Amazing Place! They are relatively new in this location. There is a salad bar, but let's face facts here, You didn't go there to eat salad. Get some anyway. They have a lot of little small items, from hearts of palm to asparagus. All of it is good. Main event: Ordered a Caipirinha for everyone. The Meat started arriving. It shows up on skewers that look like a sword and it's cut to order. Filet with garlic sauce was my personal favorite, but it was really hard to make that determination. Chicken wings, chops, bacon wrapped chicken breast, Portuguese sausage. Everything was fantastic! Make sure you get the Filet with spicy sauce, and the pork spare ribs. We had a nice surprise in the desserts: Creme Boule' and Flan. Both are completely amazing. The service was absolutely terrific, Diego took extremely good care of our table, even to the point of asking if we wanted anything special from the kitchen. Really great service! On the way out make sure to get a coffee sweet from the bowl, they are my favorite Brazilian candy. Go to this place and have a nice meal, you will enjoy it and want to come back soon. read more

We went at lunchtime to celebrate my husband's birthday and could not have made a better choice! So glad to have this restaurant in Cedar Park. The food was outstanding and the service the best we have experienced in a long time. It is a very nice restaurant with an ample salad bar....and don't forget the beans, rice and noodles across from it. Lots of different types of meat which the staff brought out quickly and also by special request. The sides supplied at the table especially the fried bananas and cheese bread were frequent replenished . Decor and ambiance meh... the instant potatoes meh, the salad bar had a lot of selections, but the selections was not up to my personal preference but fresh and beautiful presentation. The inside is very nice. It's very classy looking. The service was amazing. They refilled my drink constantly and we never ran out of side dishes. At one point I dropped my napkin and they gave me a new one before I was even able to pick it up. The salad bar was a little small compared to Estancia but it had all the main items. It's a little hard for me to properly review since this was the first Brazilian Steakhouse I've been to. I've heard from friends about the experience, so I kinda knew what to expect. Also, it seems that all of these places charge the same price for all-you-can-eat, which is more than I normally pay for dinner. That said, the salad bar was good, not great. The meat was fabulous. My wife's favorite was the sirloin, which is unusual since it's normally a drier cut of meat. Here, the sirloin was tender and juicy. My favorite was the...I don't remember what it was called, but it was outstanding. We were one of three tables of people in the room on a Wednesday evening and were served like we were the only customers they had, i.e. they gave us great attention. I kept wondering what they did with the meat since they would cut a single slice off of the skewer and then disappear with it. Atmosphere was good. I didn't feel like it was too fancy as other customers were just in shorts and t shirts. I can't afford to come here regularly, but we will definitely be back for the great service and fabulous meat. read more

Areas that I feel Bitelo lacks in are following: Salad bar display, cheese roll quality and overall side options. Another area I am Not impressed with was service.
