We stopped by here on a road trip & I was not disappointed! Our server was Jersey and she was so sweet and provided us with excellent service. The food was good, only issue I had was the undercooked bacon. Our waffles were delicious, along with our sides. This is a great Waffle House location!

Breakfast! The most important meal of the day, even if you're having it at noon. My wife and I stopped in after our dental visit. All Star, over medium with city ham and hash browns. She loves the waffle, I want the eggs and ham. Super simple and our waitress got it all right and kept my wife's coffee cup filled. A bit loud in the restaurant this time of day with some folks who don't understand how to behave in public. But that's going to happen when the food is cheap and greasy. We'll be back. I finally crossed the Waffle House off my bucket list. I was able to experience it after midnight which holds a special place in my heart. I've always wanted to visit since watching the Atlanta natives R&B group 112 filmed their "Its Over Now" music video in front of the restaurant. Back in 2003-2005 after the night club in the south, you'd go right to the Waffle House to avoid the slump of a hangover. While visiting Uptown we headed over to the popular diner Midnight Diner and discovered the line was wrapped around the corner. If you know me, you know I love Waffles!!!!!! Luckily my BFF suggested Waffle House. There were a few customers dining and we found a table near the side. Our waitress was Tee who was kind and provided southern hospitality. My BFF decided on the All Star Plate with Pecan Waffles. The All Star comes with a choice of meat, eggs your way, grits and toast. Our food was cooked with love. The Pecan waffle is life changing ! Tee shared the process off cooking them. The pecans must caramelize in order to make a amazing waffle. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the bacon was the leanest I've had ! Make sure you stop by while in Charlotte!

The blueberry waffle is back and it's delish!!! I ordered the All Star breakfast and shared it with my mom. We got half bacon half sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese, smother covered and chunked hashbrowns and the blueberry waffle. The scrambled eggs were my favorite fro the meal. The hashbrowns could have been fried more as well as the sautéed onions. I actually ordered a triple order and could have just stayed with the single order. We ordered too much food. Service was great. Our server was very attentive. The cooks overcooked our waffle. Our server had them make a new one and offered us the other one also. I will be back. I haven't had Waffle House in awhile, so I decided to eat here. It was late, so it was the perfect time for some greasy food. This location is new and was extremely cleaned when I walked in. I saw about 2-3 tables occupied and 3 people were waiting for their food. I ordered ahead so it can be ready when I got there. However, it wasn't, which isn't a big deal but the waitress seemed overwhelmed. It was about 4-5 ppl working. 2 were waitresses. There was one who appeared overwhelmed. The people before me were waiting awhile and it seemed that her shorthand writing was correct for the cook to make the food properly. When it was time for me to pay, she didn't acknowledge me, instead she acknowledged the man sitting down. The other waitress had to correct her. When she did acknowledge me, she just told me my total, without confirming what I ordered. I had to ask her what I ordered to make sure she wouldn't overcharge me. I would return, but hopefully there's more training

Highly impressed with the cleanliness and service. Waffle House has really stepped up their game with this crew.

Waffle House restaurants usually have that stigma of having good food but mediocre service and restaurant conditions. This location however, is not the case! This is easily the best Waffle House I've ever been to. It ran like a well oiled machine. All of the servers were so friendly, the restaurant was extremely clean, and the food was great! When we walked in we were immediately able to get a seat and our server LaQuita instantly greeted us and took our drink orders. She was fast and attentive and made us feel welcomed. I ordered the pecan waffle and a side of eggs and my guests both ordered all star meals. The food came out in a timely manner, everything was warm and all of our orders were correct. You can tell everyone that was working genuinely wanted you to enjoy your visit. Waffle House wasn't my first choice in the past but I'll certainly be back to this one!

This Waffle House is relatively new. It's well kept and maintained. It was clean and the workers were great. We came on a Thursday afternoon. Laquita as our waiter, she was attentive and made sure our order was done right. The food came out quickly, my only "growth" here was to leave the waffles in for a bit longer, ours were pretty soggy. But other than that our food was delicious.

Minimal effort with a fork and knife. If they got rid of the slaw, and put it on some mash potatoes or what all the hipster places do, putting it on 'bao' that would absolutely make it. Prices are on par with the neighboring area. However being from Hawaii, I'm shocked that the prices here and the other places in the area are equal to, or higher than Hawaii. Would recommend.

When you set your phone down and it sticks like it's trying to establish residency, it might be time for a wire brush, a little sandpaper, and whatever industrial-strength cleaner is hiding in the back room. A damp rag has done all it can do. Still, good service and good cocktails have a way of making a fellow forgive a sticky situation. We'd happily stop back... though next time I might bring a putty knife to retrieve my phone.

Neither my friend or I have the capability to use it, and frankly we shouldn't have to. I'd like to look at my options in-hand. Instead, the waitress literally had to verbally tell us every single item the restaurant had since there were no menus. I'm taking a star off for this ridiculous inconvenience. The only reason I'm giving 4 Stars is because of the quality and price of the food. The music was loud and annoying for dinner. We could not hear the waitress and we had difficulty having a conversation. Perhaps these reasons are why there is barely anyone in the restaurant despite the food and drinks being excellent. Honestly, the menus and music would make me think twice about returning and has likely affected others the same way as well. It's a shame, because this restaurant has so much potential. On Wednesday they have a $30 special for a 12oz ribeye or salmon, 2 sides, and a cocktail for $30. The cocktails were beautiful and excellent. I got the ribeye, mashed potatoes, and asparagus. The ribeye was tender. However, I asked for horseradish cream sauce or chimichurri for the steak, but they didn't have either one, which is odd if they serve steaks. The mashed potatoes were seasoned to perfection and cheesy. The asparagus were cooked thoroughly and perfect. (Not the silly al dente found at some restaurants). I'll definitely come back again on a Wednesday and bring my husband (who also doesn't use barcode thingies). We live 1 mile away and would love to make this a regular spot. Can you PLEASE have some REAL MENUS ready and turn down the music ?!?!?!
