over the parking lot. I rather take my business elsewhere. read more
