The food was good but if you aren't the really (and I mean really) saucy type then be sure and ask for lightly sauced on your wings. I got the buffalo and they were swimming in sauce. I had to take napkins and get the extra sauce off just to eat them. For me it was too much, but that was just my opinion. It doesn't make them bad. They were crispy and delicious once I got that under control. No need to take a star off since that was my own personal preference. The fries and everything were really good. I've had plenty of chicken wings in the killeen area, and these were by far the worst. I gave this place three chances, thinking maybe I just went at the wrong time. This last time I finally became fed up and felt that I had to warn people who may even think about getting wings from here. Price: The price is more than wingtown(one of the best wing spots in killeen) and comparable to pluckers. Which was outrageous to me because they were way worse then both places. pluckers is right up the highway so if you want good wings, i suggest you go there. Taste: The sauces were good, but you can tell the wings taste like they cooked them in bulk earlier in the day and just throw sauce or seasoning on them after you order. The wings were hard and dry, and had an old taste to them. Customer service: Its one things to have subpar wings, but its another to have bad customer service. I didnt realize that my $11 meal didnt come with a drink, so i asked for a cup of water. They said it would be 50 cent, I explained that I only had card. The women at the desk told me that i would be required to spend $3 or more, or i could not swipe for the cup of water. I just spent $11 and they wouldnt even let me get a cup of water to wash the nasty dry wings down with Overall: This place is bad, Ive lived in killeen for a year and every 3 months or so I decide to give this place a chance and im disappointed every single time. I have gone here over the years and had reasonable service. today I went ordered a 20 piece wing only and 2 signs indicated the price was $21.00. I went to pay and noticed the price on the monitor recorded $22.xx plus change and almost $25.00 after tax. I questioned the young lady and as pleasant as she could be she stated the price on her monitor. I asked to talk to a manager/owner who she went and got. the lady asked me the issue I responded and showed her the discrepancy in pricing she said nothing she could do about it. Total disappointment. I ordered a five piece lemon pepper wings with some fries and what I got was some wings sitting in some water down lemon pepper sauce as you can see from the photos. Somebody else that was with me ordered a 10 piece buffalo wings and as you can see they only gave them one ranch sauce when in your life have you ever known 10 wings and one cup of ranch to dip to be efficient enough. if you wanted to get an additional it was going to be an additional $.75. Customer service thumbs down. I asked the person behind the register for their name so I can thank them personally during transactions and she said her name wasn't important. It was my first meal my first day in the state of Texas after riding multiple hours on a motorcycle all the way from Georgia. Thank you Texas. My 4 stars is the female cashier that helped me yesterday at around 5:00 PM. She was quite enthusiastic and pleasant, she helped us in placing our order. She did not offer an upsell but over all, the customer service was very good. It would be 5 stars if their lemon and pepper wings did not have too much amount of pepper on it. Quick inexpensive place in the mall. Tried this delicious drink was told it was an Asian specialty drink. I don't know what the.black balls were assumed they were edible they were good with juice not so tasty when juice ran out. This restaurant is my favorite restaurant in the mall. They have excellent service. The staff is quick and are always greeting and serving you with a smile. They're really helpful and know the menu inside out. My favorite thing to get are their wings! They have over 10 different wing flavors which are all really good especially the spicy bbq sauce. It's definitely worth stopping by if you are ever hungry at the mall. read more

Ordered 5 piece Lemon Pepper wings and fries no drink included 1 ranch sauce which costed .50 and my wings were dry, old and looked a day old but could not tell right away because they were floating in this fake lemon pepper sauce fries were soggy and actually most places give you six wings. I really didn't like their hot wings. I thought they were very fake tasting and the chicken probably had antibiotics in it. It was just VERY low quality. The fries were nasty, they weren't crunchy at all. I do like there customer service, they were very nice and welcoming. read more
