My husband and I played it safe and went with Butter Chicken and Chicken Tikka Marsala with Garlic Naan and butter Naan bread. So flavor full my husband really enjoyed the Chicken Tikka Marsala. We will definitely be back and the only reason it was 4 stars instead of the 5 was because of the long wait we order our food in person at 847 and it wasn't ready until 9:30 so I highly recommend calling in your order before hand. read more

My aunt and I tried this place for the first time today. Although the place seems to cater toward take-out and door dash, the staff were very welcoming and provided us a table with menus and water. My aunt ordered the chicken tikka and I ordered the mutton masala, both complemented with garlic naan. Both dishes were flavorful with just the right amount of heat. First time at this restaurant, so I did not know what to expect The Indian lady at the counter helped me find a dish that was not too spicy. So she was helpful in that way, but the entire time I was there I never saw her crack a smile. She definitely could be more customer service oriented. On the other hand, the butter chicken was very tasty. It was not spicy at all, which was good for me. Folks who like spicy Indian food would probably be better off not ordering that dish, but for me it was great. The naan bread was also outstanding. One quirky thing-- the entire time I was there the outside door was cracked open. There was a strong breeze going through the restaurant during my meal. A few times the napkins or other items actually blew off my table. I guess this was in lieu of air conditioning, but honestly, it wasn't that hot so they could have left the door closed. That was a little annoying. They have a carafe of water right on your table, which is very considerate. Another unusual thing is that they give a 5% discount for cash. I haven't been to too many restaurants to do that. I don't know if this is good or bad. I absolutely love this place. The customer service is so so and I'm unsure about it. One time there was a hair in my rice, but they did bring me out fresh rice. I wasn't greeted anytime I went there or asked to take my order. I don't know ‍ but the food is absolutely amazing I can promise you that!!! Randomly stopped there to pick up some food. It is a small place near 680 exit. I ordered chili chicken and gobi Manchurian dry as an appetizer. They took almost 30 mins to prepare. Looks like it is new management & may be new staff. Both items were not dry. Chef told that that is what they give for appetizer as well as main dish. I ordered take out through yelp and it was an easy process. I was given an estimate time to come and pick up my order which was nice. I originally tried to call their number that was on yelp but for some reason neither number worked. I ordered the chicken tandoor which comes with one chicken breast, one chicken leg, and naan. When I finally arrived here I was not greeted by any of the employees. One employee who was in the front saw me but decided to take phone orders back to back which was really unprofessional of him. I just stood standing for 10 minutes. Instead of taking phone orders how about you learn to assist the actual customers who are right in front of you who also did a mobile order. Finally a staff from the kitchen served and gave me my order. My chicken tandoor was really good and I loved the fact it was spicy just how I like it. Clearly this place serves delicious food but it's the customers service that always brings back the customers. Tried the vijawada and hyderbadi biryanies. Vijawada biryani- Way too much coloring!. Its literally just coloring and absolutely no flavor. I couldn't taste any spices even though the red coloring gives it an illusion of spiciness. Hyderbadi biryani- Again no flavor and it was grey. And the smell was just "off". You can place the order direct or go through a delivery service. And as mentioned our order was: 1. Butter chicken (8 oz) - This had 3 decent size pieces of chicken. The sauce was creamy, mild, and a tad bit sweet. I wish it was a bit spicer. Be wary of the quantity! One order is enough for one person, but if you're looking for a tub of it for the fam, order more. 3. Garlic naan - you get two halves in one order. Don't plan on kissing anyone, as these were garlic'd up! 4. Butter naan - same quantity as garlic naan. This one was very bland and I did not taste any butter. 5. Samosa - You get two in one order. The pieces are huge and I loved the potato and pea mixture. It comes with mint chutney and tamarind chutney. I was definitely a fan of this. I came to pick it up and it wasn't busy. Unfortunately I did see some workers with masks down in the back which had me a bit concerned and hesitant to visit again in the future. Decent quantity for price of one Boneless Chicken Biriyani. It should server for 2 people when not so hungry, if you are very hungry then I think its good quantity for 1 person. Taste: Too much of white rice on the top, but decent quantity of chicken and masala, so I recommend to mix this Biriyani before serving to enjoy the full taste of this dish. We were immediately seated. Our server was very helpful. We needed some help finding good dishes for the kids. My hubby and I have a very high tolerance for spicy food. But not our kids. One of our favorite Indian dishes is Chicken Saag (herbed spinach puree with tender boneless chicken), so I was thrilled to see it offered at the newly-opened Biryani Bowl at the Dublin-San Ramon border. I ordered dinner takeout via the Yelp24 app. There's also a nice $5 off a $30 dinner order for cash purchases. The restaurant was super busy and pretty chaotic. There were lines of takeout order and barely any standing room. Good thing my order was ready! We ordered enough for leftovers: Chicken Dum Biryani - Bone-in chicken was soft and tender, and not dry. Rice was on the spicy side (4 stars) Chicken Saag - Excellent. Boneless chicken was also tender. Saag had some subtle spiciness. (5 stars) Dal Makhani - Considered a quintessential Indian comfort dish, this rich and hearty lentil-bean soup is great as an appetizer or as a main dish over rice. (4 stars) Buttered Naan - A bit on the soft side. Would be nicer if it was crispier. Oh well, naan is not always ideal for takeout. Good curry and cucumber yogurt dips (3 stars). Overall 4 stars - good value and nice variety of dishes. We were told someone would come and take our order but we waited 15 minutes and finally went up to have someone come by. This place seems to get a lot of to go orders so even though the restaurant seemed empty there were many people who were in and out picking up food. We had to wait almost another 30 minutes for our food that came out as it was ready. This made for an awkward experience as we received the curries but didn't get the biryani till 10 minutes later. All in all, wasn't the greatest service but I could tell our server was quite overwhelmed. In terms of food, the muttar paneer and fish curry were delicious. A bit smaller portion than we expected but flavors were on point. The chicken and mutton biryani were quite spicy than our liking.
