Furthermore, people who know REAL Philly cheesesteaks know that the sandwich comes on one...and only one...roll, and it's from the Amoroso Baking Company. Not only were the staff friendly and welcoming as always, but we received our food quickly. Not only that but it was hot and crispy (just the way i like). Nasty, wet stuff all over the floor. Cardboard and trash all over the kitchen floor and counter near the register. I ordered a Chipotle Chicken wrap. The grill had burnt food which was seared to the grill surface. It was not scraped off prior to placing my order on the grill. My tortilla was then placed on top of burnt bits which were then transported to the outside of my wrap. The wrap consisted of very little chicken and onions, I would equate the size of the wrap to that of one from the Taco Bell value menu. Service is also lazy and slow. These location needs new management.
