Decided to have breakfast here once again. The service is exceptional and friendly. They get alittle busy on weekends foe breakfast so expect to wait 30-45 minutes. We noticed after about 1030am a lot of tables open up. The breakfast items we ordered were all good except they all came out a bit on the cooler side probably because they wait until everything is ready to bring out the order. Also, the toast was a little on the over cooked side foe our taste. Overall, menu selection is good, but prices are a little mire than I expected. Overall, we had a good experience.

Entering the restaurant, I found it warm and inviting. Great friendly staff and atmosphere. Clean restrooms, clean over all. My waitress was Kali H. She was fantastic. She's very attentive. She has a great sense of humor, doesn't mind cutting a joke with you. When I return, I would ask for her. She has been with this restaurant for eight years. It's something to be said about this location. For a waitress or their I waitstaff be here more than just six months or a year. She talks highly of the ownership group as well. ( no I do not know her ). Food was served hot and delicious. Atmosphere. 8 out of 10 Quality taste of food 9 out of 10 Service friendliness of staff 9 out of 10. Highly recommend this restaurant I will be returning.

I visited at this location for the first time for breakfast. It's located in a strip mall just off the Main Street in Fuquay. The parking is not the greatest but I did find a spot on the side of the building. This location is smaller than the Holly Springs location I usually go to, maybe that's the reason it seemed really loud noise wise. They were full when I arrived at 9:10 so instead of waiting I sat at the bar which had only one person seated. A man took my drink order , then sweet waitress came and took my order. The wait for my food was longer than I expected. Guess I am spoiled by the other location. I had the classic with scrambled eggs, bacon, grits and a biscuit. Eggs were just ok, bacon was not warm and very "floppy" , grits were just ok and " biscuit looked more like a flat English muffin, but it tasted ok with honey poured over it. Tea was good and I didn't have to ask for a refill. I will return to the location in Holly Springs .

If you're starving and fortunate enough to walk right past the 40-minute wait line on a rainy Saturday morning, and immediately snag two seats at the bar like the hubs and I did-- you're doing something great! Eggs Up Grill is delicious and the corned beef hash is not to be missed. It's a local favorite and totally worth every bit of the hype it gets. Truly, it's small breakfast diner greatness, and the servers are noticeably kind as well. I'm thankful for their bar service, their amazingly buttery soft biscuits, and the fast and friendly service. "I like it, I love it, I want some more of it!"

Food was great and plenty. Our waitress was amazing and very helpful. The over ambiance was diner like, quick in and out and amazing food. While in Fuquay-Varina, NC, definitely a spot to visit.

I ordered breakfast at Eggs Up Grill. Not sure on the ambiance of the restaurant because I ordered for delivery. But the food was packaged well accompanied by utensils and condiments. I ordered the classic which consisted of eggs, home fries, your choice of meat and toast. I requested my eggs scrambled with American cheese, cheddar cheese on my home fries, sausage and white toast. I also ordered a orange juice for my beverage. Loved that the toast was buttered and wrapped so perfectly. The eggs and home fries lacked seasoning. I appreciated the care put in to packaging the food but the taste was subpar at best.

Ask the Community - Eggs Up Grill

Yelp says it has vegan options. However all I'm seeing are home fries and grits. Are those the only vegan options?

Hi Shannon, We have some vegetarian options but not vegan. I apologize for the mistake on our yelp listing - I just sent in a request to have that removed from the yelp page. Best regards, Rob (owner)

So while I was around, I decided to look for it and we found it. It looks big on the outside and when you go in the left side, your gaze will lock into this spot to your right and it will suddenly transport you to an Italian villa to park yourself on the couch. I wanted to do this but our eyes caught more, the walls, the other cozy table and chairs, the bar like set up to get your coffee, tea, refreshers, or simply eat there. Along the wall by the cashier, they offer to go treats, dark chocolate bars, beef jerky's, cheese bites, high end chips... the pastry display will soon be packed with other goodies that they get delivered. Right now, they have muffins, lemon bars. I also saw a deli meat since they will be serving charcuterie too. By the back door to the patio, they sell bottled drink of all sorts, some I've never seen. We bought a refresher and a chocolate bar that I thought were delicious. The chocolate is of high quality and will bring you satisfaction. The wine area, located to the right side can be closed off for private events or other events. They will offer wine tasting, bottle that you can purchase whether cold or room temp. Once the area is fully finished and stocked, this will be a beautiful spot. The bathrooms are gorgeous and spacious. You will need to check it out for yourself. Lastly, the owners are so nice. I've never met them before but she is the warmest being. She gave us a tour, explained to us how they operate and that soon she will be posting events located above the building where you can enter at the door with an awning 2a. Also, soon, if you are seating outside in the back, you can tap at the small window to order a drink. How convenient is that? Right now, please be patient as they still work out all the kinks to perfect their spot. It is a nice place to go while we wait for our children doing sports near by.

It should be noted that "All items can be made gluten free". This place checked off our "boxes". My first observation after being seated, was their coffee machine; it's Lavazza coffee!!!! One of the best Italian coffees you'll find; that's all my family buys. The owner Larry, stated "people say there's 2 absolute favorites that people come back for, the coffee and............the bacon". We agree that not only is the coffee an obvious winner, but the bacon.....OHHHHH THEEeee Bacon!!!! I've recently completed cancer treatments, which has caused me to struggle with food, and found that my tastebuds are quick to alert me to high salts, nitrites/nitrates, msg, basically chemicals. Well, Famous Toastery was my very first breakfast out (2nd meal) in over 7 months and not 1 time did i put the bacon down; or anything for that matter. Nice hearty, meaty, non sizzle on your tounge bacon!! Due to my condition, i didn't "eggspect" to find much on the menu that i'd be able to enjoy but, once i saw the all time classic breakfast it was game on. The "First Responder", comes with 3 scrammbled eggs with cheddar, served with bacon and sausage. You can request "egg whites" for $1. Each item under the "Eggs" list come with your choice of breakfast potatoes, grits, or fruit, and a choice of toast. Along with this, i ordered the "Famous French Toast", which is 3 slices of Texas toast ligjtly dusted with powdered sugar. Ok, you ready for the syrup!?!? Real.....Maple.....Syrup. No high fructose sludge!!! Lastly, the orange juice. Ladies & Gentlemen, Famous Toastery squeezes their OJ, fresh to order! C'mon, How can you not start to love this place already? Secondly, we ordered the Meditteranean Quesadilla, which was on the specials menu. Wow, that was a delicious choice. Scrammbled eggs, feta, pepper jack, cheddar, spinach, onions, and roasted peppers inside a grilled tortilla, with a side of salsa and sour cream. This is not a flimsy, thin quesadilla. It's also not too thick, but it was juuuuust right. If you're not in the mood for breakfast, they also have sandwiches and wraps. While talking with Larry, i mentioned seeing they have a "Reuben" on the menu. Well, Larry peaked my interest by stating "they cook their corn beef DAILY...... in house!!!!!!!! Omg yesssssssss!! Also offered as a substitue, if you're not a corn beefer, is roasted turkey! I could keep going but, you've read enough if you got this far . Now, take your hungry appetite on down to Famous Toastery, in Fuquay-Varina, and get your grub on! They are located in the same shopping center as Kohls, so no worries on parking as they have plenty!!
