The sweet tea is always great too. The noise level is a little louder than it needs to be due to the volume of the tv. In the mood for breakfast so I walked over here to have a chicken steak biscuit and gravy biscuit while having my daughter's car service in the nearby Firestone. Everything I ordered was very reasonably priced and excellent, the staff friendly and lots of seating in dine in area. I happen to hear what sounded like banjo music playing which I thought was on the over head speakers, but realized after the folks in front of me left, that their was an gentleman playing an interesting one string instrument. When I was leaving, I stopped to compliment him and asked him about them. His name was Larry and apparently he makes them. Since I am from Las Vegas NV, We chatted about his time he spent up in northern NV near Reno and Lake Tahoe. Forever in our hearts Biscuit the chicken!! The only reason I used to come here was to feed the chicken in the parking lot, appropriately named Biscuit. I would order an extra plain biscuit and toss it out the window to her anytime I came through and watch her peck away at it in pure bliss only seen in the excitement of small children. In fact a lot of people did this which is why Biscuit was a bit on the portly side. The rumors say that the manager hated the chicken and put up an ad on Nextdoor and someone came to EAT her! I've often thought about getting some Guinea hens and dropping them off here for people to feed. Ain't nobody catching a guinea hen but they dumb, they might run out into traffic and off themselves but that's more likely to happen then someone catching one to eat it. The biscuits here a big and baked inside. The eggs are actually real eggs. Bacon is pretty average for breakfast places. Besides the bacon, egg and cheese biscuit my other favorite is the spicy chicken and honey biscuit...I would never order this one though when Biscuit was alive, poor baby. I'm a Biscuitville stan - well, less so after the prior few engagements with them produced less than stellar biscuits. I am pleased to report that this 'ville has restored my faith. The flavor was restored in every bite. A nice serving of hot honey chicken - okay, wasn't really hot to me - served quickly and to the perfect temperature. I got an extra pimento biscuit, and the front staff was a great help to let me know how best to get my cheese (instead of just this big ol' dip on the side). Excellent food, excellent service, all around a great place - and only three cars in the drive-up queue?! That's a new low! So they must be doing things right here. This morning I had my last visit at this Biscuitville location. Once again, I ordered grits with no butter. I nicely asked the woman taking my order in the drive-thru to please make sure there's no butter on my grits. She laughed and said no problem. We were handed our bag of food, and my boyfriend asked for ketchup, and a handful was thrown into the bag. We parked our car to eat our breakfast, and my boyfriend noticed a gross, sticky, yellow substance all over the ketchup packets. It was DISGUSTING. We ordered the grilled chicken English muffin sandwiches, and both of them were lukewarm, and the cheese wasn't melted. I grabbed my grits and guess what, they were drenched in butter. I could've called and complained and asked for a refund or for them to remake our order, but I've done that so many times at this location, I was just done. I enjoyed a fast food southern menu. I had the biscuits and gravy and a chicken biscuit sandwich. The biscuits and gravy was good. Gravy was a little heavy on the salt and the biscuit was kinda small and not homemade. The biscuit in the gravy seemed smaller and different than the biscuit with the chicken sandwich. First visit. They aren't prevalent in this area, and have 6am-2pm hours. I'm not a biscuit person, per se, but heard great comments about them. I enjoyed the sausage biscuit with gravy. We ordered a #1 combo, bacon,egg and cheese biscuit with a side of grits and orange juice. Also, a #2 combo, sausage and egg biscuit with a side of grits and orange juice. See pictures below of the side grits. They were less than half full. This is the second time in a row where half of the grits are missing. This food isn't cheap and I expect the grits to be full. Like they have been in the past. Last time we came I ordered the above meal, bacon egg and cheese biscuit combo and I got a sausage biscuit instead. I don't know how they mess that up. This particular Biscuitville has the best customer service for a fast food chain that I have witnessed - from the sweet lady taking my order, to the 2 gentleman who took my payment and gave me my food today. The gentleman who took my payment asked me how I was doing on this lovely Sunday and wished me a good day and work week and then the other young gentleman who gave me my food was very polite, genuine, and just sweet. My father and I dined in 8/3/2022. The dining area and