In the mood for breakfast so I walked over here to have a chicken steak biscuit and gravy biscuit while having my daughter's car service in the nearby Firestone. Everything I ordered was very reasonably priced and excellent, the staff friendly and lots of seating in dine in area. I happen to hear what sounded like banjo music playing which I thought was on the over head speakers, but realized after the folks in front of me left, that their was an gentleman playing an interesting one string instrument. When I was leaving, I stopped to compliment him and asked him about them. His name was Larry and apparently he makes them. Since I am from Las Vegas NV, We chatted about his time he spent up in northern NV near Reno and Lake Tahoe. Overall, not only did I have a great experience but I got to chat with Larry and had a great visit with him (if you are interested in his instruments, message me by Yelp and I will send you his contact number - about $40).

It's the best biscuit sandwich I've ever had. Spicy chicken with honey is a great combo.

This morning I had my last visit at this Biscuitville location. Once again, I ordered grits with no butter. I nicely asked the woman taking my order in the drive-thru to please make sure there's no butter on my grits. She laughed and said no problem. We were handed our bag of food, and my boyfriend asked for ketchup, and a handful was thrown into the bag. We parked our car to eat our breakfast, and my boyfriend noticed a gross, sticky, yellow substance all over the ketchup packets. It was DISGUSTING. We ordered the grilled chicken English muffin sandwiches, and both of them were lukewarm, and the cheese wasn't melted. I grabbed my grits and guess what, they were drenched in butter. I could've called and complained and asked for a refund or for them to remake our order, but I've done that so many times at this location, I was just done. The management and the employees here do not care.

Be prepared to wait, luckily the line moves fast. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese biscuit and a hash brown, it was average breakfast fast food. This was my first visit to a Biscuitville location and I thought that I would have been more of a fan than I was.

Spotless clean. Friendly staff. Open promptly, with biscuits already cooking. Many regulars, and good community.

Biscuit seemed stale, cheese was cold, sausage so-so. Coffee was full of grounds. Never had issues like this at other Biscuitvilles.

Parking can be anxiety-inducing. I grabbed a spot just as someone pulled out of it. Many times have I driven past Eggs Up due to the line of waiting potentials. I don't wait for anything if I can help it. It was still packed on a Friday morning, but I nabbed a counter seat. Hash Benedict and fancy donuts. Well, well, look at me eating fancy donuts over here! La-di-da, Your Majesty. The donuts were light - softly crunchy, if that makes any sense. I learned quickly that using my hands was a messy mistake. Fancy donut eaters like me can't be licking their fingers in a restaurant. Use a knife and fork. Man oh man. The eggs were so fluffy. The hash was absolutely delicious. And the hash browns were fine. Nothing to crab about. Any cons here? Well yes, it took 25 minutes to get my order delivered. To their credit, they said they'd messed up my eggs and did them over. However, it was obvious my browns were the originals because while the eggs came out hot, the potatoes were lukewarm, if that. Yes, I could've said something but that would've made my wait even longer. I know they're super popular and waiting is a thing there. But, like I said, I hate waiting for things. Anyway, the workers all seemed like beautiful people. It was quite clean in there, and passing the time with the kind regular sitting next to me was a pleasure. I'm in no hurry to return. I was there using a Christmas gift card. It's a fine place with good food. It's just too popular for my taste. Don't let that keep you away. 4.3.

However we were traveling & ordered a To Go order. Coffee was decent. Egg sandwiches ( mine on a waffle) were very good; However one of their items was amazing. I knew we had to try and it did not disappoint.... The Croissant-Style Donuts: House-made croissant-style donuts, served hot with powdered sugar and a caramel drizzle. These were amazing even without the caramel. I think there was a stuffing in the middle. I'll go back to Dine In when I'm back to this town or see another store somewhere else.

The goat cheese is a nice touch. But today is my birthday, so I ordered the ribeye sandwich. It's the best. It's like a Philly Cheesesteak, but instead they use red peppers and American cheese. I am from Wisconsin and though it is sacrilegious to boast about American cheese, I'm telling you it's the best switch up steak sandwich I've ever eaten. I'm never eating another Philly cheesesteak AGAIN. And if I ever cook a steak sandwich at home, I'll try and copy the recipe from the Mason Jar. Many thanks for a delicious #41. My daughter got the same sandwich and said it was good so that's what I got. My grandson got a chicken panini and said it was ok but came home with most of it, which tells me he didn't like it much. The sandwich I got had a good amount of chicken but it had no seasoning at all. Very bland. The succotash was undercooked and I didn't eat much of it at all. Fries were terrible but I drowned them with ketchup to eat a few. I later found out my daughter added hot sauce to her sandwich so that's why she liked it. She said her succotash was good. I will keep trying until I find my go to at this location.
