Ordered the wings and they tasted undercooked, ordered the pastrami burger and that had an odd taste as well. Fries were still frozen and onion rings were only partially cooked and some were burnt. I truly hate to be critical of this new restaurant however, food improvement is a definite must. 90% processed of what we ordered. The chicken breast is from a frozen...? Texture bad. GF bread fell apart. The potato salad is NOT homemade. Tea from a soda fountain. The spicy bbq beef was pre sliced brisket. I think the only fresh would be the ground chuck being taken to the kitchen from a quick shopping trip we noticed. We left 80% of our food. What a wonderful time at the Bisbee Badassery. Got into Bisbee later than planned and found this place and WILL go back. Actually tomorrow night, they have live music Saturday nights. I have celiac so didn't think I would be in luck but they had gluten free buns and great coleslaw. Highly recommend the Reuben. Husband had a Bisbee burger no cheese with a side of fries. He said they were nice and crispy and tasty. He left very happy. Kevin and Jana are hysterical and a treat. We sat at the bar, it is awesome. They are very kind people. We hit them before closing and they were still the nicest. So we closed them down which allowed the photos of the place. read more

We found this gem in Bisbee while heading to another bar to watch a football game. I saw they had the game on and had open seats at the bar. We came in for drinks. I'm so glad we did. The owners are very friendly and accommodating. They have their motorcycle memorabilia on display throughout the tiny bar. We didn't get food but it looked amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. Hubby had a BLT and potato salad. I've said before he's picky. He thought it was perfect. I had a Reuben and Side salad and it's the best side salad I've had since I left home. I could only eat half of the Reuben because I was so full, but it was delicious. it looks like a true biker bar. The inside had only four tables and a very small bar, but there were several tables outside that we're very quaint and the weather is supposedly beautiful there all the time. And it was beautiful today. So the ambience was different so different but we enjoyed it a lot. The service was excellent. You could see them cook your meals right there in the small galley. It was attached to a very small gift shop that sold 13 flavors of nice ice cream but we were too full so didn't try anything. This place is nestled in the mountains of Arizona in a little town called Bisbee and it reminded me of Greece. The homes were built into hills. It was very unique and we are so glad we stopped here. I talked to the owner and he had only been open 4 1/2 months he came from Utah and this was his dream. He bought a sandwich shop and turned this into a biker grill We loved it. It was so unique. We couldn't find anything wrong so I'm giving it a five star. read more

Quaint little place that I found after taking the "stairway to heaven" a few steps away on Tombstone Cyn. Clean restroom, smiling staff and great service. I had the grilled turkey & swiss sandwich with fresh multigrain bread and fries. My server was friendly, debonair and attentive. The patio was relaxing. The owner is waiting for a wine and beer license but since I was driving, this was a non-issue. I would definitely return again! read more

Amazing lil hidden gem! We arrived in Bisbee on a weekday so many places were not open. But we received 2 recommendations for Bisbee Badassery & I am so glad we gave it a whirl. The service was impeccable & the food - outstanding! Simple burger that was not simply prepared. Instead it was a pseudo gourmet burger in an unassuming location. The burger was cooked to perfection, the ingredients were fresh & the fries crispy & well seasoned. But let's chat about the pickles. A good pickle can make or break an experience. If it has bad flavor or spices or if it is limp - meh. Not Badassery. Their pickles rule! Perfect marriage of snap & tang without the full pucker effect. Wow, there are some cruel people here. So Janna and Kevin's restaurant opened a few months ago & of course there will be growing pains. It's a quaint small place with a fun outside patio. The patio could use some shade but off to the left is a cave area where two 4tops can also eat. This is where we ate. My daughter had the vegetarian "chicken" and really enjoyed it. They used to have steak fries but changed to shoestrings. My wife's a fry fanatic and really enjoyed them. The lady next to our table is a regular who said the garlic burger is amazing. At the last moment I decided to grab the reuben that was a newer menu item. It was so good!!! I really enjoyed my sandwich. Janna was super nice. They have a small shop with ice cream and sundries off to the side. We partook of that on our way out. Try this place. It was really good. They are new, so of course some things won't work but many will! Oh and the only complaint I have is they didn't have unsweetened ice tea. (They had sweetened raspberry tea.) My husband and I ride our Harley here on the weekends. Such a great place, owners are super sweet, down to earth, all around good people. The staff are always friendly and welcoming. The food is mouthwatering delicious. I get the Ruben sandwich and my husband gets the western burger. They make a mean spicy Bloody Mary!! I wanted to like this place because it was great before the new owners took over and re-themed it with motorcycles. Now, it's awful. Seriously they need to re-think this, starting with the food. Our chicken sandwich was like rubber. We returned it and got the plant-based version instead.... It was better but over cooked and awful. The outdoor seating was great, and the heaters took care of the even chill. We had adult beverages and dinner, which was fantastic and served quickly. if i could give more then 5 stars, i would. the restaurant was recommended by someone working at the redbone vintage shop in Bisbee. she knew what she was talking about for sure. we were not disappointed. the service was excellent, the food delicious & the atmosphere was "fun". we sat outside where there are misters & enjoyed our meal. my friend & i had sandwiches which were packed to the brim with lots of food. we couldn't finish it but brought it back to our hotel for later. love their logo & all the posters/stuff they decorated the place with. love looking at all the stickers on the bathroom door. I have a (very) long history of eating Reuben sandwiches, and it ranked up there with the best I have eaten in Boston and New York. And the tater tots took me back to the best days of my childhood.