kitchen were very clean. The associates were friendly and professional. The decor of Fuquay in the 1890s was fascinating. They proudly display the local cities their ingredients come from. I enjoyed my traditional sausage/gravy biscuit. My first time at any Biscuitville and it was a great experience. I got the sausage egg and cheese biscuit and the oatmeal. I got brown sugar with the oatmeal, which made it edible (I'm not a fan of oatmeal, I only got it to help fill me up). The biscuit however was very good. I had eaten the oatmeal first and when I opened the biscuit right after I finished, the egg and cheese was straight up cold, while the sausage was lukewarm. I went to the front and talked to David to ask if it could be reheated. I figured the answer would be no, but wanted to ask anyway because I was really looking forward to eating it! Although the answer was no, David had them remake the sandwich for me fresh yway. He could have just sent me on my way, which may have led to me not going back again, but instead made the whole thing a positive experience. I was in no way expecting him to do that for me, but I was able to enjoy a fresh biscuit rather than having to go home and reheat it. That's the kind of service you don't get many places, especially because it's in no way necessary. My only complaint is that even on the fresh one, the cheese was cold, but that's to be expected at a fast food place! Thank you David for your outstanding service. I'm going to be fair and give it two stars because I usually like this Biscuitville. Today we waited in the drive-through and got two meals. The first meal we got bacon sausage and cheese biscuit. The second we got bacon sausage and cheese with extra cheese. We received a bacon egg and cheese biscuit which we do not eat egg. We also received a sausage and cheese biscuit with no bacon and no extra cheese. I also ordered a lemonade and a orange juice. Heard nothing but awesome things about this place from my colleague, so I decided to try it out and I am so glad that I did! I ended up going inside and checking out their menu. I love that they have a healthy entrée section, so if you are eating healthier you still have options. Also, many of their ingredients are locally sourced from NC, SC, or VA. I ended up ordering their turkey sausage, egg, and cheese biscuit with a side of grits. The biscuit was just the right size and was not too greasy and full of flavor. The grits were a little stiff and had a coat of grease/butter on the top, but once I mixed it up that made it a little better. Its been a while since i have visited Biscuitville. I went through drive thru. Speed of service was really great. From ordering to getting food was less than five minutes. I could easily hear the order taker. Which is nice. The order was correct. And everything was hot. The chicken biscuits we very dry. Along with i know this will sound crazy but the biscuits tasted like flour. What happened to the buttermilk, butter on top of the biscuit? The thing that really got me was the tinted black pick up window. What are you hiding? This is the first time i have ever scene tinted black windows at a drive thru window! I was in the fast food and restaurant business for almost 20 years. With the consumer so intelligent you have to be transparent with everything. The food is ok. However, the last few occasions, my orders have been messed up. This location consistently charges me for items to end up not receiving them whenever I get my order. I'm a regular at this location and normally the food is ok but we must remember fast food is just that, fast food! Today I ordered a pancake platter, what i received after i got home was a biscuit instead of pancakes. Frustrated at this point because i should have looked at my order before i pulled off. Go back, order corrected but the pancakes were dry around the edges, you can easily tell they had been sitting under the heat lamp, not to mention how thin they were. This place is a solid breakfast place. It's counter service, but the coffee is always hot, the tables are typically clean, and the staff are friendly (although perhaps a bit overworked). Breakfast options in Fuquay are limited at best! Our favorite local joint, Jus' Enuff had a line out the door (typical there on Saturday and Sunday mornings), Campbell's Diner is closed on Sundays, and the Bojangles in Fuquay is always insanely crowded on weekend mornings. So we decided on Biscuitville...I've always had good experiences at the Cary location and this visit was just as good, if not better. Everyone working was super friendly and it was nice to be greeted with so many smiles on a busy Sunday morning. My biscuit was good (was it Bojangles good? no) but the fries they serve here just as good as Bojangles fries and they use a similar seasoning. Also, they offer breakfast platters if you want more than a just a biscuit (pancakes, grits,eggs, etc)- & it's really clean inside--double bonus!! read more
