Absolutely atrocious service from the bar. We were a group of 4 looking for a good way to end the night. We arrived and headed to the bar where we were greeted with extreme indifference and rudeness by the petite blonde female bartender. She proceeded to throw some menus at my group before going back to making faces at us and ignoring us. Though there were two bartenders present, they did not act as a team. Ordering was a challenge because she seemed more interested in everyone else but us. We FINALLY ordered and spent our time wondering when our food would get to us and IF our drink order would be input into the system. When our food made it to us, I asked for bbq sauce that never came, silverware was forcefully placed before us and again our bartender acted put upon. She never came back. read more

Food and drinks are good. It just depends on when you go regarding service. If you get certain unfriendly, rude, unprofessional bartenders, watch out! Erica & Liz are awful! They both are miserable people! I for the life of me don't know why an establishment would keep these people on the payroll. They are both downright rude to their fellow workers. I've seen them yell loudly at servers in front of a whole bar full of customers. They have tried to over charge me for drinks that are on special time and time again. They get mad if you try to order food at the bar. I witnessed Erica treat an elderly couple so rudely, I had to say something. I couldn't sit there and watch it happening anymore. I won't eat there anymore. The only reason I continue to go is because I work in town and the bartender Sophia is amazing! She is the complete opposite of the mean ones. After a few minutes a person claiming to be a manager came but did not identify himself. He offered no solution or alternative. We keep trying but it never gets better! This was our 5th time visiting and yet again it was just mediocre! We got there about 12:30 and sat at the bar, the restaurant wasn't very busy. It took 25 minutes ( I timed it) to get our food....it's always a long wait time for food. My husband ordered the BJ' s kicking' chicken sandwich with fries and I ordered the Honey crisp chicken salad. My husband's food was warm but not hot and my salad was a soggy mess, my second time with a soggy salad ( I forgot to order dressing on the side) Do you premix the dressing with the salad because seems like it's way to soggy to be freshly made. Everything is just a soggy mess. The chicken on my salad was also on the cool side. We sat at the bar and the bartender made the excuse that they had to fry a lot of chicken and that why the food took so long, ok but why is it lukewarm at best if it was just cooked? I noticed it took a long time for any food to come out of the kitchen, not just ours. This has been a recurring theme every time we eat there. Most if not all of our friends who have tried your restaurant have had similar complaints. Not sure if we will be up for giving you another try. The BBC did it better! read more

Nice environment and the waitress was very good, but the food was disappointing. I had salmon that came with some very sweet cherry sauce on it, I could hardly eat it. My daughter had a burger, which did not taste very good; she had a few bites and left the rest. Beer selection was good, but would probably not be eating there again. read more

The service is usually good, but every time I order a steak or burger it comes out well done and burnt on the outside. Seems like it gets cooked quick and they overcook the outside. It's always nice for beers, fry food, and service, but don't expect much else. read more

Gave the restaurant a second chance and started off with very rude host staff that claim they have no call ahead seating even though it works on the web page. After talking with the manager it is a known glitch. One of our burgers came out raw, one over cooked with no cheese on the cheeseburger. They made a new burger and said they were going to comp it. For the other burger they brought out a slice of cheese . Not the same as melted on the burger but we let it go. They never comped the first burger but just the new one - were we supposed to pay for 2? The new manager from the south was very nice but had his hands full will many complaints we saw from others around us. With so many great places in the area we will never be back to this one. The worst restaurant in Framingham! The service is horrendous. The food is horrendous. The customer service is horrendous! BJ's needs to stick to their warehouse! The audacity of a waitress telling us that we only gave one credit card when we gave 2 and actually fighting with us about it, and come to find out one of the other bartenders, had the other card! I will never ever go there again, and I will never ever recommend that place. I've gone there three times and each time it was horrendous, but this was the final straw! And by the way, when I called to talk to a manager, I wasn't only hung up once but twice! That should tell you what a dump. This place is!! Hopefully it doesn't last long! read more

We love coming here for lunch! The best waitress/bartender on the planet is Liz. They are so lucky to have such a dedicated and thoughtful server on their staff! The only complaint is they took the S'mores Pizookie off the menu. It was the only one that ever rivaled the Monkey Bread. read more

Went here on a Sunday after a graduation. The place was packed. Had to wait for about 20-25 minutes to be seated. Another 20 mins to order. we ordered appetizers and drinks to start. It was a party of 5, and it took another 20 mins for them to bring just the drinks which was ridiculous. the server said that the delivery folks were different from the wait staff, and it was on them that they were late. Food was not that great either. Limited choices not worth 3hrs of time. Very poor service. The. only good thing was the dessert. read more

