I park there, no signage stating we could not, and others who had parked have had no issue. Came outside car was gone and, I panicked. So new to town I called the wrong PD, then the correct PD to find out D & L grabbed it. 267 to get it back. When I tried to explain the situation to whomever answered the phone after hours and ask for an owner to discuss the pricing was shut down and he began to act like he was God. Things very quickly went left as I had prescription medication in the car and my son is in the hospital with the driver then refusing to release my vehicle until the next morning, because he didn't "like my attitude". I hope Karma finds him, and FAST. After reading the reviews online and speaking with the police department DMV will be contacted BBB will be contacted and social media posts will be going up. Avoid at all costs!!!

Everyone from Angela on the phone to Anthony and a very nice woman at the front desk, all were very reassuring that things would be ok. Anthony helped me to contact Honda to reset my radio and drove me to the car rental. Angela set the appointment and answered all my questions. The young woman at the front desk was very reassuring and made the car accident experience oddly pleasant. I had my car back in 5 days. Hopefully I won't need them again but if I do I will not hesitate to pick R&M for car repair.

As background, a friend left her…read moreToyota Highlander at my house while she went to visit friends and relatives in GA and NC for three weeks. I am also only a few miles from BDL airport, where she flew out of. Her vehicle wouldn't start this morning. I tried jumping it to no avail. Called AAA, and "Josh" showed up about 45 mins later. He was able to start it w a battery pack, and diagnosed the battery (needs replacement) and electrical system. Very professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. 5-stars
