Unfortunately this place will go down hill fast. They have 0 customer service, and give 0 sympathy when THEY messed up my order. They became extremely defensive after they gave me the wrong order and we asked politely for it to be swapped. This is not the first, or second time that they have messed up my order. Usually, it is a small mess up with just a side, but this time, they gave me the completely wrong order worth ALOT less than what I had paid for. I just want the food that I was charged for, but they refused to even change the mess up on the bill. Extremely upsetting, and disorganized. 13 of us went here after my sister in laws graduation. The restaurant had maybe 3 other parties seated so it wasn't busy at all. At first they made it seem like they were not going to be able to accommodate on the inside and the outside was the only option. They found a solution and we were off to a magical experience. I was the only one that ordered an appetizer so we decided to go ahead and order food as well. While our server was still taking everyone's else order my appetizer came. He never left the table he just put it in on his bad and it was sent straight back and brought out. Awesome! Our food came very quickly and our sever was very attentive. We didn't have to ask for refills and he offered to bring out some "bite" sauce. This was the best sauce I have ever had in my life, on top of the fact that the food was amazing. When you have a party of 6 or more gratuity is already added to each check. Our server informed us of this when he didn't have to, because most people don't but he did. Great food and friendly service. We have tried several burgers and wing flavors during our visits but just recently tried the Boro Nachos with grilled chicken. The chicken is seasoned just right, and the nachos might be one of my favorite items on the menu now. Be warned, though... Bites has very limited seating. Great for 2-4 people, but not easily accessible for groups larger than that. read more

I wasn't sure about visiting Bites after reading some reviews, but on the recommendation of the hotel staff, we went and boy were we glad! Some reviews said the burger were greasy. A good beef/fat ratio will always produce some grease, but that's the price you pay for a good burger...that being said, I certainly would not call it greasy at all...they were perfectly cooked and seasoned! The fries were very good as well! They had a good selection of bottled beer and other drinks as well. Highly recommended if you are in the area! read more

I heard lots of "great" things about Bites so I tried it. I was very pleased with the buffalo chicken tender sandwich; so much that I didn't want to try anything else. But I eventually did and I got the buffalo chicken sandwich [along with some fried pickles.] I LOVE fried pickles and this was just disrespectful. Roughly 10 hamburger sliced dill pickles on a skewer that was batteries and fried. The batter came off all in 10 pickles in one piece and I was essentially left with 10 warm sliced pickles on a stick. For 5 bucks, it just didn't add up. I wish I had a picture. read more

I wish I could rate this higher as so many people. love it. I went with four stars, but I would have liked to do 3.5. I'll start with the good. Quick ordering at a counter and quick food delivery to the table. My pulled pork was really very good, but the accompanying fries were limp and soggy. We love going to this place. It has always been a nice gem to go to when we are craving a nice burger, fried pickles, or some of the other favorites we have! The servers and hosts have always been super friendly. But, today we did not see that. We arrived earlier than we usually do for work related reasons. We came in and I was looking at the shirts unsure if it was okay to touch them or not, but if not I would have been okay being told not to. The hostess brought us around to our spot. There wasn't a bunch of people in there and looked like two servers. We sat there for about 15 minutes or so and nobody acknowledged us at all. One server was busy with his table and the other not so much but still with his tables. I was disappointed nobody bother to ask if we've been taken care of or even asked for waters. We never saw the server who maybe should have been at our table? But still very disappointed. read more

My first time trying this place. The staff is really friendly. I ordered a single patty cheeseburger and onion rings. My burger was good. I asked for no pickles and they were still on my burger. My onion rings were very bland but they did offer to remake them or give fries but I didn't want fries. Overall I will go back to get the burger but I won't get the onion rings anymore read more

Excellent burgers and the falafel is darn good, especially for a burger joint! It's one of the better falafels I have had. I asked them to put it on a pita instead of a bun and they were very accommodating. The next day I returned and had the Greek salad and they switched the grilled chicken for falafel without an upcharge. I didn't get a chance to try their grilled or fried chicken but it looked good and they sold a lot of it. Their homemade chips and fries are spot on!!! read more

I usually reserve my reviews for really great experiences or horrible experiences. This was deliciously surprising. I had the Buffalo Chicken Tender sandwich with homemade chips and the spice was just right & the chips were fried crispy and seasoned well. The customer service was great as well as they sautéed my onions as I requested and they wet pleasant to deal with. Above all, the prices were quite reasonable with large portions. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. First of all... it's a barbecue place that doesn't serve any barbecue. Second, the place was DISGUSTING. The seats had crumbs in it, the tables were not wiped off, the floors were not clean either. I don't know who in the world would want to eat in a place that's so unsanitary. Stopped by after reading many good reviews. Ordered a swiss mushroom burger. The burger was tasty but small appeared to be a frozen pattie. Mushrooms were from a can and the cheese wasn't melted and I don't believe it was swiss. The bun,however,was toasted . The fries was the saving grace of the visit. I had dinner tonight at Bites. At first, I was taken back at how small the seating area was, but I decided to sit at the bar. Brea was the bartender, and she was very pleasant and friendly. The food was outstanding, and I would highly recommend you to stop by for a meal. I am staying at the Hampton Inn on Brampton, and I walked over. The walk is3 minutes at the most.
