Food is very tasty, however they can ease up on the salt, too salty for every day or even once a week treat. It's a good place to go if you want close to home cooked meals when you're too tired to cook yourself. The service is good, always friendly to me and always quick. My rating is only for the Chicago Beef Sandwich since that is all I tried. As another reviewer mentioned, BJ's is tucked away in Terminal 3 at the end of the K-wing. Starbucks dominates but BJ's actually has some nice items Chicago Beef, Combo, Chicago Dog and the breasfast sandwiches are made fresh with cracked eggs. I had the Chicago Beef with Vienna Sport Peppers. The meat was really good - very much in the Chicago Beef style. The bun kept the sandwich from garnering 5 stars. The bun was more of a generic, soft bun - not great for a Chicago Beef. If you dipped this bun it in the juices it would literally disaintegrate. But if you want a good Chicago Beef at T3 K-wing, this is a good spot for one. read more

Located at the end of the K terminal food court BJ's carries bread bowl soups, sandwich wraps and salads. They also have a limited breakfast menu. Most of what they have here is pretty standard stuff. Nothing stands out or has a uniqueness that would prompt you to make a special trip back. I recommend the bread bowl with chicken noodle soup. If you're really hungry the bread provides a little extra buffer to fill your stomach. The bread tends to have a little bit tougher crust since it's used as a bread bowl. Availability of soup seems a bit sparse if you get there early during lunch or later in the afternoon. I've had several instances where it's either not ready yet or they're sold out of the type of soup that I want. If there are more than a couple of people in line it may take a few minutes to get your order as they aren't staffed for quick turnover. As it turns out there's rarely more than one person ahead of you. Seating can occasionally be a bit limited since this is a fairly small food court surrounded by about four eateries. read more

I was handed a soggy mass of meat covered in sauce that seemed to consist primarily of ketchup on a stale bun. This was accompanied by a pile of tasteless bbq chips - how do you make BBQ chipotle tasteless? Now that I think of it, I'm kind of in awe. All of this was jammed into a misshapen paper clamshell that could not possibly be taken aboard an airplane- why would something portable be needed in an airport after all? I ordered the Caesar chicken wrap which was ok until I got to the wing bone, and my wife and daughter shared a broccoli cheddar breadbowl, which was good until my daughter chewed on some sort of plastic wrapper that was in the soup. Landed at O'Hare with about 20 minutes to spare before my connecting flight, so I was pretty limited in terms of options. BJ's was the first place I spotted with a short line. I went with the Chicago dog, being in Chicago and all. It might have been a good product, but the execution flummoxed the whole darn thing. Sweet relish the color of green jello was ladled over the dog to the point that it completely overwhelmed everything. If it were up to me, sweet relish would be outlawed. Make America dill again. I tried to scrape off the relish but it had already permeated the bun. It's unfortunate as the dog could have been good with just a little more care in preparation. read more

Honestly, the place isn't much to look at, tucked away in a relatively quiet food court near the end of Gate K. It was quiet enough that it took a minute before anyone even noticed I was standing there waiting to order. No matter, I'm a patient guy. I ordered the Chicago Combo for $10.50 unsure of what I'd get. All I can say is that the portions were not only generous but also delicious. This place is a gem that many sadly overlook. read more

DO NOT EAT AT THIS PLACE. My dad and I were hungy and so we went to this place as it was conveniently located. We ordered the BBQ sandwich for 11.50 a piece. We also ordered two sodas at 3.50 a piece(extremely ridiculous pricing). After about a 2 minute wait we finally got our food. THE SANDWICH WAS EXTREMELY SMALL! It was like the smallest subway you could ever get( at least at subway it doesn't cost 11 flocking dollars!!) . Also inside the sandwich they had like 3 strands of bbq beef in it. Don't bother. They claim they have a Chicago Hot Dog. It tastes like crap and they don't put relish on it ( gotta have the fake green relish to make it a true Chicago Hot Dog). The people behind the counter seemed confused as to how to run the place. No sign for where to place order and then when you do place your order the cashier says "Tell the lady down there what you want." Everyone trying to get food was confused.