We went on a Sunday night which is usually not a great night for restaurants. Food was solid and the menu options were huge. Avocado eggrolls were delicious. Fried chicken sandwich was very good. Good beer selection. Service was amusing. Our hostess was adorable but her brain was someplace else. Had to ask us three times about our drink selections and menu selections. Loved the steak, loved the classic chicken sandwich and loved the caesar salad!! Only criticism is that the grilled chicken was a bit dry, but it was still very good compared to other chains that I've been to. We were pleasantly surprised with the quality of the food. I had the Asian salad and my husband ordered the chicken sandwich with French fries and coleslaw (next time we will ask to hold the salt and place the slaw on the dish, not the sandwich.) The food came quickly (5 o'clock ish) and was hot. We sat at the bar area and received excellent service. The Tito's mixed drinks were only $6 each due to the early hour. We came by here today for a late lunch on a whim, just seeing the large new place on rt. 9. Our party of five was very happy with it. It's a huge place, with very long beer (and cocktail) and food menus. The food took a little while to come out, but everything was good and a couple of the items we had special requests for and it all came out as requested. The server did a great job. We went to a matinee and tried this for a 5pm dinner. The place is huge and seemed nice. The draw was half price pizza special on Mondays. So thought a couple of beers and pizza was perfect. Original price for the pizza is $32 dollars and the half price was what I normally pay for pizza at other locations. The pizza was good but nowhere near $32 dollars worth. I find that very high. Our local restaurant makes pizza and calzones equally as good and flavorful for around $17 same size just not as doughy. Feels a bit like a scam. read more

I have been wicked excited to go here since they opened! The environment is cool with tall ceilings and outdoor dining options. We went for lunch on a Sunday and it was quite busy. Like a lot of the reviews we found service to be pretty slow which is understandable considering how new they are. The food was good but honestly felt it was kind of run of the mill pub food. We just ordered a bunch of apps to share, the nachos were absolutely ginormous and could probably feed 8 people! In general the portions were all pretty big. The chicken on the nachos wasn't very good and otherwise they were nothing special. The rootbeer boneless wings were different and quite yummy as were the cous cous Mac and cheese balls. Everything was good but as I said nothing to special that would have me running to come back. I did love the piezookis though!! We got the trio which is three mini ones and you can choose the flavors. I really liked this option because then we got to sample a few of them and I can honestly say they were all delicious! These are definitely worth coming back for and I would love to try their other flavors as well! Prices seemed fair, it was around $73 before tip which is pretty standard at most restaurants like this these days and we certainly had more than enough food to fill us and take home leftovers! Overall I'm excited I was finally able to get in here to try this new hot spot and I'm sure I'll be back! read more

Overall very good. Just wanted to leave a review because our server Kiana, was 100/100. Warm, welcoming, patient. My friend wanted to "go off the menu" a bit and Kiana problem solved it in the moment and directed my friend to exactly what she wanted and in a way that made sense for her restaurant and the kitchen staff in the moment. Really top notch stuff. We even ordered dessert and let her know we were going outside to smoke a cigarette and Kiana went through the trouble of walking out the side door to where we were to let us know it was on the table with ice cream. Last night, I went with a very pregnant friend and a few others (5 of us) and they gave us a booth. The baby bump did not fit in the booth. So we asked if we could sit at a different table with chairs, or pull up a chair to that table or any other, and they said no! Multiple times. There were plenty of open tables, some with other diners eating right next to them, but we were told no, for various reasons (there is no wait staff assigned to that empty table, the chair would stick out, a waiter at another table is going home soon...) While I understand staff shortages, what about reasonable accommodations?! Or customer service? Is it really not possible to have a waiter move their serving area down 5 feet to the right to an empty table to accommodate a pregnant person? I have never come across a restaurant so inflexible and insensitive. I cannot give my future business to a place like this. read more

I'm updating my review from last time and adding an extra star. I got the mandarin salad and it was very fresh and a really good portion. We got mozzarella sticks that were decent but seemed a little under done and we split a Pazooki that was delicious. Last time we went was just for the Pazooki alone because it was worth getting the three sampler. It's definitely improved dramatically since the first day we want. First time was two stars and now we're up to 4. I will definitely order from them again. read more

This restaurant has such a long way to go. I was so excited to have another option in Framingham! But this experience was just not good. Our appetizer order came out incorrect after waiting for 20 minutes and we still didn't have silverware or napkins. Our beers took forever to be refilled. By the time our correct appetizer came out we had been her for an hour....then my husband and I ordered our food at the same time and his food came out after I was done with mine. We got bad service when we asked for a booth and the host said we don't have a server there and only 5 people can sit there with a disrespectful tone. We went there two weeks before and we asked the server if we could move tables and our sever was okay with it , and let us move to a booth unlike this time. Been here a dozen times over the last few years and I feel this place is going downhill. I have had great bone in wings and decent meals here in the past with good beer. The last few times the service was pretty slow (wait 40 minutes for food), same this time around. Prices going up (I suppose they are everywhere but $4 for a fountain soda is a bit much) and not only did it take 40 minutes to get my wings they brough the wrong ones out (boneless, so basically chicken nuggets, not bone in) followed by a meal that was under seasoned of just not so great. My wife's tuna tar tar app had a bland taste and felt too creamy or mushy in texture, slaw that came as a side with a sandwich was real bad, very little flavor, needed some lemon or other acid badly, and my chicken salad was just OK but at that point I was frustrated and disappointed I had to cancel my wings as I didn't want to wait another half hour for the kitchen to make them right, and just wanted to leave at that point. I don't think we will be coming back for a while as there are other decent places to eat in that Manchester mall area. Maybe if I'm in the area for lunch weekdays I will try the cheaper lunch menu deals and see if things improve next year. read more
